Stayed over the weekend, so it was very busy. The room we stayed it was clean and comfortable, the AC was already cranked as we first entered our room which was fantastic and it was super warm outside. Staff were friendly and super helpful, especially when one of my children locked his brother items in the safe. Maintenance came down right away to help unlock it. Even let the children "help" him fix the issue which was very thoughtful. Breakfast Saturday morning was quite the wait, about 35 mins, no fault on the kitchen staff. They did an amazing job. Very friendly and accommodating but I feel as if the hotel should bring in more staff to assist with the larger number of guests. Overall a great family atmosphere.

The staff that on duty is not friendly. How ever the room is good! Just the lady that on duty is not good in service. She didnt inform us well about the breakfast and stuff. Lot of us dont put the attentions on whatever written on a piece of paper. So better inform us too!

The front desk clerk was nice but very overwhelmed as no rooms were cleaned, even though we paid for a room. It was after 11pm before we could get into our room.

Terrible stay...dirty blankets, door looked like someone beat it with something, halls were filthy and garbage was not picked up in the hallway outside another room for 24 hours, impossible to find our room walked for 20 minutes trying to find it and when we did it was a long walk with no elevator. wifi wouldnt work for the entire stay, hotel couldn't provide an extra pillow, hotel appeared very run down and overpriced. when i went for the free breakfast there wasnt any plates available so i couldnt eat. would not stay here again.

We had no towels upon arrival and the desk was very rude when I called and asked if I could get some. She said I could come down and that I could have two. Then she hung up.

It was a good stay. Started out a little rough. Shortly after going to our first room, the bathtub backed up. A call to customer service and we were in our replacement room in 15 minutes. Beds are comfortable. Cable is sufficient, but some channels cut out a bit. Everything was clean. Has a nice pool, with a hot tub. Hot tub allows kids over 5 years old to go in it. So it's not super hot. It does have jets. We had read that the hotel has a sauna, it does not. Breakfast is okay. Food is clearly leftover from previous day, or reheated. Options for fresh pancakes though. Overall, very good. Also very close to the zoo and water park. So a great place if that is where you plan to be most of the time.

The front desk staff were fantastic! The lady I dealt with stayed calm, polite and professional even with being incredibly busy during check in and being in a position where they didn't have rooms to assign because housekeeping wasn't done.

Inexpensive stay in a clean room with two queen beds, bar fridge and microwave. Easy access to indoor pool. Complimentary breakfast was great as well.

Though the location of this hotel was great, the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The hotel was swarming with unsupervised children running the halls and playing ball hockey. This, along with the men drinking cases upon cases of beer and leaving our hallway lined with empty beer cans, left it a very unpleasant stay. When you're paying $175.00/night, I think the least you can expect are quiet hallway where you aren't at risk of getting plowed into when you turn the corner... We did mention our concerns to the front desk upon checkout as they asked us how our stay was and were told that this was very common.

Stayed here for a volleyball tournament for one of my kids. Was charged twice for my room. Now I am out $233 with no guarantee of getting my money back. Was planning on doing somethings in and around Moncton with my three kids. Our trip was ruined. I would never stay here again. Would not recommend staying here. If you do end up staying here make sure you keep an eye on your account.

We had booked online as we were coming from out of town, We arrived at 2:45 just prior to check in and it was just us and one other person checking in...it became very busy very quickly and a line started to form I've never seen a check in go so badly ,the lady at the front desk was even fighting with a co-worker then left in the middle of our check in and ran down the hall . After a few min she returned and obviously in distress only to pass someone at the desk who had asked for a towel ??? at this point there were about 15 people waiting to check in as the front entrance was over flowing with folks waiting...she got completely overwhelmed and ran to a near by bathroom and was overheard saying " I'm done" ...we quickly left after making some really last min reservations elsewhere! What a nightmare!!!! peace out we won't be back!

I stay at the Days Inn & Suites in Moncton frequently. I love that they have rooms with themes (ex Lego). I love that theres a pool + Gym but I also like the atmosphere. For the most part the staff is great, but ive had a couple of encounters that left me sour. None the less strongly recommend!!

Amazing we had the presidential suite and it was awesome huge room lots of amenities you really do feel like depressed when you're in there. The one downside was the soaker tub with the Jets was very loud.

I went last weekend with my ringette team and my mom came with me. When we first arrived there was a line out of the door, when we finally got to the front desk they said “rooms aren’t ready, come back in a couple of hours”. We come back in a couple of hours-line still out the door and when we got to the front desk rooms still weren’t ready. I had to go to my game anyways but when we came back line out of the door! When we got to the front desk they said to wait about 10 minutes so we did. After around 15-20 minutes the rooms were finally ready but no towels. The hotel constantly smelled like weed! The first night their fire alarm went off. The next day my mom and I were in our room and a guy just walks in thinking it was his room because the front desk said that our room was vacant! They said that they thought that because we were a “no show” and that we were so late checking in but our rooms weren’t ready! My mom asked for a discount because 1.no towels and 2.they said our room was vacant! It took us an hour and 15 minutes to check out because they were trying to charge my mom $1300! They finally got everything figured out. Also, my friends and I went to the hot tub and there was weird brown stuff and hair on top of the foam and it was disgusting! They also had no pool towels.

Awful hotel. 3 great employees but the hotel itself is run down and no housekeeping :/ the one I did see told me they short staffed so they don't maintain the rooms. Ewe.

Friendly staff, reasonable price. Would have been 5 stars but the lack of towels and the very loud air conditioner need some tending to. Over all I would stay here again

We stayed here for 2 nights 2 adults and 3 kids . We were not aloud to check into our room until after 5pm . Would only give us 2 sets of towels for 5 people for 2 days:( wasn't aloud pool towels. Our bathroom door knob broke at 1030 the 1st night and they said someone be there by 6 am I went down at 620 because no one showed up I got told half hour 45 mins another hour and a half went by said they just came in wasn't until my husband went down stairs then they finally called someone to come let us in the bathroom . Wad over 11 hours . Made a call and the Manger was to get back to us still havnt hurd and I've called 3 times and still no answer back no discount nothing. Will never be stayed here again

There was a three hour wait past the check in time before we got a room due to housekeeping not being done. Also, the common areas (stairs, hallways, pool changing area) were not clean. Housekeeping staff didn't seem to have any urgency to their work.

Overall, not too bad. It’s a tad dated. We rented a 2 room suite (living area and bedroom with 2 queens) since we have 2 small kids. The door that separates the 2 rooms are 2 sliding panels (like closet doors) that don’t close flat together. There is a gap between them and the doors are in rough shape. Both very very loose and wobbly. They do not keep the sound out. The pool was alright. The hot tub didn’t work and wasn’t hot. In the gym, the 2 treadmills and the bike did not work. There are some dumbbells but only go up to 50lbs. The washroom in the pool area had dried urine all over the seat and appeared to have been there for days... so I had to clean it. I take it the cleaning staff forgot about the pool area????????‍♂️.

Rented a kids suite. Was very spacious. Pool was great not cold. Had a hot tub. Pool and area cleaned daily.

We stayed in room 161 and it was wonderfully spacious for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is because the mattress needs replacing and it made sleep quite uncomfortable.

Room was large and clean. Parking lot resembles something you would encounter at an abandoned motel. Outside access door was broken and unlocked and they said it couldn’t be fixed - not very safe. Hot Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly.

Checking in was very frustrating and front desk staff were not very friendly. Got to our room which was a drive up only to be beside a lady and her kids who were obviously moving in. There stuff was all piled up outside their door. The room smelled musty and the bathroom was not cleaned. No towels or face clothes, the toilet was dirty and there was no covers over the light bulbs in the ceiling. I called housekeeping and the front desk but no answer. Went down to the front desk to ask for some and it seemed I wasn't the only one looking for some. The blanket on one bed was stained. This hotel is becoming very run down and seems nothing is being done to fix things. We have aways stayed at this hotel but after this visit, we won't be back.

Was not very clean and no towels in the room. Called for towels at 4 pm. Had to go to the front desk at 10 pm to get towels .

It was great we booked through Expedia and really didn't know what to expect. We got a huge beautiful suite, the breakfast was delicious a mix of hot and Continental and the pool was a nice treat. Highly recommended.

The staff was great but the beds where terrible the blankets sound like plastic bags when you move. My daughter slept on the floor because it was more comfortable then the bed. I will not stay at this location again

The food here is above and beyond what you'd expect from a hotel this size. Absolutely delicious and plan to come back just to eat after the lockdown!

Love their affordable 2 room suites with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, 2 TVs and full kitchen space for our family of five. The pool is larger than most hotel pools but could use some refurbishing. The breakfast room is large too.
