Service is good and food is not bad either. And every day the all you can eat buffet is different giving you chance eat something new each day.

I stayed at the hotel overnight with my family, check in was quick and easy and they provided a playpen for my daughter. We went to the casino side for a few hours and enjoyed a strawberry daiquiri and a live band, followed by a little bit of gambling. The beds were very comfortable and the noise levels were low. We checked out the next morning around 8:30. All in all, a very positive experience.

Tables are often full, and can have a fairly lengthy wait time, especially at Blackjack and Roulette. Usually pretty easy to find an empty slot machine however.

I'm not a casino person, apparently. But, I guess it was decent. Clean, lots of cheap slots. Reasonably priced buffet.

I go for the buffet. Good price, good portions, good food. I'm partial to the crab on Friday nights and the weekend brunch, especially the omelettes. The woman who usually cooks the omelettes on the weekend is very fast and very good. When she is not there, the lineup is a bit long.

The room was huge, great value for the price. Clean as well, minus some hair on the walls of the shower. The doorman was extremely helpful as I was travelling alone with my child, helped us bring our bags in and explained the sleeper bed to me. Great pool. Would absolutely stay again.

The buffet food was about what one could expect for the cheep price. It was certainly edible but no more. However, the surrounding experience was somewhat enjoyable for a one time experience.

Service good, but food is cold and not very good. Also hot service of roast was less than a portion and server did not like being asked for another slice it's a buffet! Mussels were the best thing on the menu.

didnt stay in the rooms. i took my son there for the buffet and a little slot machines. buffet was good.except the beef was cooked too well. i understand some like their beef sondead it is grey but meat lovers orefer medium rare or the option of it anyway

I've been in a few times to eat as well as gamble..Also spent a few nights.Always enjoy my stay,staff are friendly and the food is good.I haven't had much luck in the casino at all..slots are extremely tight!!

You can't go wrong with breakfast buffet at the casino. I mean yeah sure sometimes you'll get some dry scramble eggs or overcooked bacon. But it's a buffet...for 12$... With beef and fresh cooked omelette and ice cream machine...and you know it's totally worth it. Service is decent too and the casino offers a different setting for a little change.

I always enjoy the surf and turf. It would just be nice if they would be able to stop the people cutting into lines. It's not just cause you only want seafood, that you can pass everybody else that is waiting in line.

Great location. Always lots of parking. Most comfortable bed I have ever seen in hotel. Large rooms, bright and clean. Front desk staff excellent. Spa staff fantastic.

Had a great time with Phil leading the BBPB! and did pretty good at the Blackjack table! The buffet... The price is excellent and the waiting list reasonable but I expected more selection, fresher options given that it was busy and the food turnaround was quick. I was really disappointed by the prime rib. Grossly overcooked! I insisted for the chef/cook to take a fresh piece of meat as the one on display was obviously there for a while and even the new piece of meat was already overcooked even in the middle for a decent cut. When you attract clientele based on your prime rib and snow crab, make sure it's high quality and will have your client coming back... I didn't try the snow crab (sorry I can't comment) but my friends said it was good and based on the piles of snow crab I've seen on some other client's table, I have to assume that it is a popular choice. I'm willing to give the buffet another try hoping that the prime rib overcookness (not a world, I know)/dryness was a one off that night.

Horrible show we went to for the office night. The food was not great and the service pretty bad. We had about 1000 glasses on our table at the end of the night. Bar ran out of stuff. Things were very disorganized. We then went for breakfast the next morning. Everything was cold and mouchy. Just don't bother going there

Not good. They got rid of all the games we liked and no atmosphere whatsoever. We couldn't hear the music, no food. Will not go until the pandemic is over. Staff we saw, were very nice and helpful.

Loosen up the slots a bit...very stingy, otherwise good. Rate Chinese buffet a 4. Loved that we got in quick tp the buffet being a hotel guest. loved all the choices of slot machines.

Fun place to go. I have only visited the buffet for breakfast but have yet to be disappointed, good value for your money with good selection. The omlettes are always great! All staff is nice and all areas including bathrooms are always clean

Great location, the staff managing the buffet were polite and friendly. The whole atmosphere is what you would expect from a casino buffet. The only issue is the parking at the casino. The spots seem arranged more tightly together than in other venues and can make navigating the lot a chore.

The food was great. Some things like the noodles were dried out because they had sat too long. But overall everything was great. Service and staff were excellent.

Stayed here for the first time. We had tickets to the Travis Tritt concert and figured it would be nice to stay there. Rooms are very nice with the exception of very thin walls. You heard everything. With the cooling unit running it covered all but the loudest. Being able to go to the show with no coat and being inside the whole time was very nice. Went to the buffet in the casino for breakfast which was very good. We did not partake in the casino this trip. Will stay again.

It was my 1st time eating there. It was Surf N turf night! But don't expect steak and lobster! It's crab legs and roast. The roast was too tuff to eat. They also have on the menu: Steamed mussles, chicken legs, pork chops(dry), seafood penne(also dry), rice, bake potatoes, soup and salads. So I ate my money's worth on the excellent crab legs. Deserts where also excellent with a good variety. So it goes like this; Been there, done that! I'll probably be back, but on the Hub City Pub side. For a freshly cooked meal. Thx Casino NB for the good service. No complaints there.

Great experience! Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The slot machine area supervisor, Brandi was especially great! She was friendly, upbeat, and made our experience pleasant. She’s definitely an asset to the staff.

Lots of great slots. Better than some other casinos actually. The only negative : membership counter staff person was unfriendly and seemed like she didn't want to be there.

Grabbed a late supper at the Hub City Pub inside Casino Moncton. Our meals were well prepared, excellent value (we had the daily special) and delicious, although one steak we ordered was slightly overcooked. Our host/waiter was awesome and attentive without being intrusive. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

So classy and very diligent in keeping safety protocols for covid. Staff was amazing. AND restaurant had the BEST seafood chowder ive ever eaten in a restaurant. So good i had to go back for seconds lol.

Smaller casino with no smoking which is great when comparing to US casinos. Hotel rooms large with not enough furniture. Brunch Buffet not so great but expect what you pay for $9.99 for members. They need to figure out how to allow minors into restaurant. Stupidly designed.

We went for the buffet and it was pretty good, good variety of food and desserts. The mashed potatoes, ham, vegetables and turkey were delicious. The stuffing and the bread pudding were a little overdone, not very good. Overall I would go again.

This is probably the worst place you can come and visit. The staff there are horrible especially their rude Assistant Manager Chelsey, who would not let me inside the casino b/c supposedly I said my age wrong! I’m furious I got denied entry b/c I mistakingly said my age, even though my I.D specifies my age!!! These guys are ridiculous and they have the worst customer service you could ever encounter! I even tried converse with the manager of the Casino named Nicholas Murray, and let me just you guys that this guy has no sympathy for what you have to say and I don’t understand how he’s the manager of the casino b/c he doesn’t know how to deal with customers. If the area manager of the casino is reading this please get back at me b/c this was totally uncalled for as I was just trying to come and enjoy the buffet! This is the only casino in Moncton and this shouldn’t be occurring whatsoever
