Ever since my aesthetician quit the beauty business, I have been searching high and low for a spa that delivered the same quality of services using the best products available. I am absolutely hooked on Village Wellness Spa’s services – they DO NOT cut corners!! Even their attention to detail with pedicures is astounding and all of the aestheticians are so pleasant. I had my first facial at the Village, the Luxury Rejuvenating Facial, and I could not believe how soft and how much my skin was glowing after the service. It was an intense 90 mins and it was the best facial I have ever received; you most definitely get what you pay for. Other spas left me feeling as though I was basically wasting money on services, but here I know I am getting exactly what I am looking for. Simply the best.

Booking=super easy Ambience=pretty and exceptionally sanitary Price=just a smidge higher than cheap nail salons and totally worth it Service=if waxing, Iwona (Yvonna) is awesome. She uses great stuff, I have no swelling or pain, and my legs and hair stay SUPER smooth. She also knows had to really get it all (????) Forgot to add, they send email reminders which are fabulous. I would completely forget otherwise.

I have never felt taken advantage off like this in my life. They were up-selling throughout my facial. I never relaxed during the facial not once. When the service was completed the person walked out with me and continued pushing the products. The total products were 600.00. I felt pressured. I never purchased the products. Second service was a lesson on make up. What a joke that was. The person had no clue what she was doing, and again the pushing of the products. My totally bill walking out of Sherwood Village Spa was over 400.00. I left no tip, and I will never be back again... So, I was told..see below that someone would be contacting me...NOTHING!!!! Just shows there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE at Sherwood Village Spa...Side note...that facial I had, my skin developed a rash and is super dry!

I bought a gift certificate for a facial and massage my mom that cost $200+ for Christmas 2019. Covid happened obviously, and ever since, getting them to honour what I paid for seems near impossible. Last summer, they said to her that she will need to pay more on top of it to get the services rendered (this is BS and a money grab). Then they closed again and she wasn’t able to go in. I know a refund is out of the question. Today she tried calling and it seems like their phone number is now conveniently out of service. Don’t offer bundled gift certificates if you can’t deliver on them! I will never use or recommend this spa to anyone ever again.

Bad experience. Bought my mom a full pedi. She was cut (to bleed) twice - and nothing was said! When her sandals were put on it botched a toe and she was told to "close your eyes". Boo. No one I know will be going there again. $75 ($65 plus tax) plus tip? Never again!

First time visiting the Sherwood Village Spa and what a pleasant experience. I came for a facial and was treated by Jess. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating through the whole experience. She greeted me promptly when I arrived, started with a brief consult prior to treatment and made recommendations for the type of facial based on my current skin condition. The massage, peel and everything in between felt so nice my skin is left feeling ultra clean and hydrated which is just what it needs during all the mask wearing these days. As soon as I left I wanted to walk back in and do it all over again. Thank you ladies I’ll be back soon!

From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with "hello's" and smiles. The customer service is fabulous each time. Today's visit was no exception. If you're looking for a Spa which offers a wide rage of services, look no more. I highly recommend Sherwood Village. I am sad that their Yon Ka brightening hydra facial promotion has been replaced with something else.

Went in to use a gift certificate I was given by a workmate for Christmas- I was treated poorly, I assume because they thought I was poor. The manicure was less than ideal, the staff condescending. I would not go back. The three stars are for the staff member working next to me who took extra time to chat to an older lady who seemed very lonely. *Email address provided in responses not valid, nor was a call returned after I left a message.

I was apprehensive about going in during covid but they seem to have protected their staff with proper Ppe. I always get facials usually with Jessica, really feel I get my money’s worth with product and service. They are very professional and consistent with customer service and this is why I keep going back. Really couldn’t even make a Complaint or suggestion it’s a 5 star spa.

I’ve been to other spas for facials like the shangri-la in Toronto but Sherwood can’t be beat in regards to cost and quality. Had a manicure Dec.27/18 with Damla. Very pleasant atmosphere, aromatherapy, comfy chair. However most important is that my manicure needed to last til Jan.1/19 (5days!). This was a high expectation that Damla delivered on beautifully. She also does a hand massage using a wonderfully scented exfoliating cream for what seemed like a long time. Loved it. My skin was so smooth after. On Day 2, I added another topcoat & a quick dry acrylic shield (same as what she used) to my freshly manicured nails. My nails lasted 7days with no noticeable chips. Today is day 10 & the chips are more noticeable on the ends but still OK. It cost 3x more than lesser nail salons but lasted 5x longer & was done in a very relaxing, luxurious, comfortable atmosphere (Mozart, mood lighting, aromatherapy, high end products, professional, etc.) so it was worth the money. I've never had a manicure last so long!! Thank you! I will definitely be back again !

When spas were reopening I tried my darnedest to find out if they had another location and thankfully they did and my favourite massage therapist was there too. Same great place. Same great service. I had a foot massage earlier today and the service was first class. The massage was completed by Jessica, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Being a Type 2 diabetic, foot care is extremely important particularly with circulation to the feet. The massage stimulated my legs from my calves down to my toes. Karen has done my lashes for the past couple months and I am so happy with them. I searched online for a local store that carries Jane Iredale products and I was led to Sherwood Village Spa. I walked in and the makeup artist helped me pick the correct colour. When I went to pay the lady at the cashier was very rude during the transaction, after I finished paying she asked me if i wanted a bag, I said 'yes' and she just threw the bag my way and turned and walked away. Not sure if regular customers get better treatment, but I will not be returning and will find another place to spend my money.

Not a good place for a manicure! I was given a gift certificate for this spa and that was basically the only reason why I booked an appointment. The staff were very friendly and the environment was very relaxing. But the older lady that did my nails made a total mess of my Christmas manicure. There was polish left on my skin from her using a tooth pick to clean her mistakes and a big gap between the polish and cuticle line. For the price of this manicure I was expecting a lot more. I will be using the rest of my gift card on products only.
