When we arrived the staff was very welcoming to us and also very helpful. The rooms and everything else were very clean and comfortable as well as very relaxing and cozy. We couldn’t have ask for a better place to spend Christmas with the family.

We were staying for 2 nights to celebrate my 22 birthday and i am going to say that it was one of my best birthdays. The jacuzzi was nice. And the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed every bit of the stay. We decided to stay for an extra night, that night didnt go as planned. We got a visitor in the room, Mr mouse. Of course the staff handled it, we got a new room and got a refund for the room. The second room although wasnt as clean, there was popcorn behind the lamp, the carpet didnt seem to be as clean as the first room. I would give the stay 8/10.

I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza and am always treated with smiles and courtesy when ever I stay. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and fresh. A great place to stay for your high school reunion. Clean well appointed rooms with more electrical outlets and USB charging ports than you'll know what to do with. They need to work on the entrance because currently you have to climb 4 or 5 stairs. Staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful.

Even though me and my husband only had a one day stay, our first experience with Crowne Plaza couldn’t have been better. We had a great room, an access to a club lounge all the great things. We had a marvelous romantic getaway thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. We are looking forward to come back !

Arrived late from work, and was unknowingly set up with a room by the elevators. Unfortunately I had many guests creating very loud conversations outside my door at odd times of the night and morning while I was trying to sleep. I wasn't content with the quality of service here. I was participating in an event downtown, and the location of the hotel was convient for the Avenir Centre. The customer service at the hotel however was very poor. Our air conditioning wasn't working properly (and so we're most peoples). The beds weren't made up for 3 days even though we didn't put the don't make up bed sign on our door. Things were very expensive but that was expected considering the rating of the hotel. The amount paid for the room wasn't worth what we used it for. Plus the room was very tiny compared to the other rooms with the same rate. Hopefully this helps your decision on hotels in Moncton.

Great location and price. The mattress was uncomfortable- too soft and worn out feeling, and the hotel was under construction so there was no sleeping in, but it was clean and the staff was super friendly. Hopefully, they will replace some mattresses during their renovation, and add ventilation fans in the bathrooms.
