Wonderful from start to finish! The essential oil massage from Sonia was exactly what my body needed and wanted; she managed to get rid of all tension and knots, and keep me relaxed at the same time. I was very pleased & impressed. The atmosphere of the spa is lovely, very warm and soothing environment. Even though I live in the west end of Mississauga, I will definitely be back! Great spa and great staff, 100% recommended!

My wife and I always come to this spa because it is one of the best spas here in Mississuaga— and we have been to alot! That said the place is very relaxing, stylish and clean. We always look forward to coming here because their service and massages are done really well.

I have been there a few times now including yesterday and they do some of the best hot stone massages in the area. Always relaxing experience and the staff wear masks, facility is clean and pleasant and massage quality including deep tissue work is very good based on traditional chinese massaging practices. I plan to return again next month.

Linda was great in Pain Management session along with hot stone and hot towel for the pinched nerve and neck region. I came in with a pretty bad pain in my neck. Went to this spa and i feel better after the session. I will not hesitate to come back again. Insurance claim facilities would have been better for frequent visits.

I tried this spa last year and have become a regular now. Their front staff, Soniya, is very welcoming and amazing to deal with. And the main reason I go back is because of the cleanliness of this place. It is maintained very well and it offers shower in every room. Their masseuses are very good and each have different techniques. Depending on your preference they suggest the best masseuse for you. They offer RMT massage as well. Their VIP treatment is definitely one to try. Their prices are fair. They also have a points system for patrons where to accumulate points and can redeem for any of their services.

I have been here twice now and this will be the only place I go when I'm in town. I work all over north America and this has been the only place I've ever wanted to go back to. The owner greets you with a smile and makes you feel at home. They offer a points system that you can redeem for free massages. The prices I think are amazing. The places I've been to have been over priced as well as not a great experience. So if you're like me always looking for quality as well as a great deal this is the place.

This is the most wonderful spa I have ever been to. The spa team keep the whole place so clean. And high end shower, soft towel make you feel like back to your sweet own home. The VICHY service was terrific and 100% amazing. The massage therapist skill that was deliberately intended to shock. I will come back for sure!

Very fake...not real massage...kind of hidden tips....mostly these places very busy and probably less salary for staff .so they try to make money or make up earnings in the way which may be not decent for places like this .there must be trained staff with proper salary No unhygienic way that may put people at risk Will never go these places again only RMT reliable and healthy option

I stopped by without expectation and was immediately SOLD! its like a little oasis of pampering with a quality staff and clean, modern equipment. The VICHY service was terrific, and the essentials oils, towels, massage table were all top notch. Glad I found it , will repeat.

I visited this place pre c-19, in around Feb. The service was very disappointing. The masseuse seemed untrained. She was also sick, coughing. When I pointed it out, she denied it. The next day I actually became very sick, and came down with flu and fever, and took 6 days to recover. When I complained to the front desk, and ask to speak to the manager. I was told he is out of the country, and can't be reached. Few minutes later the receptionist gave me her phone, and said manager was on the phone. I put forward my complaint, and asked for either partial refund or complimentary massage. He denied, and didn't even bother apologizing or making any attempt to satisfy me the customer. They are not customer service oriented, and dishonest. I will never return, and do not recommend it.

Deep tissue, I honestly had the best massage of my life! Every minute was incredible. I went in with lower back, hip and leg pain and left feeling great. So clean as well. Definitely a must to check out if you like massages.

I'm so glad I tried out a deep tissue massage after reading all of the positive reviews! I went in barely able to move my sore shoulders, back, and neck, and I came out feeling the best I have honestly felt in years. The varieties of massage techniques that are offered were very unique and effective. All problem areas were targeted with the perfect amount of pressure. I highly recommend this spa/Victoria Elite Spa and will continue to come back!

Thank you to the awesome staff at the Victoria Elite Spa for making my wife birthday extra special! Table Shower/ is definitely worth to try, it makes you feel like a king. Chinese masseuse really knows her stuff. Best deep tissue massage I've had in a long time! Very clean facilities, comfy water and very high quality towels. Every detail is amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Yesterday I Went for a couples massage for one we thought we would be in the same room together but instead we had a wall in between us then when they came in for the massage the lady that gave me mine was new and didn’t really know what she was doing she basically rubbed oil on my back and put all the pressure in my neck which hurt me more then anything on top of that she also put a hot towel on my back without letting me know or cooling it down a little before putting on me she burned me . when my boyfriend’s massage was finished before me then my masseuse just dropped my leg and left even tho she wasn’t done. I told my boyfriend after and he ended up buying another massage for me with the lady he had because the first times wasn’t good the second was great but ended up paying more then needed too the lady at the front desk gave us only $10 discount when I think the first one should of been free or a bigger discount considering the lady didn’t do a good job the first time

Today is my 2nd time visit this Spa, I did try some many other massage spa and never have such massage experience before. Victoria Elite Spa attendants know how exactly to relief the pain that I got by using non invasive manual techniques (strokes, gliding, rubbing, kneading and pressure) applied to the soft tissues and joints of the body. Very clean and high end Spa! Will definitely return and recommend for anyone seeking true self care!
