I have stumbled upon this jewel in Mississauga by accident and I immediately fell in love with the positive and fun work energy at Tulipz Spa. Sonya and her associates do a wonderful job with waxing, facials and massages and other spa services. Their work is professional, ethical and satisfying! They customer service is truly out of the world! Sonya and her associates treats each and every client with so much love and respect! I highly recommend their spa and services!

Edit- the staff is taking every precaution to make customers feel safe when coming in for appointments. Temperature is checked on arrival and protective gear is worn by all staff.

DO NOT THERE. Horrible service, I purchased a two pack service from Groupon and used only one. They apparently lost record that I was there in March, just before Covid closedown, did not feel the need to mention that over the phone when I booked my appointment days in advance. When I arrived for my appointment, they asked me to give them a record card that I never received to begin with then instead of acknowledging their mistake, they asked me to pay again. Horrible customer service, what a waste of time, gas and effort. Only rating one star because I can’t do lower.

Not so sure I would come back here. I'm not fussy and usually willing to try different places. My experience here wasn't the best simply because it is a little unclean, which made me feel uncomfortable. Staff were OK though. I noticed they had a name change when trying to find them, not sure if they received bad reviews under the old name. Interesting...

Great customer service, all the staff is very polite. I am amazed how Beautician is very thorough and professional. As compare to other places - some of good thing and the reason I prefer going to this place - They give full attention to there clients , during facial they don’t leave you alone, beautician stay around and keep giving massage, maintain cleanliness, they don’t rush you, There product line is very high quality and gives effective results. Overall this place gives calming feeling and Well maintained. Keep it going Guys...

I have been going to Tulipz Spa for several months. Sonia and her team are all very nice, courteous and provide excellent service. They are very detailed and take time to do the job right. This is not like other places where you are just another person...they take care about your needs and take pride in their work. You never seem rushed. The spa is clean - just finished a small renovation to add pedicures. I would recommend Tulipz Spa!

I’ve been coming to Sonia for waxing for a while now. After Tulipz opened, I was happy to move to a closer location. The girls that work here are AMAZING, I feel completely comfortable with every service I do. They always make the time for me, and treat you like a person and a friend, not a customer and a pay cheque. My eyebrows always look amazing. You can truly see the care they put into every service they do, what sets Tulipz apart from other salons asides from great work, is the amazing level of customer service. I will never go anywhere else as long as these guys are around.

I went to Tulipz spa using a random online coupon I came across several years ago and have never once turned back. I live over an hour away from their location but after trying many other hair removal salons, Tulipz is the only place I trust for my waxing needs. Sonia and her staff are super friendly, professional, and clean with their work. They provide a range of services at very reasonable and affordable costs compared to other salons. Their quality of work is high and they strive to ensure things are hygienic at all times which I appreciate most of all. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are in the Mississauga area!
