The ambiance and atmosphere is extremely home like... I had the pleasure of a facial and pedicure with the aesthetician whom I can say by far has been the very first one I’ve met thus far take as much pride in their duties to take the time to address any of my skin conditions and has improved them tremendously since I’ve been there. The product line is beautiful and versatile to almost every skin type. The aesthetician is wise and knowledgeable and extremely professional I wish to see the mass majority of estheticians to take as much pride as the ones who are being trained at this spa are. I recommend this for anyone who is looking to look and feel dramatic results

I have been a client at La Peau D'or Spa for over 15 years. I love....love...love this spa. It is my beauty retreat. I have many services performed there including: manicure, pedicure, facial, waxing,massage therapy and makeup application. My manicures are my bi-weekly treat. I leave the spa looking and feeling fabulous. \ I had my makeup professionally applied for my 40th birthday and I looked like a movie star. I would refer anyone to this spa. The spa is very clean, professional and friendly. They cater to their clients and makes one feel welcome upon entering the spa. The environment is very calm and serene. They have always tried to accommodate my appointments when I call to make a last minute appointment. Their prices are competitive. I have signed up for their email alerts for their weekly/monthly specials. Please try this spa.

This spa experience was wonderful. I had a great experience with Ann, she was super friendly, answered all my questions and gave me a lot of advice/insight into my skin. She was careful with my skin and informed me of each step during my facial .My skin felt so great afterwards! The thing I really love about this place is that they make scheduling sooooo easy, and they are on point with communication. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had such a wonderful experience at La Peau D'or Beauty spa. I booked an appointment to do a deep tissue massage as I've been struggling with neck and shoulder pain for a few weeks. I decided to also book the sauna before my message and it was wonderful. I couldn't believe when I came out of the sauna the shower was already going for me to jump. The water was heavenly. Right after my shower Dennis the massause was so professional and made me so relaxed. He explained my tension issue and how to keep relaxed. My over all experience was awesome. From the team to the experience and the ambiance, it was money well spent.

Been using the GM Collins products for about two weeks now and I can definitely notice the difference. Would come back here for sure!

Gave this establishment 3 stars, because I felt the experience was average. I booked the ultimate pedicure, and was expecting a more extravagant experience based on its descriptor - including the enhanced massage - and I did not feel that it measured up to what the service is described as. The esthetician was knowledgeage and sweet, did a great job but I did not get an “enhanced massage” whatsoever. It really felt like just a basic pedicure, until they put on warning boots - and was left for 20 minutes. It would have been relaxing but the esthetician and woman at the front desk gossiped, and it was all I could hear... not very peaceful or relaxing. Given how much I paid for this service ($65!) I expected more. Would I go back? Probably not. Would I say it’s terrible? Definitely not.

Ann-Marie is the sweetest lady you'll ever meet. It was a pleasure to be under her care and to be treated like a princess. She taught me so much about my skin. The experience wasn't just about selling their product, they really educate you and it's your choice to keep up with their routine, or your own. All the staff were friendly and very easy to talk to. Everyone, including Ann-Marie, speaks to you like you've been bestfriends for years. The place is also great. Very cozy and nice décor. The ambience, especially in the massage room, is so relaxing. Quiet music runs through the whole house, not just the massage rooms. So as soon as you walk in, it's... ahhh.. highly recommend. Worth the money. Will be returning.

*La Peau D'or spa* is the best spa I have ever joined! I was very lucky to discover this divine place by a co-worker of mine that gave me a $25 Gift certificate as a Christmas present. After the first service at this spa I saw an incredible transformation of my skin! Immediatly my skin was glowing and looked very fresh and radiant. I got to see the results I wanted for many years. I had severe acne and dry congested skin. My acne and spots immensly improved! They are almost cleared!! I used to dislike how my face looked but after I got my skin treatment done here by Ann Marie I fell in love with my self and started loving the way I looked! I am a regular client here and I had always had excellent experience and services. I also had an appointment today and was extremely pleased. I was referred to La Peau D'or the end of August and was told I must see Ann Marie. Since that time I have been there for 3 facials. Ann Marie is truly passionate about what she does and it shows. Everyone there is so warm and welcoming. Two hours is never enough time there, whenever I am leaving I always wish I could stay longer. Even just to sit and talk to Ann Marie & her staff, for they are so knowledgeable & friendly. Location is good and the place ambiance is warm. The receptionist is really friendly, makes you feel welcome and ready to assist you all the time. They offer different kinds of services you can explore in their website. Booking request can be done online and they respond so quickly. What I like about this spa is that they provide different kinds of massage under RMT which can be covered by insurance that other spa doesn’t offer. They have Swedish, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Pre-natal, Lymphatic, Yang Style, Reflexology, Hand, Neck and Scalp, and Cuppin Therapy. Price ranges from $55-$150. I tried the Aromatherapy for 1 hour. They only have male RMT. At first I was hesitant because I prefer female but the RMT assigned to me is really professional. The massage room is clean and well decorated that makes you feel relax right away. Spa music serves as your background and helps in setting the mood for relaxation. Upon arrival they first ask you to fill out consent forms and other documents and then the RMT will call you to the room and discuss the procrdure with you before performing it. After you pay for the service and they give you receipt that you can claim from your insurance. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I find their packages a bit expensive. I like the idea of going to one place to do my facial, eyebrows, hands and feet treatment, and body massage. I would love to get Simple Pleasures Package which includes LPD Signature Skin Treatment, Crystal Mineral Manicure, Crystal Mineral Pedicure and Eyebrow Wax every month but I find it expensive ($180). If its around $120, which what other spa offers this would have been my ideal spa.

My nails chipped the very first day after the polish, my feet were not smooth after my pedicure. After spending 75$ I expected way more. 1 staff was really nice however the rest were not friendly or professional. It was also really hot in the spa.

I went for reflexology. The receptionist was lovely and the spa itself is nicely kept. The reflexology session did not include a foot spa bath. I've been going to reflexology for years and this is the first place that I have encountered that did not soak your feet for a few minutes before the reflexology. The masseuse also used oil, which is unusual for reflexology. I don't recommend this spa for reflexology. I am going back for a facial and I think that might be a better experience. (3 star) I'm writing this part of the review a month later. I went back for a facial and loved it. The lady seemed knowledgeable and overall it was a positive, relaxing experience. I would go back for a facial! The final cost of the facial was more than I anticipated because of some add ons that I wasn't expecting...something to keep in mind. (4 star)

I was gifted a mani pedi by a friend and was pretty disappointed with the experience. The reviews indicated that the place was lovely, so we were pretty excited. However, the service was rather rushed and my pedi chipped the very next morning (after having taking all the precautions of open toe slippers etc). My first time in the spa and my experience is amazing mainly because of the staff! I've gone to many different spas before but Ann Mari was the best I had. She was very sweet, I didn't feel rushed at all, the massage was good (even better than some RMTs I had), she really took some time to evaluate my skin and and educate me. I love how she walkthrough the process , the steps and what it was for. I felt that I my skin is in good hands and that I can trust her. I highly recommend the coco mocha wrap +massage to anyone. it was such a treat. My skin feels so soft after and the smell was deliciously relaxing. The receptionist is welcoming too, she has the sweetest voice! I will definitely be back!

I would never go again. Owner is arrogant, she asked me to move my car because she didn't like the way I was parked. She bragged the whole time that she gave me a pedicure about her business. She treats her staff like servants! She refused to give me a nail polish because she said I had fungus! Not true according to my doctor. I still paid for the service. Unprofessional customer service including owner and staff. Don't go!

This spa is beyond awesome!! I have been going for a regular facial for almost a year now, and each visit is amazing! Ann Marie is a genius when it comes to skin care and making her clients feel very comfortable and gives you so much knowledge about your skin needs. The overall ambiance is very welcoming, and peaceful! Plus the spa is so clean and organized. Which I love. The staff is very carrying to all your needs and does everything they can to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. From greeting you at the door , to asking you about your day, how you're feeling and always offering you beverages. They are also very informative about the products and how to use them as well. My overall visits are always nothing but the best and I recommend this spa to anyone who wants to be truly pampered!

Took my mother for a pedicure july 2021. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Anne Marie was amazing! Chairs are massive and comfy and my polish is still holding up very well! Covid protocols were good and I felt safe during my pedi. Recommend for anyone looking to get some pampering.

Disappointing. My manicure shellac was bubbling and it wasn't wrapped around the edges ($48 w/out tax and tip). My pedicure with regular polish is also bubbling and not even ($55 w/out tax and tip). Given the color and formulation, she should have applied 3 coats but she only applied 2 coats. The staff were kind but I won't be returning.

My first La P'eau D'or experience was a gift about 5 years ago and it's been a gift that keeps giving! The atmosphere is calm and serene and the staff are warm, friendly and professional. I now treat myself to a special service now and then. You can tell the staff absolutely love what they do and their art and contentment comes through in their service. The services I've experienced have all been great - massage, body wraps, mani-pedi, sauna, facial...you won't be disappointed - whether it be for yourself or as a gift for someone else. La Peau D'or - golden skin - it's how you will feel when you leave.

I was welcomed by several employees as soon as I stepped through the door! I love the aesthetic and the ambiance, it’s so relaxing and peaceful. I had a deep-tissue massage with Dennis, he was very thorough and my spine felt brand new after an hour ???? He kept checking in with me to make sure I wasn’t feeling too much pain. The employees are all incredible, I felt like I became friends with all of them! I usually don’t like small talk and I just like to have my me-time then get on with my day, but I stayed after my appointment to chat with the staff. It really feels like home here ☺️????

The aestheticians and Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) are very friendly and professional as well, they know really well what they are doing and are very confident which says a lot about them. I went multiple times to see the aesthetician at the spa. The GM Collins products she used on me were extremely rough and my face only kept getting worse. Even when asked if I could try a different treatment that didn’t leave my skin so red and extremely blotchy, I felt pushed to go for the same treatment time and time again. The aesthetician used her hands to remove many blackheads which was painful but got the job done. She also seemed to find many “cysts” all over my face and squeezed to the point of leaving scars. The treatments were VERY painful and my skin kept getting worse and worse. It was red all over, scarred and the products did not help whatsoever. I really hoped that she would have noticed the signs and changed my treatment based on how my skin was reacting. It has been quite a while since my last appointment there and my skin has improved tremendously. My scars are still there (thanks to the treatments and squeezing) but my skin is healthy and it looks a lot better. I just recently started trusting aestheticians again and going for facials and have had a great experience elsewhere. Unfortunately, I would not recommend La Peau D’Or.
