Went for a Brazilian and a week and a bit later and still no bumps or in-growns. They got a great finishing product for all that. Sugaring services are phenomenal & always over the top. I recommend this spa for individuals who are insecure and self conscience about themselves. I treated my son and myself to a massage for his birthday . As soon as we walked inside we were greeted kindly and attended to. The service was smooth and better than I expected. Even though they are closed and going through major renovations at the Spalon, they are never too busy to pick up the phone and answer all your questions, can’t wait until the big reveal and getting back to my favourite Spalon around!! I have been on a hunt for a good RMT and I was beyond happy with the services I received form @snm_spalon ???? the staff are very nice, friendly and accommodating, I could not stress that enough! My RMT her name is Krystal she was so great! She did an assessment before she start my massage which all the rmt's I've been through never did and she even gave some tips to avoid having back pain how to avoid strain to my Achilles tendon. Overall massage was phenomenon! It was very relaxing. Also thank you to Jessica for giving a complementary massage ???? she does lomi lomi massage and it was very relaxing too! • They have a wide variety of services like facial, waxing, eyelash extension mani padi etc. For men and women!and they can also babysit while youre being pampered! ???? Definitely a must try!

My 1st impression was "Mmmmmmmm it smells great in here, like a pumpkin pie and hot chocolate". I was late , I apologized, I hate being late. Monique told me not to stress. I felt at home. I was escorted to my massage room, I loved the actual motorcycle within the spa; somehow it fit the decor and ambiance of the spa. I'm not sure how they acheived that but they did. Lemme tell you about my massage. I received the Lomi Lomi massage and it was EVERYTHING!!!!!! Monique ironed out all my knots. I legit fell asleep on the massage table. I honestly hadn't had a massage that good in years, maybe decades. I will definitely be back. I'm making this my monthly routine. Oh I forgot to mention. Monique massaged my ears!!! My ears!!! I've never had anybody massage my ears; I didn't even realize they needed any attention. My ears have never felt better and of course my body. Thank you for having me.

So a mixed feeling, positives first - ladies at the front desk very welcoming and nice - facility looks well kept - owner or manager lady was very considerate, she brought me a bottle of water because she heard me cough negatives - my therapist had very poor bedside manner, I was running late to the appointment, I communicated that over the phone, apologized, and apologized again very sincerely before the start of the treatment, but I felt like I was in "trouble" the whole time. She seemed frustrated and she made sure I know it. Her body language and choice of words confirmed it throughout the treatment. I know running late is bad but life happens, I apologized sincerely twice, after that she should have set a pleasant tone. - she had the radio on the whole time, I politely asked her to turn it down a few times, she would but not enough and honestly speaking, I was scared to ask her to put it down further. But after some time I couldn't take it so I asked to turn it off completely and honestly I heard her "sigh" in a rude way and say "ok but out treatment is done." - I coughed a little, and I asked her if I could put a cough drop in my mouth so we are not interrupted, to that she said in a very way, ok but its not on my responsibility. I was not asking her to take responsibility if I choke myself, I was just asking her if that's ok for her procedure.

Went there based on so many positive reviews. Well, I am mistaken. Receptionist was rude and unwelcoming, when I asked what's the problem she said nothing and after that she was nice and welcoming. The person who massaged me is very sweet and welcoming but she is not great at massage. She has no idea about pressure points. I did get a good scalp massage from her, other than that really waste of money. Literally waited to end the session, I wouldn't recommend this place ..reviews seem unreal.

Definitely recommend. Jessica is, for starters, super-skilled - with the steady hands you see in anyone who's mastered their craft. She's also super polite, upbeat and just a really positive person to be around. She's very dedicated to the entire customer experience, a true professional. I've been to this place twice. First time for sugaring and another time I brought my husband with me for a 'couples massages'. The professionals work great no complaints at their work. However, I am being generally upset and feeling like I was taken advantage of. My first appointment was sugaring and I liked it. So when I was paying I asked if they provide couples massages and they said they do. I mentioned that I want to bring my husband for couples massages on his birthday. On the day we came in they told us that they do not have a couples massage room and we are going to be in different rooms. And they even said why do we need a same room and if we are going to hold hands which felt super rude. That wasn't an experience we were looking for. If they claim they work in the industry for 20 years they must know what is a couples massage. They could have told me that they do not have a room before I booked. I give two starts only because the professionals were nice. But I am overall unhappy with the experience.

I went for a full body massage on my birthday to treat myself and was not disappointed! Being my first massage I had low expectations but it was actually extremely enjoyable and very relaxing. I felt comfortable as the massage was conducted in the dark. Jessica worked through all my awful knots on my neck/back/shoulders and in the next few days I slept really well and my body no longer had painful knots. One hour went by much to fast. First, I want to say Walid did my massage and he does not deserve 2 stars. He was excellent, 5/5. However, I booked a couples massage for my wife's birthday. This spa failed to mention that couples massages are not in the same room due to Covid, and they had many opportunities to mention this. My wife and I wouldn't have even been as upset if they mentioned this beforehand. Furthermore my wife did not enjoy her massage at all. Although she was very nice, it was a complete waste of time for my wife. She later explained the female who was supposed to give her a deep tissue Swedish massage was just giving her a finger/hand rub instead.. despite my wife asking her to go deeper.

This is an incredible place to go. It was my first experience with sugaring EVER and I was very anxious about it. Sydney was so warm and welcoming. I feel like my feelings of nervousness were validated and she was very comforting and encouraging throughout the process. My pain tolerance is basically non-existent and she was very patient with me - she even went to get a small towel for me to bite down on through the pain when I asked and I was very grateful for that. Definitely going again. My first experience was extremely painful, and I anticipate the rest of my visits will be too, but the after affects are so worth it and Sydney was just so kind and understanding. Never in my life I’ve had worse acne on my face. I kept trying topical creams, salicylic acid wipes etc etc and they were starting to come in control. But what my face needed was a professional treatment to complement my at-home efforts and that’s when I visited SM&M and got a cooling Casmara facial with high frequency treatment. 6/5 for hygiene: They were judiciously following all hygiene and disinfecting requirements humanly possible. ???? 5/5 for the Vibe and Service: The vibe, and everyone on their team was super helpful and they suggested what was best option for my problem area. They even told me about what I should anticipate after the treatment and that the facial treatment will help complement and supplement my at-home efforts and they were right. ???? 5/5 for the actual treatment: The high frequency treatment helped to control my acne breakout as Britney zapped them meticulously⚡️❤️ She was so kind and kept me informed about what she was applying and how it’s going to help. ✨ I highly recommend this place. They gave me a pocket mirror????(to remind me to admire myself more ????????) , and a post facial care sachet from Casmara. Britney even packed my mask in a ziplock bag and asked me to reuse it again within 24 hours as it fit right to my face lol ???????? Aren’t they great!? I’m definitely visiting again! Do try them, they’re a great bunch of talented women ❤️

A true 10/10 :) On Saturdays, they are very busy (understandably for their 19% off discounts for certain sugaring procedures) and there was a Saturday when I went to have a few sugaring procedures done and it took longer than expected. However, I was very understanding about it because they were short staffed. Jessica and the rest of the team were so apologetic and constantly thanked me for my patience. They wanted to make sure I remained satisfied and wanting to come back, that they gave me a complimentary service for the inconvenience! Jessica has made my first Brazilian sugaring experience quite positive. The whole spa and sugaring place is serene, smells nice, and very clean. She made me feel so comfortable. She even made me taste the natural honey lemon concoction before we got down to business! She was coaching me and walked me through every time she worked on sections while having casual conversation. She was so patient because as a first timer I was yelping and laughed so loudly during the entire session. I could not for the life of me keep my legs closed the whole time because of the pain. 15 minutes later, I was done and she rubbed Finipil all over my "region" to calm down my raw skin. I was given a bottle of water while paying at the front desk because all the talking, sweating, and laughing sure left me parched. There areas more painful than others but it is an investment worth having. It is so satisfying to see how much hair was taken out and what the results look like in the end. I will be coming back for sure! Now I have to go tell everyone about you thanks again!

Here is my first time experience with the spa: I booked online through the spa's website, came to the location and was greeted by a wonderful front desk! The location is spotless, very clean and tidy!!! My massage practitioner, Kurt, greeted me and asked me of my discomfort/pain on my neck which i mentioned on their electronic questionnaire. He tailored the massage to focus on my lower neck. I walked in the spa with a violent migraine due to this neck pain - by the time I was finished my massage, my migraine was relieved and my neck pain was gone!!! 5 stars Kurt & the Spalon crew!!! Keep up the good work!

I was excited to come to this spa as I heard good reviews. However, when we got there they said the person we were booked with quit the same day and the manicure and pedicure I received wasn't the greatest/ I was just there on the weekend and my nail polish on my hands are already coming off (its been only 2 days) and the girl cut my toe nails really really short. I actually feel bad leaving this comment because what I can say is that the staff were really sweet and nice. However they ran out of toilet paper and they only had one RMT to do a massage for two people...I was just so disappointed as I thought it would have been a great experience. The massage was a 6/10. don think I will be returning again

I am not sure what happened after the first time but every time I went back, I started to get bad reactions. I have been going to this salon for about two years and have always been a good customer (referred friends as well), but today I had an appointment booked that they reminded me about ONE HOUR prior. I called to advise I could not make it and instead of being understanding, Jessica, tries to blame me and says they will have to charge my card. First of all, why are you reminding clients of an appointment one hour before. Second, your customer service was horrible and goes to show how you will treat a person that has been a long time customer. She still charged the full price to my card. I will NOT be returning. I understand it is responsible to remember your appointment time but based on the facts that I have NEVER done this before, still called, have been going there for years.. very disappointing service. I know smaller businesses that would never do this, at most they will charge 25% and even then they would evaluate the situation first. I am sure had I dealt with any other staff member, this would not have been an issue, but Jessica always comes off as money hungry and I am happy to find a new salon. Not to mention the handful of times, I was asked to come in earlier or later for an appointment.. I never complained. I’ve requested a certain staff before and she was unable to be there, I was never notified until I got to the salon… still never complained. I hope the 52.00 dollars you charged for a service I didn’t receive keeps your business going well.

I'm a male, they didnt even let me know or ask if it's ok to receive a massage by another male. Massage was not good. Paid $400 for two bad massages and two basic facials. Totally felt taken advantage of. They wouldnt give an itemized receipt either.

SNM Spalon is where it's at!!! I walked in on a Monday (thankfully they take walkins!!) was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the owner Jessica! So nice to actually meet the owner directly at a business. While I filled out the forms I munched on some (one too many) free caramels and grabbed some local biz cards of companies in the area. I went in to get my EYEBROWS SUGAR WAXED I was a little nervous but Jessica assured me that there would be very little pain and she also used a natural powder first to lessen the pain. I also got to taste the sugar paste and with 3 simple ingredients my eyebrows were transformed! NO BS! It's been a week and not even a sign of new growth!! I love it!! I can't wait to try sugaring other parts of my body because it's really pain free!! My experience was AMAZING and I HIGHLY recommend you stop over paying for waxing services from people who 1. don't wear gloves (trade secrets sq one location) 2. Overcharge you and only try to upsell!! (Visage all locations) 3. Aren't down to earth and friendly as the staff at SNM!! Great massage! They need heating pads and more blankets to cover up the body parts not being massaged because they get cold. I have had a lot of massages done by different rmts and this was a great massage but not really organized. Usually, rmts do one body section at a time . Then they cover it so it stays warm and do not return back to that section. Example : 60 min massage.15 min feet, 15 min legs, 15 min back, 15 min neck. She was all over the place going back and fourth to feet arms back legs and my body parts were getting cold. Wonderful massage just needs more experience . Than you

My partner found this place through a group on Facebook, and even though we arrived a bit late, they were super accommodating, friendly and professional. We each had Krystal as our RMT, as they offered to do our sessions back to back, and her healing hands are amazing! I felt like she was able to easily identify all those knotted problem areas that I didn't even know I carried tension. Truly a wonderful experience, and hoping to be back again. Definitely the place to go to take care of yourself and loved ones.

This was the BEST pedicure I've ever had and my sisters said the same! Went for pedicures with my two sisters and everyone at the salon was super friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Loved how professional they were about the Covid situation, they sent us a Covid questionnaire prior to our appointment, everyone wore masks and they still created an upbeat and warm atmosphere. By far, the best experience I have ever had at a spa(lon). I decided to try Apres Gel Nails after having my nails damaged due to the improper application and removal of both regular gel and acrylic nails at another establishment. Not only was I treated with care and patience (I am the worst at picking my nail colour) but the service was impeccable. Monique is a God send, one of a kind business owner, master of several trades ;) , gentle yet strong soul, extremely personable... I could go on and on.....but it was simply the best manicure I have ever experienced.

I found Mobile Massage in the City online and Jessica quickly responded to me and booked me in for an appointment right away. I called in today about a walk in massage, going thru a lot of stress so just needed a break. They said book online or walk in, but not guaranteed. When I arrived I was greeted nicely told to sanitize my hands and she took my temperature. I gave her my name and phone number she had me sit in the waiting room to fill out the online forms. While I waited a girl walked in, she was greeted by the front lady, told to sanitize and asked how she was. I’m writing this review because I want the front desk lady to know you handled the situation perfectly. To that girl that walked in, you admitted to not showing up for an appointment you made, you acknowledged this companies terms and conditions and still felt because you didn’t get a service you didn’t show up for, that the company owes you a refund?!? Its 2020 and all local companies are fighting to stay open, but you want a refund. How about next time show up or call before the 24 hrs and cancel respectfully. Small businesses have it hard enough to be open and like the lady said, they have to pay the worker’s still when you don’t show up for what you booked. Look around, small companies like this are suffering the most, because of people like you. Then you said in the past I always canceled a few hours before my spot. You are the reason they needed to upgrade their policy. Front desk lady you did a good job I wanted to say something but personally I would have told her to eff off. Thank you for keeping our community alive, I will be back. To all the future people reading this post, don’t take advantage of small businesses they are the heart of any community.

I had a sugaring for my chest here and I can say without a doubt the experience was fantastic. Jessica is a sweetheart and really knows her stuff. No doubt about that. I had some skin issues - no fault of them, my skin is notoriously sensitive and happens anytime I do any hair removal of any fashion - and she had me come back in for a treatment to soothe it, free! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and I'm sure this is going to be to the go place for hair removal in Mississauga!

I've come to this spalon a few times now and I can truly say that I have never been disappointed with the results. The place itself is always clean and tidy, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. I have been sugared by both Sydney and Jessica, and they do an outstanding job every time. This is the only place I've been to where they actually go out of their way to make sure all of the hair is removed and that their customer is completely satisfied - they even use tweezers to remove any remaining hair which is amazing. No one really enjoys hair removal because it's typically painful and the aftermath is just even worse, but here, the pain during the process is very minimal and there is almost no pain after! This is especially due to the fact that the staff works very quickly and efficiently, and it is evident that they know what they're doing. I highly recommend coming here as you will be pleased with the results.
