Weirdest experience ever at a spa. I visited this place a couple months ago. I got a Brazilian and the girl that waxed me made me feel so uncomfortable. I wasn't given anything to cover myself while waiting, so I'm just laying there exposed. Then she literally doesn't make any conversation with me the whole time. On top of that, to be frank, let's just say she had no etiquette or discretion around certain areas, kinda rough. It was the most painful Brazilian probably because I felt so uncomfortable. On top of that the towels I saw in the room looked like they had old pink wax on them. Never ever going back.i was trying to find a spa closer to home but I think I'll be going back to my favourite spa in Brampton.

LOVE Spatoepia! My favourite spot to get aesthetic services. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. They offer you coffee, water, snacks and make you feel right at home. They treat all customers as friends and remember EVERYONE's name. I have been going there for years now and the areas are always clean. Everyone on the staff is talented as well. I have gotten services from multiple different staff members and have never been disappointed. I will continue to go to Spatoepia and always recommend new people to try it out.!

SpaToepia is a must go place! I went there on a recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. The staff is friendly, accommodating and very conscious of your comfort. The place looks so homely and lush, and smells incredible! I've never before had a threading experience where I wasn't wincing, but at SpaToepia it's so relaxing I almost fall asleep! I've had facial here too and I cannot wait for my next one!

I love this spa, their services and the girls are amazing. Had a Microdermabrasion and facial there and it was incredible. I loved everything about it , from the product they use, the environment in the treatment room, the scented face towel and the wonderful esthetician Shannon. It is definitely a 5 stars place. Than k ladies for a wonderful experience. p.s. prices were also very reasonable :-)

I went with my sister to get a mani and pedi. The service was great, and the staff was so friendly. There were some ladies getting a mani-pedi who were regular customers, which shows that they provide great service to everyone. I thought that the paraffin wax treatment was extremely hot, and I wish they could have waited a bit longer before getting me to put my hands in. But overall, it was great, and I'll definitely go back.

I am a regular client of Spatoepia and i not only visit there biweekly for the great service they deliver each of my visit, I also enjoy the environment at the spa. The staffs are very friendly they make me feel special upon each visit as if I am a part of their family. The environment is very clean and inviting. The staffs listen to your ask and never fail to deliver. I was Ashley's first client when she started at the spa and to this day she is my esthetician. My first pedi since Covid and it was my first time trying the place as well. Shannon was amazing.. they ensured that everything was sanitized.. and there was sanitizer in place for me to use. My feet really needed TLC and i was so glad I got the spa experience pedi. Will be returning there for sure!
