My friend booked us appointments at this little gem in Streetsville! I called to change my service and found the call to be friendly and accomodating. From the moment we entered the spa we felt welcomed. It's a tiny little homey place. Buzzing with guests on a bright Saturday morning everyone was friendly and happy. It's not a stuffy (snobby) serene spa but a lively little salon full of happy, friendly people. My manicure was professionally done. Nice chat with the manicurist who happened to be the owner. There was no upsell or hard sell... in fact there was no "selling" (unlike other places I've been too). I loved the atmosphere and the service. I had the opportunity to chat with other guests and staff while I waited for my friend. It was like a visit with old friends. This is a fantastic little place right in my neighbourhood. Clean, friendly and professional. Very welcoming and affordable. I highly recommend a visit to Restore and Replenish. I suspect the could manage a walk-in but I recommend an appointment.

Great spa! Everything is vegan, organic and natural, which is great for your skin and body!! The service is amazing. I went in on a Sunday to get a facial and a massage. Myriam did my facial and my face was glowing!! Lori-Anne did my massage and helped me with my stress so much!! I had a very relaxing afternoon at the spa!

Talented, friendly, accommodating. I started going to Restore and Replenish when I was pregnant because the polishes and products are low odour and organic/vegan. The staff keep the salon clean and bright and the products are effective and interesting. The service is stellar: Great mani/pedis, facials and dynamite hair cuts (and my hair can be seriously unruly). I still go every month and my mum and baby join us. Yes, the spa is baby friendly too--the owner accommodates by having us in when others are not so I can get my treatments without disturbing anyone else's. I make the 30min trip because they're just so darn good. Thank you Monique!

I was disappointed by my last visit to the spa. The location is different so now when you get a pedicure or manicure you sit in the hair salon - so it's loud. All the staff were talking loudly among themselves - especially the owner was giving her staff orders on what to do. As if there were no clients sitting there. The environment was not at all that of a high end spa - which the prices suggests it might be. I do like the products they use.

This is an amazing spa!! I went to get my hair done and having the hair color being organic and vegan made a huge difference and my scalp felt great. I also got a facial and it was so relaxing and my skin felt amazing after. I can't wait for my next visit!! Service was top notch!!

I got a balayage a few months ago and my hair became so brassy the following week (although i used the blue shampoo). Also, my hair started falling and thinning out so much. For it being vegan, my hair condition was horrible. The hair stylist was being harsh with my hair and combing out agressively when it was wet.

A friend recommend that I come here for a massage and Melissa was great in relaxing me and making me comfortable. I started a new office job in which sitting in front of computer for 8 hours as taken effect on my back and neck. She was able to unknot my back, relase the tension and make me feel like my old self that could move my neck and back. Thank you Melissa and I will definitely be coming back again.

This place is amazing! ???? First off, EVERYTHING is vegan and cruelty free which is amazing because we don't need to hurt our animal friends to look amazing! The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing! Monique did my manicure and pedicure and I'm super happy with it! She did a really good job, didn't rush, and she's very experienced! On top it all, everything was super clean & sanitary. She would actually tell me she'd be right back because she was going to clean the tools and everything which was just assuring and a nice thing to do. The service here is A+. Definitely coming back ????.

I had a wonderful European Facial done by Monique the other day. She gives a great facial, super gentle and great massage. My skin looks amazing, my pores are smaller and I have a more even skin tone 2 days later. The products used never once irrated my skin in any way which is uncommon when I've gone other places. From my very first visit, I loved this spa. The atmosphere is quite relaxed. It’s cozy, very clean and comfortable. Somehow we always end up laughing and having a great time. The pedicures are amazing and so well done that even my husband notices how wonderful my feet look. Both Monique and Myriam are incredible at what they do and really know their business very well. They do a thorough job and I am always thrilled with the results and best of all my pedicures seem to last for several weeks!

Sadly, I tried this place and had terrible results. I was butchered and have to make an appointment elsewhere to have it fixed. One side is longer than the other and long strands are sticking out from the bottom layer.

Had a cousins' spa day and booked 4 facials here. I must say, what an amazing experience! The location and ambiance were great and service was top notch! Staff were friendly as well. I personally had Rita for my facial and she was absolutely fantastic! I got feedback from my other cousins that Monique (owner) was fantastic as well. We all left feeling relaxed and pampered. The products used felt and smelled wonderful and what's even better is they're organic! I'm so glad Restore & Replenish was recommended and I will definitely be going again very soon for another facial.

I was looking for a last minute hydrating facial and wanted to try a new place. This place struck me by surprise since I had never come across it, but google ratings convinced me to try it out. I went to the website and found out that the products are vegan. I myself am not vegan, but one thing I know is I have sensitive skin and vegan products are ideal for that situation. I got a european facial which was an hour long. The extractions were nearly painless. Marian did a great job. I loved the staff and atmosphere was very professional. Will definitely go back.

The staff is absolutely amazing from the moment you schedule an appointment over the phone, to arriving and being greeted by the receptionist, having the services completed, right down to the moment you leave. Everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting is so positive, genuine and friendly making your visit very personal and welcoming. I have had my hair cut and coloured, waxing and facial services done and look forward to trying more of the services provided. Myriam and Monique have such finesse about them making the services even more relaxing and enjoyable than they already are and they are very respectful of your time and experience there (they can have you laughing out loud or be soft spoken and quiet depending on what you're having done). Highly recommend Restore and Replenish Spa!
