Best massage I've had in 20 years! My girlfriend and got the hour long couple's massage and I was able to finally get relief from a back strain I had suffered while working. The young and petite massage therapist felt like a steam roller truck with perfect intuition and stamina for the whole hour. Attention to detail was top notch and reflexology was on point, allowing everything to relax properly before dealing with my injury. Would highly recommend for relaxation and/or therapeutic massage. Thank you!

I agree with the other reviewers in that the spa is incredibly clean and the staff (I only interacted with one) are polite. In case anyone is wondering, an eye brow waxing cost me 12.05 with Debit before tip. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend the place for anything more than an eye blow cleanup. At the beginning, I told her I was indifferent to waxing or threading - whichever was better (I'm used to getting a mixture of both). So, we went with waxing - since she said both worked just as well. She wasn't able to shape my eyebrows into their usual arch. Instead, replicated the relatively strait aesthetic of her own brows. When I clarified that I want my arch, she went in with wax and then made a slight "Uh oh" gasp. The wax had taken off too much - she was nice about it, and justified by saying "You can't go too deep in with wax... I'll use my tweezers." However, if she wasn't able to achieve precision with wax and is better with threading, I would have hoped she would have mentioned it sooner! That, or considered this when charging full price. In the end, the eye brows are as good as they can be given the circumstances- albeit slightly uneven given the mistake. I probably won't come back but would recommend it for a clean-up to others. I've never had this problem at a spa (let alone one in the Square One area). Hope this is a one off for them too!

Everyone at Vibe Spa was fantastic, prices are very fair and affordable. I went in for a full body waxing and Nancy was my estitician and she did a fantastic job.... I have very sensitive skin and I am very nervous and get anxious when new people do waxing for me but when she got to my Brazilian and she finished it I had the most shocked look on my face as it was extremely pain free for me. I will be going back. Thank you again for taking me today on such short notice.

I had a spa pedicure and didn't love it ???? The water was cold after some minutes, the armchairs are not very comfortable, not too many color options, very quick massage and scrubbing.

Susan is the only qualified tech at this salon for threading and mani pedis. She’s very competent and friendly. I suspect she has left because every time I try to book her recently she’s ‘on vacation’. The others are terrible. One of the other techs actually tried to file the sensitive skin between my toes!! She did such a bad job that my jagged toe nails shredded my bedsheets that night. It isn’t the cleanest salon either.

What a wonderful spa! I had a shellac manicure and a pedicure done by Mukta. She was amazing! She really did a great job. She spent time making sure every detail was perfect. I felt so relaxed and at ease in the spa and with her. This is definitely my favourite spa now, and I already can't wait to go back!

Loved my experience here. She was so gentle, thorough and communicated with me to know what I wanted and what I could be comfortable with. I got my Bikini done for the first time here, and she made sure to do things in small batches so as to help me ease into it. She took her time to do my eyebrows, and was careful to listen to what I wanted to get exactly the shape i wanted. She was also so thorough with my underarms-I was so impressed with the quality of service here. I know now where my go-to place is for waxing and threading!

The staff is patient and will customize the service as per your requirement and are very accommodating to my schedules. I went for a massage to use up my wayspa gift certificate. The place is a little run down. The massage table was the hardest I’ve ever seen and I was lying on a towel (?!!) that ended at my knees, weird. I could hear people taking and banging during the massage which was not relaxing. The lady who gave me the massage was very nice (hence the 2 stars) but was not an RMT and it showed. I still tried my best to relax. When the time came to pay, they said they could only give me back the difference of the wayspa card as a spa credit only usable towards a service. I wanted to use that money towards a product or tip, but they refuse giving me some lame excuse... I’m not sure I will go back so I lost the remaining balance of the card. It totally ruined my experience.

I usually find it convenient to go to Vibe Spa since I live pretty close and it's just the most easiest option for me. I did a Vit C facial with them and it's one of their premium facials. I am not sure I liked it as much because a day later - I found myself having developed scars from all that extraction that was done. I called them up asking them what to do and one of them told me to just apply coconut oil. I was wondering if all I had to do was apply coconut oil after spending 130 dollars on a facial which got me scars all over my face - then definitely my facial was not worth the money. I definitely did not have a good experience and I would reconsider going back unless for any emergency :( Thank you for the response . Just wish you had educated about this earlier so that it would lead to less frustration :( . I suggest having a quick chat with the person maybe helpful so he/ she is aware of the risks rather than going in there blindly.

A friend and I booked an appointment here for manicures. They asked if we could come half an hour later than our initial appointment time. We went in, were greeted, and felt like it was a very positive and friendly atmosphere. The area where you get manicures/pedicures is very small and needs a serious update (chairs are in poor condition, very crammed). We wanted to get shellac done, and there was a very limited choice of colors. Since we both had shellac on our nails, she made us soak our nails in acetone (at all other nail salons they put acetone and wrap your nails with foil). She told us that we needed to soak our nails for about 8 minutes. We were left for over 25 minutes. Not once were we checked on or attended to in any way. We ended up walking out because of the terrible service. We read the great reviews and were excited to try it out, but unfortunately we have never been more disappointed.

I came here for a mani pedi since they had a special deal. It cost me $45 for the mani pedi and it even included a hand and feet massage. Overall I was happy with the work. The pedi lasted for more than a month but the mani lasted less than a week. I will probably come here again.

Went there yesterday for couple's massage. Kinda odd place to get too but we arrived a bit eariler then told so had time to find the place. Friendly greeting and warm welcome. Took our jackets and offered water. Filled out form and went upstairs soon after. Massage was great! I was expecting it to be just ok since the prices were cheaper then most but the girl i had did a great job! My hubby enjoyed his massage too but could have used my pressure but he enjoyed it anyways! We probably will go back for another massage :)

I booked a girls day here for 5 for my mom and we had a great experience. Overall, place was clean and staff was very engaging and kind. The only thing was the place is a condominium unit therefore the place is a little tight for the five of us girls but they made it work. The service we received was the pedicure and manicure package, mother's day package and a massage. I can only speak for the massage and I had a good experience.

Thank you for the amazing experience you provided for my bf and I. We customized a 5hr couples package for the day and we were both very satisfied. It was my bfs first time getting a facial and pedi and Mukta made sure to explain everything that was going on. She was very attentive to him and was very patient when it came to his "ticklish" feet. He ultimately loved the foot massage and pedi. My esthetician was Susan, AMAZING she was!!!!!! Always made sure everything was ok with me, very informative about skin care and even made some recommendations on how to prevent certain skin conditions. She was very polite, friendly, caring but professional all at the same time. She made my visit very enjoyable and for that we definitely will be return customers.

From the minute my girlfriend and I walked through the doors of the Vibe Spa, we felt the stress seep from our bodies. The spa itself is so beautifully decorated and is extremely serene and peaceful. Anna was there to greet us and she couldn't have been sweeter or more helpful. She fits right in with the atmosphere at the spa and truly makes a great first impression. Have been to spas in many countries and cities that I have visited but this one turns out to be the worst. Went in April with my husband with spa coupons we bought at Costco , in the hope to soothe our aching body and bones but were disappointed big time. Not only were the 'two ladies' staff' there unprofessional but also convinced us of their untrained status with : Lifeless & pressure less strokes ( despite requesting thrice) Least use of oil Crammed space No instructions about clothes slippers towels Missing bath towels Missing bath mat as you step out of the tub The two kept whispering to each other as we were in the same room, making it even worse than it already was ! I bet any of us can put oil for ourselves before bath in a much better way in the privacy of our own bathrooms, without pinching your pocket All in all, pathetic service, money wasted .

Let me start off with the positive. The women were nice and the place was decent looking. What I am NOT happy about is the fact that the facial was SOOO basic, that I could have done it at home. I wish I was told upfront that steaming and blackhead extraction would not be included (there was an additional fee for it). I recommend this place for people that want the most basic facial they can receive. Otherwise, I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone I know. In my opinion a waste of $80 dollars.

This place is in one word cheap. Sure the staff was nice but the products they use are cheap, and the lady performing the services you can tell she has no official certification or any real knowledge. I had a pedicure done I paid $55 which was the most ecpensive and it was poorly done. Just slimly filed and barely cut cuticles and proceeded to apply nail color sure it took the "75" min because she left me with my feey in the water for 20 min then the "paraffon" for 25 which they use s recycled bag for. even the nail polish chipped the next day on my feet which has never happened they use cheap everything. the lady that owns the place should invest firstly in someone that is certified secondly in nicer chairs and nail polishes at least. BTW they first wanted to apply an expired one, which I noticed and denied. Also had manicure with shellac. It is day two and it is chipping off, ridiculous as even in the chinesse places the quality is far superior!! terrible experience, I was going to get a facial done and decided against !! the lady who does them has terrible skin.. another bad experience if it's a spa why would the owner cook her food in the small condo unit?? I don't like smelling strong indian food while apparently trying to relax... overall not even one star seems like just any ody can open a spa without any real effort!

The place is quiet and small, the 2 ladies I met from the front desk to the lovely lady who did my massage were nice. I got a massage that was done well, and a pedicure. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because I felt the spa pedicure wasn't that great. The room was bright and could have been more relaxing, no massage chair and I was uncomfortable with how low I had my legs. Also there was nothing special about the pedicure for almost $50 and last the nail polish colours are limited. I think for a spa your pedicures should be more "spa" like. Otherwise I would go back for a massage.
