Orc Club Spa is my absolute favourite place to go for a relaxing spa day! The staff there are so warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is great! If you're looking for a place to get a massage or your nails done I highly recommend this place!

I am really looking forward to getting back to ORC Club Spa to get my nails and facial treatments done. I can't wait until they are able to reopen.. The staff always make me feel as if I have found a calm oasis in the midst of my stressful life. Over the years I have been to many aestheticians but Josephine is by far the best. The work she does on nails is absolute perfection and she has vast knowledge of skin and skin products that actually work on aging skin. All the staff at the Spa are great and very professional.

I had Paul as my RMT and he was great. Very professional and so helpful. I have some lower back issues but after the massage I was finally able to lie face down on my bed again (which I wasn't able to do before without feeling the strain in my back). Would definitely reccomend.

I was always very skeptical about massage therapists, however after I was recommended albeit encouraged to visit their resident therapist 'Ihor' I was hooked within the first 15 mins. His level of professionalism coupled by the very sincere conversation was great. He attended to my painful spots very carefully and after getting over the expected fatigue I was eagerly planning my next visit. Additionally, I have to call out the exception manicure and pedicure service provided by 'Josephine.' Though her expertise is in Skin Care, she opened up her schedule to treat me with these services. Once again, it's not something I'm used to, however it was a risk that paid off in full. Can't wait until they reopen so I can get my fix!!!

I discovered the ORC Club Spa when I moved to the area a couple years ago and they have been my go to for RMT, waxing and facials ever since. The spa is small, quiet and peaceful. Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their trade. Looking forward to the day when they are fully open again.

I have been going to ORC Club Spa for a few years now and have been happy with the service provided. Today, however was different. I made a genuine mistake of forgetting my appointment. I got a reminder call - that is when I remembered the appointment. I thanked the staff for the call, apologized and reached the Club within 10 mins of reciveing the call. I was told the massage would be for 45 mins instead of an hour, which I had no issues with. When I reached there, I was still apologetic but the staff and RMT made me feel unwelcome and their attitude was cold bordering to rude. Even during the massage I was being lectured on "its your own money, we all are busy, need to know how to manage time". I recieved a 30 mins massage and paid for the full 45 mins, which I was ok with (I would have offered to pay for the whole freaking hour, if they were understanding of the situation). As I made my way back home, I realized more and more the cold/unprofessional treatment I was subjected to. Hence, taking time to write this review. 1 Star because there is no option for Zero. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN !!!

I called about a Groupon my daughter gifted me for a Mani pedi when i tried to book a appointment the girl on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. every time slot i needed wasn't available , weekend appointments seems like slim to none. unless they just try and make it seem like they are busy not to take the groupon deal. its not fair to post deals on groupon for your spa then not allow customers to redeem them. i will be asking my daughter contacting groupon to get a refund. i also suggest training for customer service for your reception. her attitude is unbelievable

Last week was my first time at ClubSpa and I was completely impressed! The staff was very well informed about all the best products for me to use and the amount of services offered was surreal. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing any sort of spa treatment or any skin care product information! I have already booked my next appointment and an appointment for my sister! What a horrible experience, my sister and I received oxygen facials the "spa manager" Victoria very inexperienced young girl explained that it was a hydrating Facial it was quite the opposite I felt like my face was being sanded off it caused me an infection and burn. BEWARE!!!! When I called to speak to the real manager I received the run around. Horrible place.

It was my first time at the spa for a massage. I thought their booking system was nice and simple to use, setting up the appointment was a breeze. I love the convenience. They sent me my COVID screening questions 2 hours in advance so that there wasn't any waiting when I arrived. The atmosphere was nice. My therapist was amazing too. I totally muffed up the time of my original appointment, showing up an hour late when everyone was gone. They were kind enough to rebook for me with no penalty. Now that's customer service!
