I have been here a couple of times, for various treatments (SilkPeel, Waxing, Mani Pedi etc). I have gotten most of my treatments done by Kathy. She is simply the best aesthetician I have come across. She is always lovely, professional and very thorough with her work. She actually listens to the client's concerns and suggests treatments according to their needs rather than pushing products like most of other places I have been to do. Absolute trash. I usually never write about bad experiences because working in customer service, I know how this can effect a business. However, I purchased a year of sessions in December of last year to which I was never told only included 6 sessions. My laser tech told me (before she went on a long term leave) that I still have a couple months left in my package so she booked my next appointment with someone else. I arrived today for my appointment with the new lady and she brings me in to the room as usual and leaves as I get ready. Tell me why they waited until I was laying half naked on the spa bed until her and another lady come in to tell me I am out of sessions and they won’t proceed until I purchase more sessions. Completely unprofessional. They could’ve at least told me before my appointment or even in the phone call I received to confirm my appointment and I would’ve hapily purchased more sessions because I was happy with the service I was receiving with my original laser tech. Waste of my time and money. Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else.

The atmosphere, staff, and the quality of service is absolutely amazing. Amy was my technician for the treatments I have had so far and she is skilled at her craft. She also provided helpful feedback on the procedures and products for my skincare routine. Parking can be tricky at times but I have been able to find a visitor's spot in the underground parking lot for all of my visits.

Pros: 1. Enviroment. Clean and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and nice. 2. Treatment. They have lots of different treatment for any kinds of issue and they will suggest the treatment that suit you the best. 3. Less price. Their filler and laster treaments are generally less priced than other place I went. They have special discount and budget- friendly packages. 4. Schedule. They always call you a day ahead the apointment, which is important for people that forgets stuffs. 5. Result. After laser treatments my skin looks 5 years younger, brighter smoother and a lot more tightened. Also if you want fillers you have to come here. The docter always gives you the most natual look when injecting fillers, and their fille is in good quality and is longer lasting than other filler I got from other places! So now I only come here! Cons: Literally none.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS. What a joke of a place. Purchased a Groupon for a microdermabrasion facial and decided to use it in the late summer 2020. The location is really difficult to find because there's no street numbers on the buildings. Finally after one of the staff told me where to go, it was a nightmare trying to figure out which underground to park as there's several entrances but none properly labeled and the Security attendant was not helpful. When I laid on the table, there was a smell in the room that caused me to cough. The so-called esthetician asked if I "brought" any water with me. Continuing to cough, I told her that I didn't bring any water and her response was, "oh, that's too bad." I couldn't stop coughing so I had to ask her for some water. No word of a lie, she came back 10 minutes later with a small glass full of water. Cough stopped after taking a few sips. Then the treatment started. Even though she had a mask on, her breath smelled so bad. The treatment lasted like 5-6 minutes tops. Hence, didn't notice any difference with my skin. The next day the spa manager emailed me to ask about my experience. I was honest in my response but never heard back - no apology, nothing. Not surprised.

I've been going to Absolute Medi Spa since 2017/2018. I cannot say enough about the amazing laser hair removal treatment by Kathy and her co-workers. Since starting laser hair removal with their Fotana laser, my Hidradenitis Suppurativa has gone into remission. My appointments have always been on time and professional but friendly. The only time there was an issue (machine didn't work) they rescheduled me and added a free facial treatment to my account. In terms of parking, there is a free underground parking garage on site, which is very convenient. Plenty of great deals, especially on Black Friday. Thank you Absolute Medi Spa!!

When I tried to call you regarding the appointment, there was no response. Please be mindful to setup your voicemail if you are closed for certain period. They're so kind and professional! Am noticing a difference after 2 laser hair removal sessions - my pores are noticeably less darker and hair is growing back thinner each time. Be sure to book in advance bc they fill up quickly!!

This cute little spa by square one is great. Love the laser they use !!! So hygienic - it doesn’t need to touch your skin directly and blasts cold air simultaneously while it’s zapping away your hair. I’ve had pretty good results after 2 treatments. The space is clean and I haven’t had much trouble booking apts compared to some places. Some people complain about the parking because it’s apart of the Marlyn Monroe Buildings which have super awkward underground parking but I just don’t park there. I park across the street at square one in the lot closest to the spa and then just cross the street. It’s free and easy.

When I started with her I was not sure of how my results would be but thankfully with her knowledge, expertise and professionalism she got me the results I wanted! She explains everything I need to know regarding the procedures and aftercare. She takes the time to get to know you as a client and understand your skin concerns/needs and targets exactly what needs to be done. She really takes time and care to do her job well. She is super sweet and genuine and makes you feel comfortable as well. I am reaching the end of my laser sessions with her now and am extremely pleased and happy with my results; if I get any future services I will continue to do so with Gina because she is simply the best! Absolute medi spa is fantastic! Upon consult staff were welcoming, and extremely friendly . I've booked in 4 silkpeel sessions. After the fist session with Lisa My skin felt so rejuvenated!! What an excellent job she has done making me feel so comfortable, and educating me about the procedure so I had a full understanding. Dr. Mansour and his team are lovey , I will be happy to share full results of my treatments when complete ! In the meantime I highly recommend this spa based on great customer service, cleanliness and location. So many treatment options and services to choose from.

Kind staff and my massage was well done, but really could not enjoy it as the walls are paper thin so it is hard to relax when there is so much noise going on. It is attached to a children's clinic so if you want to hear a baby crying for 20 mins while getting a massage then it is the place for you. Don't get me wrong I love kids but don't want to hear crying when trying to relax. Someone also walked into the room while I was getting a massage, this was so unprofessional and frankly embarrassing as I was naked and the door opens directly to where everyone gets pedicures. They didn't even apologize for this mistake they just pretended it did not happen, why wasn't the door locked or there a sign saying a massage was in progress. I'm pretty disappointed especially since this spa is on the expensive side, i only gave it two stars because they staff were very friendly and would feel bad giving them only 1.

This place RUINED MY LIFE! Went there for a chemical peel deal that was up on groupon and I don't know how they mixed the ingredients or even what quautity they used that I ended up having a bruise just 15 minutes after I left the salon and was still driving home. I called the place right away and they said it's normal and would peel off. Now 4 weeks later ended up with a huge scar on my cheek that my dermatologist said could take months to go away and is a result of chemical burn. Does not even deserve a one star but negative ratings!

If you have thick black hair like I do and you would like to really see the results, you need to book an appointment with them. I am really satisfied with their service. I heard about them from a co-worker who recommended them. I purchased a laser hair removal Groupon, but I must confessed I thought it was too good to be true...but it was true. They were friendly, professional and caring. They did an excellent job and they guided me well when my Groupon sessions ran out. Since then, I have become a regular client. Topnotch service, cordial staff and quality work! I had three sessions of microneedling and PRP here and I’m really happy with the results. Salve, the nurse who did the treatment was truly awesome! It was my first treatment and she made sure I was comfortable and understood what’s going on. Her friendliness, warmth and skill gave me great comfort that I’m getting quality service. After 3 sessions, I’ve seen marked improvements on the texture of my skin and the pimple scars that have haunted me for years. Beautiful spa and friendly staff. I had my lips done by Dr. Mansour. I told him exactly what I wanted, showed him a picture and they turned out perfect! He didn't up-sell me, in fact, he talked me into getting a half syringe instead of a full one and I'm glad I listened to his advice. I also received my first SilkPeel from Lisa to help even my skin tone and reduce the signs of sun damage. My skin looks amazing just after one session! Overall, my experience was excellent. They are very professional and actually listened to what I want. I will definitely be a returning client!

I enjoy going to this spa, but they are never accurate with their appointment times... I arrive 5-10 minutes early and I must wait for an extra 30 minutes, at least give me a realistic time. One of the best!! I bought Groupon voucher and was afraid because some people treats Groupon clients differently but to my surprise their service was excellent. Place was cleaned and sanitized. I think my esthetician name was Kathy or Kayla (forgot) but she was sweet, polite, explained everything in details and now I see improvement in my texture. I only got one fractional laser done and would go for more. Certainly I recommend them!! I have even asked my friends to go there because they really do an amazing job.

They have a RMT whom the clinic schedules on-call, he isn't there set days of the week. 2 weeks ago, I called the clinic to make an appointment for Sunday morning and they told me that they'll call the RMT to see if he's available; they didn't call me back. The following week, I called to make another appointment again and this time they said Sunday morning should be OK but they have to confirm with RMT and will call me back. Once again, they never called me back until I called them to confirm. On Sunday morning, I arrived at the clinic for my 9:30am appointment and the RMT calls the clinic to notify he has flu-like symptoms and cannot come in. I have no problem with them cancelling my appointment because the RMT is sick but you cannot notify your patients at the time of the appointment about cancellation. If I called in to cancel at 9:30am, you could've charged my credit card for a full session. Extremely disappointing experience, I will not be coming back to this clinic.

I feel happy to express my opinions and share my experiences so far at your lovely spa (waxing, laser, silk peel etc). We all know to find a hairstylist or colorist that does an excellent job, takes the time to know you, understands your priorities and budgets, and of course is detailed oriented and professional can be extremely difficult. I never before realized that is equally important to find an esthetician that you trust and rely on for beauty and skin care expertise. Until I discovered your talented expert Kathy, I could never be sure if I would be burnt by wax or end up with too thin brows. I would frequently leave manicures with thick nail polish, or dead skin left on my nails. I can rely on Kathy to do a flawless job each time, and even be honest if I am not ready for services and look presentable enough to wait. I have seen benefits with the products she suggested. I feel valued and appreciated. I always look forward to escaping to the Absolute Spa and leaving feeling refreshed and confident.

I went in for botox four weeks ago. Dr. Mansour did not listen to me about what I wanted. After I clearly stated I wanted it for my forehead between my eyebrows and upper forehead lines, he said he wanted to do my crow's feet area but up the dosage from what I had previously received at a different spa (results I was very happy with). I had to state again what I came in for. He finally focused on my forehead but seemed eager to just push as many units as possible. He had his calculator ready and told me the total, to which I said no. He lowered the price from $12 to $9 per unit. I wish I'd asked him to lower the amount of units instead, but I trusted that he knew what he was doing and would be true to his word of creating a natural look. As it turned out, I look far from natural. When I try to raise my eyebrows I look like Jack Nicholson as the Joker, because only the outer edges move up. When I try to furrow my brow, the left side moves a touch but otherwise nothing happens at all. I'm embarrassed and uncomfortable all the time, just waiting until it wears off. Go somewhere else because this doctor does not care about you.

I've had bad experiences with laser places in the past, so I definitely have other places to compare this spa to. This place does everything right. The place is clean, and spa like (I.e. well decorated). They don't skimp on anything. They make sure all residue (creams etc.) is removed from the area before starting. They are very thorough with the laser and ask you where you see more hair etc. They are on time with appointments ( I've never waited more than 5 minutes). They use aloe and sunscreen at the end. Also, their laser doesn't require gel which is good (has cooling tip instead). I've had good results with this machine. The ladies who work here are friendly and professional (except one, but I don't see her anymore). They don't push you into buying anything which is great. I am planning to do all my future laser treatments with this spa because having been to a lot of laser places I think this place does everything right. My only criticism is that they don't e-mail you back.

I went there to have a chemical peel twice. The first time everything went smooth (Although the technician did not wash my face prior to the peel). The second time, while the technician was finishing the peel, the technician got chemicals in her eye, she was in pain. I asked if she needed help and if they had an eye washing station. She said they did not have one. The lady seemed in a lot of pain. I feel terrible for her and hope she is okay. She told the manager and the manager did not do anything. If you are working with chemicals etc as an employer you have to ensure you are providing a safe work environment.... on the other hand, what if the chemicals had gotten in my eye? You don't care about your employees, customers etc. Only care about money. I understand this is a business but at least make ensure your "spa" is safe

My Wife took a package of 3 sessions of microdermabrasion and I remember on the very 1st day Jenefer checked her skin and advised us to go for Micro and you will see the results after 1 session, however, we didn’t find any result not even 1% result.I think she doesn't have much experiences to identify which peel can damage customer’s skin and we told her and we are going for my family wedding next day so you recommend which peel is good for her and she did the peel which left my wife's face skin burned.

Furthermore, I was very impressed with my laser hair removal results after one out of six sessions- 50% of the hairs have not grown back yet after two weeks. The price of the laser hair removal is fair and the sessions do not have an expiration which is convenient for frequent travellers. I would highly recommend this spa to clients who value sanitation, service attitude, quality and fair pricing policies!

They have called me 3 times in the past to tell me they're running late. All 3 times I had to work around MY schedule because THEY were running late. I tried to be polite and did not complain. But when I'm late for an appointment, they feel they can charge me a $50 late fee. What ?! I was going to get lots more treatments done here, but definitely changed my mind. And the girl Danielle at the reception wouldn't even let me finish talking when I was trying to describe my frustration... lacking Basic customer service skills... at least listen to the customer before interrupting. Additionally, it seems like they mess up a lot. I could hear a woman yelling in the other room about how there was a problem with her treatments and everyone was too confused to help her. The technicians are the only competent people here. But that's really not enough. Thanks to the owner for the unhelpful and unnecessary comment below.

Visited Absolute for the first time this weekend and it will def not be my last.I had the Silk Peel Dermal Infusion from Lisa.The treatment was relaxing and left me looking so great ,a young man asked for my number a block from the spa-HONEST..Needless to say,I have already booked my next appointment lol...My skin still looks and feels amazing.Lisa was wonderful and informative and the bonus was she did push to upsell me which when done often ruins the spa experience.Instead she advised me on everything as a professional...Absolute is absolutely superb.See you soon

I have been visiting this medi spa for over two years now. I have never been disappointed with the quality of services they provide. I have experienced wonderful results with my laser treatment for hair reduction. The technicians, estheticians and doctors are experts in their work. I must say that Kathy does and awesome job and she is also a wonderful person. On each visit I am asked about the results that I am experiencing versus what I expected. My treatment is tailored accordingly. Whenever I have to re-schedule my appointments, I am always presented with alternate options very patiently. The staff is very kind and welcoming.

The people here are really nice but at the end of the day I wasn't really satisfied with the results I got at this spa. Came in because I had a couple of facial scars and some other small spots on my face that I wanted laser done on (sunspots, dark spots etc). After having 6 sessions I had almost no noticeable improvement in the scars or the small dark spots I had treated. I understand maybe after one or two sessions I wouldn't have seen a major difference but after 6 sessions I believe there should have been more pronounced results. The scars I understand are difficult to treat but the sunspots and dark spots should have been easily treatable. As to why I didn't see the results I still don't know. I'm not sure if the incorrect settings were used on the laser or if the person doing the treatment didn't have the proper experience etc. The reason I question it is because the girl who started doing my sessions after the third appointment was really nice but it was obvious to me that she was new to this and was still learning how to use the machine. First session I did with her was okay but the subsequent sessions did not go so well. I noticed there were consistent problems with her hitting the spots I wanted even when they were marked with the white pencil crayon. On subsequent visits I tried everything I could do get her to hit the spots I wanted. I used the white pencil crayon and marked directly on them, next to them, circled them etc and somehow she managed to miss them every time. Even when I asked her to hit the scars I had which were less than a cm in area she ended up lasering almost half my cheek. I was wondering why this was until I realized there is an additional piece that can be added to the machine that makes it more precise and now I'm realizing she didn't know how to attach it which was why it wasn't being used. While I don't want to be too critical of her I wish I had someone more experienced at the end of the day because I wasn't too thrilled with the results. I honestly felt like this was a waste of money as the area's I wanted treated essentially look the same as the day I came in here.

I purchased an Unlimited Laser Groupon special. The word Unlimited is false advertising. They told me they would treat me every 8 weeks. However when I said that Laser NG Yag recommends treatment every 6 weeks, they agreed to do that. However they limited me to a total of 6 treatments only. I was not successful with this method of laser hair removal. 6 treatments later and the majority of the hair is still there. The one star is for the technician Lisa. She was absolutely lovely.

I had a pedicure here some while ago with Shellac and a massage by supposedly a licensed RMT. The shellac looked awful and started peeling after the third day. The massage therapist charged me for an hour session when I had only requested 30 min and spent more time on my behind than on my shoulders when I had explained they were the issue. I returned the following day because he left black and blue bruising all over my back and behind I looked as if I had been beaten. They refunded my money and I suggested they investigate or terminate that therapist who went way over the line, but I will never go back.

My esthetician Kayla was friendly, accommodating and explained the process before she started. I am seeing improvement in the texture and pigment of my stretch marks after just two laser treatments. I've been to this spa several times and I must say that I'm very pleased. The interior has gorgeous wood decor that gives it a cabin-like, cozy feel. This is not one of those spas that you find on every street corner. In fact, this place is cutting edge since they only carry top of the line products, including Eminence and Skin Ceuticals. I always purchase my CE Ferulic from here, as only medi spas carry this quality line. It's always clean and the staff are professional. Absolute Spa is not interested in just making a quick sale...rather their focus is on beautiful, healthy skin for customers. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful, Professional Spa and Staff located in Downtown Mississauga. My main concern was age spots, pigmentation, large pores. Lisa the skin care therapist was very professional and recommend me to purchase a SilkPeel Package (Series of 6-8 SilkPeel Treatments). My skin never looked this good. My skin is clear, glowing, and finally even. No more dark spots! I'm really impressed with the results, and I will continue to come on a regular basis. Completely rushed. I had a microdermabrasion done in less then 10 minutes, without proper technique. Disappointed with the staff and service here. The receptionist called me 10 minutes before my appointment to tell me I couldn't use the Groupon I had purchased, and said to read the fine print. Next time the staff should read their own policy before calling to cancel a customers appointment, as she was wrong. I should have let her cancel the appointment, my money would have been better spent at another spa! Won't be returning here again.
