Came here with my mom a few days before my wedding. We both got body scrubs and customized facials. We both LOVED the experience! The girls here are very good, the facilities are clean. I would highly recommend it!

I went to the Mississauga location for the first time and had a carbon laser facial. My results were immediate and incredible! Definitely exceeded my expectations. The aesthetician explained each step as she went along and made me feel so comfortable. Chantelle was very knowledgeable and professional. The spa is stunning and the staff is very friendly. Theirs a tonne of free parking and entering and exiting the plaza is super easy. I absolutely love this spa! I'm so happy I found I Jeunesse Mississauga❣

I loved my experience here. Was gifted a voucher for a scrub and facial and I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment you walk in the staff makes you feel welcomed. The waiting area is superb, tea, water is available. You really do receive amazing treatment. The facial was so relaxing that I fell asleep. I would definitely treat myself to another facial. It is a little pricey for me but did notice they have specials. Great spa!

We got a 10 facial package from here and we've never been happier! All the people are incredibly nice and professional. I hadn't gotten a facial in a while and my aesthetician helped me figure out what I needed based on my current skin care regime. The place is spotless and they follow all COVID guidelines to the tee. She did the glycolic peel on me and my skin looked great after. No side effects and they even followed up after a few days to confirm I had no skin issues post facial. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

My mother and I enjoyed our time here at jeunesse. We had the tranquility package that had body scrub, hot stone massage and facials. I had Elizabeth and she was very personable, sweet and lovely. She definitely made me feel comfortable. Place is very clean and staff is welcoming :)

This place saved my skin! I have bad acne and scaring and no one knows why. I've been to doctors and have tried everything! My last resort was accutane (a very strong/hard antibiotic for severe acne) which I refuse to take. I'd rather spend the money on facials and products. I've tried many spas with no success. But I found Jeunesse on Groupon, and finally I'm getting better!!! My facial was very thorough and they taught me soooo much about my skin. Yes their products are pricey but TOTALLY WORTH IT!! My at home care system is easy, feels light, and is repairing my skin. I could go on and on, take my word for it, you'll love this place!

DO NOT come here if you have eyelash extensions. I lost about 20% of my eyelash extensions during my facial. My aesthetician noticed them before my facial and commented on them but was still working VERY close to them the entire time. I could feel her wiping each eyelash away after they fell off. She didn't explain any of the steps or products she used during the facial. The spa itself is very spacious and they've got good COVID-19 safety protocols in place. Nothing stood out to me enough to return as a customer.

Purchased a tranquility spa package from here, and overall the experience was mediocre. The package details were very elaborative, and there was not much actually done. My aesthetician was not explaining or describing anything that she was doing to my face during the facial. I have been to medical spas everywhere and skin consultations are always given to figure out skincare needs before a facial begins, especially in medical spas. The facial package also said that there would be an oxygen infusion facial, but there was absolutely no oxygen infusion machine ever used during the facial. I have been searching for spas in Mississauga, and thought this would be the one. I go to Starlight Medical Spa in Vaughan, who are very professional, provide free skin consultations, and even research your products used at home, but there was absolutely no educating me as a client during this facial. No results or glow shown after this facial either. Quite disappointed.

I had an amazing experience here with my mom :) The staff were all super friendly and the treatment was amazing. They've got great prices as well! I was with Shantel and my mom was with Elizabeth. I highly recommend this spa... I will definitely be going back. What a hidden gem :)

Andjela, Oroba and Shelly were wonderful, they made me feel so comfortable and were very professional. Overall an amazing experience and I'm very excited for the rest of my treatments! Absolutely amazing service and staff! Very clean, sanitized and well taken care of spa. I purchased the Tranquility package and did this service with Angela. She is very professional, modern, sweet and comfortable to speak with. She took her time and was very patient during the 90 minutes session which included a facial, neck, hand massage, as well as a full body hot stone massage and full body scrub. I am very pleased with the service I received and feel absolutely amazing, rejuvented, refreshes and well-exfoliated ans hydrated. I will definitely be going back soon!

The place is brand new and everyone was so friendly and professional. They really do make you look and feel like a celebrity. I loved my Hollywood carbon facial my face looks brighter and softer. I am glowing like wow. I had Angela do my treatment and she gave me a face, neck, and hand massage which I never received before. I highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone who wants to look and feel like a celebrity.

This spa really exceeded my expectations, I had a great time with the staff, they were very professional and friendly and ready to explain everything so i wasn’t nervous. This spa really is the place to go if your looking to relax because the atmosphere is just so calming right when you walk in it’s hard too say bye afterwards haha but i will definitely be coming back and bringing friends!! 10/10

Owner/management replied to my 1 star review by saying that they were very surprised at my bad review when they were very 'accommodating' with my situation. To elaborate, they provided me with an ultimatum of either getting a half hour facial for full price or paying a $50 cancellation fee. How on earth that is even remotely considered accommodating is beyond me. Further, no apology was given for attempting to overcharge me. And they did not even address the fact that their demeanor was rude as well as the fact that their spa had no clients. You can tell by the way they responsed to my review that they feel very entitled to their rude and unaccomodating behavior. Some business don't understand what customer service is and that's okay because majority of others do and they clearly have more business (and keep it too). These guys don't.

We had facials for both my teenage son and I at Jeunesse. Different treatments, excellent results for both. The products and equipment are top notch, the place is new and modern and Patricia was both times super skilled, professional and so nice. We highly recommend it!
