stayed here one night, got a room with a river view, it was very quiet and peaceful. reception staff is polite and helpful. the only thing with a room was an air conditioner, almost a window type, it was a bit loud. i think that a building is just quote old. rooms are clean, and location is very good, right downtown. short walk to restaurants, pubs and cafes. had a great dinner at Catch22 restaurant. enjoyed my stay overall.

We paid for queen beds but got doubles. There was hair in the shower and parking wasn't included or breakfast.

I stay in Moncton for business and pleasure a few times per year and am always impressed with the Moncton Delta Beausejour. Highly recommend for business travel or vacation with the family!

This was a great stay during a long road trip. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. I really appreciated the quality of the room after staying in other hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay. The fact that it is kids friendly and the fact that everyone is sooo nice makes us wanna come back!

Booked a room for my partner to have a nigh out away from the kids with her friends. I signed up for it months in advance requesting a side with water front, higher up & for a cot to be ready. When I got the room it faced concrete, was slightly elevated and no cot. At the front desk as I was getting the room I asked if the Cot was ready & the person behind mentioned they will let someone know and.... never did. My partner had to request it herself and later it came (I really wanted everything to be all set). The rooms are small & no breakfast... It is not bad just other hotels offer a lot more for the same price or less. Also it's a bit of an annoyance that you cannot get information or book a room with the people at the front desk... you can only do it online or over the phone (over the phone payment is not the safest..). The pictures online for the rooms are not clear shots of the room.. probably to hide how small they are.

The pool was excellent. I was expecting the room to be a bit more fancy for the price for one night. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. The restaurant wasn’t that great and not many options for kids. So we went out for supper and breakfast.

Dogs barking and no cleaning service in rooms, had to request for towels daily at a 3 night stay

It is fine but way overpriced for what you get. Rooms are clean but small, always a line up for elevators and no staircases unlocked, staff is friendly but few and far between. Do not buy the breakfast package as it is a rip off, no options on menu and not very good quality wise. Better off saving your money and going to to local restaurant for breakfast, way better!

Great Hotel, clean rooms, fun water slide for the young and young at heart. If traveling with a trailer make sure to park in the very back of lot and in a position that you can get out of. Was stuck for 3.5 hours as we could not get our trailer out, we were surrounded by cars.

We had a great weekend stay at the hotel. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The PlayStation would not connect to the internet but that really wasn’t that bad because we got to spend more time together. Really enjoyed our stay!

We always go to this hotel for March Break and love it. The staff, under the same room restaurants or other popular ones on the same street make this a great choice. Great pool, slide and hot tub; rooms are clean...its a no brainer for us :-)...we love it.

I'd give 4.5 if I could. Hotel lobby is very nice and comfortable. Staff has been great. Restaurant looks and sounds delicious but didn't take the time to eat as there are so many choices around the area. Stayed for work and had a roommate so 2 beds. Room was quite squished for 2 of us especially considering the size of the bathroom (it was tiny with a very small bath tub). Beds were comfy and had about a 40inch TV which was nice! Fridge was quite small in our room but holds enough. All in all I would stay here again for sure but would do my best to get a room by myself if it was for work.

Wonderful staff, from check in to housekeeping to club. Nice rooms, very fast internet, nice tech features in room to allow Chromecast. Only suggestion would be to expand room service menu as well as Club food selection. One last complaint, and yes I am still here staff, unacceptable that you are unwilling to work with me on my buffet/rate issue.. at the very least you could have offered a credit. Hotel is nice, but careful for rooms near stairwell, the doors so shut and keep people awake. No dresser in regular room, but little storage cubby holds enough stuff for 4-5 days. Would definitely stay there again. Also, turn fan on heater/cooler to low. High will wake you up!

Christmas buffet was ok. Good service but a disappointing selection of food. Oysters on the half shell topped it for us. Gave a 2 star since we came from Ontario and had experienced the Four Points Sheridan buffet which was about 20 dollars cheaper per person than here and had a much more impressive buffet. This buffet lacked soups, fresh fruit of any kind, pickles, sad display of cheeses, white meat turkey very dry as well were the chicken breasts, beef lacked flavor and the seafood display was not labeled so you had no idea what type of fish there was and if it was pickled or smoked or anything. We will not be back again next year.

My stay at the Delta on Oct 29 was great. The check-in staff was very helpful and offered to sign me up for their rewards program. They also made sure that I had a convenient parking pass to use during my stay.

Enjoying a great business training seminar. Very nice hotel to hold this event. Food offered was very nice. One issue that drops my review to 4 stars is the fact that we are dealing with some very low temperatures in the meeting rooms. The HVAC system is apparently malfunctioning and isn’t keeping up with the cold temperatures outside.

My stay at the delta hotel was nice. Everything was clean for the most part and room service was responsive. I would've given it a 4 star is the washroom was a bit cleaner. The place is nice but if you stay for a while, it is not as nice as you would initially think.

Understanding times are very busy for everyone. But, the attitude of the front desk person was terrible. The first person I dealt with to book our room was pleasant and personable, the second person, would never want to deal with them again.

Perfectly positioned for shops and restaurants... tv was not a great reception but that may have just been our room, we only needed it to keep an eye on the storms anyway. Everything else was great. If you want nearby great food... try the pump house.. we loved it.. Watch the daily river bore wave while you are here it's only a 5 minute walk too! Only 3/4 of an hour drive from Hopewell rocks.

The Delta Beausejour would be a way to enhance any visit to Moncton, NB. The staff provided excellent service. The physical spaces are very clean and pleasant. You can enjoy an excellent meal at the Windjammer resturant. Everything about my stay was a very pleasant experience!

Picked this hotel due to its location. Showed up at 4 for check-in. Had a few small issues with check-in and the room, we spoke to the staff at the front desk and they quickly rectified the situation and totally made it right. 100% would recommend and will stay here again.

After calling ahead to book a room with a king bed, we arrived to find a missing reservation. We got two queen beds instead. This is not the fault of the hotel, but the booking hotline. The pool was closed, but an alternate location provided at another hotel. Staff were friendly. Business center is great. Conveniently located in the downtown, close to restaurants and coffee shops.

Just stayed here two nights and was a very mixed experience. The hotel location is very convenient downtown with beautiful views of the river. The parking is also ample. It was a $15 flat rate although they never checked our pass. Absolutely loved our stay here!!My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we were treated above, and beyond our expectations. When we first arrived there was an issue with our first room.They immediately moved us to another room.When the porter came back with our new door keys, they offered to move us up to the penthouse for free. When we got up to the penthouse Delta's staff helped us get all settled in and also showed us the suite in detail. We were also treated to having one of the staff bring us up sparkling water and strawberries dipped in chocolate later on that evening. What a treat it was for both of us, and we'll definitely be back.

I stayed there for 2 nights when visiting with my parents. The rooms are very small. Only 2 chairs available for 3 people and impossible to move around the room if someone is sitting in the chairs. The A/C was loud. As far as the included breakfast go, I definitely do not recommend the oatmeal. It a cup of oatmeal with like 10 pumpkin seeds and 2 raspberries on top, that's it. It was really disapointing. On the plus side, the beds are comfortable and since it is located on Main st. you can get around easily. Basically, this place is okay if you simply want a place to sleep, but if you want or need to spend time in the room, look into other places instead.

Waterslide for kids

Beausejour is a well-situated and very good hotel in Moncton. The rooms are spacious and up-to-date and the thermostats work! The gym is better than average for a hotel. Get the breakfast included as it's pricey as a standalone cost if you only want a light breakfast. The staff are excellent.

Don't book here unless you are a Platinum Elite SPG rewards member. Disclaimer: I travel frequently for work and my standards are not that elevated, seeing as I travel to some remote places. That said, I am a Gold Elite SPG member and used to SOME benefits. 1) no free lobby coffee available to guests 2) in room coffee is terrible 3) on the second night of my week long stay the tv turned on blaring at 305am. My colleagues complained but were all reassured it was an anomaly and were looked at like they all had an extra head. It happened to at least 13 people... No one acknowledged it or offered anything to fix the situation. 4) On my last night the door next to the ice and refreshment room was constantly opening and closing, loudly, well past midnight, by people with no concept of quiet hours. I complained in the morning and was offered free coffee. Which I believe should be free anyways but...thanks, it was delicious. 5) The bath products are really good. Overall, being a Gold Elite SPG member, I am used to certain things by the Marriott chain and in the case of Delta Beausejour, they failed. Next time I won't hesitate to stay at the Marriott up the road, a short short distance away.
