I found this spa through a Groupon deal and was a bit hesitant at first because I never have good experiences trying new spas. But I must say I am SO HAPPY I gave this place a chance. Hulya is extremely friendly and professional, and what I loved the most is that you can tell how knowledgeable she is about skincare. At the end, my skin was glowing and even days later it felt so hydrated and soft. She ends the facial with a leg and arm stretch which felt amazing. You leave her spa feeling so refreshed. I've already booked my next appointment with her!

Got 2 groupons for our very first facial with Hulya for my best friends birthday and honest to LORD she makes me want to go every week if i could! Super friendly and welcoming, she always follows up and cares about her clients. Already pre-booked my facial 2 months advance! I had never had a facial before so I was excited to find a Groupon for this spa and one that was so close to home. I made an appointment with Hulya for a Saturday and then had to reschedule due to something coming up. I called multiple times and left messages with no reply. She finally got back to me and said she was on vacation. I rescheduled my appointment to a Sunday at 10AM. I got to the spa 15 minutes early and waited before knocking. At ten minutes too, I knocked on the door and got no reply. Waited a bit longer, knocked again, nothing. I called 5 times and left a message with no one answering the door or my calls. it's been 2 weeks and she still hasn't replied to my message. Worst customer service.

I originally purchased a groupon for a facial at escape at the spa with Hulya. I have had many facials before with other spas but nothing compared to the level of service that I received here. Hulya is extremely professional and knowledgeable as she is very passionate about her job. I love that! The facial was so wonderful and she was very gentle with my blackhead extractions as I have had very painful extractions in the past at other spas. The environment was so relaxing as well. I have had two other treatments here since and have been happy with the results every time. What impressed me the most was Hulya’s follow up texts and phone calls to make sure I was happy with the results. My skin feels hydrated and is much brighter. My skin is dry and lacks brightness. She addressed all my skin concerns and made many recommendations on my daily skin routine. The chemical peel is awesome! I have booked 5 more treatments with Hulya and cannot wait to come back.

I have tried facials everywhere in the GTA from luxury hotels to chains to majority of places that offer hydrafacials. I promise nothing compares to escape at the spa and I have been going here for just over a year. I have seen a huge difference in my skin and absolutely no scars from extractions. i have brought in my boyfriend who fell asleep during his facial and during extractions.
