I went to have my nails done for my wedding. I was referred by my coworkers and they said to ask for Andy. Although he did a good job I felt rushed, he was rude and I will not go back.

My mom went there and go a first degree burn!!!!!!! When she went in after the hospital, these people told her "no you came in like this" and wouldn't give her a receipt! Once my mom tried to call the owner he told her to EF off And Told her to go to lawyer and court and try what you want that it can't be proven! The burns are horrifying and very terrible from a hot towel this lady put on her legs! My mother complained and they did absolutely NOTHING! She has a hard time speaking English and cannot defend herself! They treated her like she's nothing. Since this happened my mother feels degraded for being spoken to that way by the OWNER and has been crying very much becasue her legs look horrifying! DISGUSTING Customer service!!!!! NO ONE GO THERE!

I absolutely love this place! Yes they are very busy! Yes sometimes a bit rushed. These girls work very hard and do their best...find the one that works for you, I did and Rose is excellent... and the owner and his adorable son are always there to help and entertain as well... great atmosphere, incredible staff, very clean. I always look forward to going.

this was my first experience here and I actually loved it there ! i got acrylics and they weren’t too expensive and they turned out really good ! the only thing i didn’t like about it there was that it smelt like chemicals when you first walked in and the girl that was doing my nails and my friends nails were arguing and it made my friend and i very uncomfortable.

The customer service was absolutely horrible. My best friend and I went for a pedicure and her a fake nails, they made her cry by the end of it and I was cut a few times, both by different ladies. The lady who did my toes left half way through to go help someone else leaving me in the chair. While the lady who did my best friends nails was making her cry because her hands were clammy. They kept making excuses for their behaviour. Neither of us will ever be going back. Not impressed with the service at all.

Absolutely horrible experience. I used to go here years ago when I lived in the area & had no complaints. I returned recently as I work close by & needed a quick shellac manicure although I’ve been visiting another salon in a Barrie. First, I was rushed like crazy. Second, the tips of my nails were much darker than the cuticle area as the esthetician rushed through it not doing enough coats. Third, my nails began falling off within 1 week. Fourth, for the last 10 minutes of my appointment, the staff were all standing around me laughing hysterically which I felt they were laughing and mocking me. I felt very uncomfortable. To top it off, I went back to my regular salon where my regular esthetician said that they used gel under the shellac. For whatever reason but it peeled back my nails & made them thing & frail. Very unhappy. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Best selection of nail colors in town! Love their pedicure massage chairs. I go to see Jolie every couple of weeks. They take walk ins but I recommend an apt since they're usually pretty busy.

If I could rate them a negative number I would. Have never had such poor service. They were in such a hurry my nails did not meet my standards. When I asked them to fix their mistakes they yelled at me and charged me more. My pedicure water was cold as ice and they left my feet under a freezing dryer for over an hour. I will never go back.

Terrible experience! We 4 booked pedicure appointments first thing in the morning. The staff were all late arriving. We got started 15 minutes late. I wanted polish on my toenails but was told it would take too long. None of us were given polish but we were upsold on the pedicures. Paid $40 for a rush job. Have been a customer for almost a year but will never go back and neither will my 3 friends who were all first time customers.

Terrible Experience. I booked an appointment for 11:45 and waited until 12:15. The employes there were very rude. When i went to get my manicure done I told her no shellac she did it anyway and argued with me that i told her too. I had to pay $20 more. Definitely would not recommend this salon.

Beware, they charge $20 extra for shellac on your hands and $20 extra for shellac on your feet. Turns a $48 dollar mani pedi to an $88 dollar mani pedi - over $93 bucks with tax. Never been to another place that gouges like that.

Got a shellac manicure done last monday am.. by Wednesday the shellac was peeling off my nails messaged them to ask how long the shellac lasts they said they would gey back to me.. never heard from them.. not too happy ???? Called today and one of the girls was apologizing for what happened and told me to come and they would fix it for me.. need to say it was a nightmare.. they were very rude saying that my nails were so frail that they couldnt guarantee the shellac would stay.. they kept talking amongst eachothers which was very rude i felt very uncomfortable. i had picked another color because i couldnt dind the lavander that was done before and tbey said they would charge me for a different color! Wow just wow.. i said the color i had done isnt here anymore so she said fine i do this one.. i left embarrassed and apologized to thw girl that was at the front desk and she even said they were "salty" today.. i said they are very rude... will not return to this place.. or recomend it either.. they made me feel like it was my fault that the shellac peeled off.. End of my rant!

Went in Thursday to get my nails done and by the next day one was chipped. Went in to get a repair and was told to take a seat and wait. I waited for 25min and watched other walk-in clients come in and be dealt with right away. I was told to come back the next day to get a tiny nail repair. Terrible customer service.

I had a great manicure at this salon a couple of weeks ago. Tracey was the technician - she removed a shellac mani (better than my usual salon) and did a great manicure. Would recommend it - clean, but busy, so book an appointment.

Went in to get my nails done after making an appointment. Waited 2.5 hours for my own appointment. Was rushed through and charged the exact same for a fill on my nails as it costs for the original put on. Called and made an appointment for first thing in the morning when they open , thinking it would be better . Only to find out they didnt put my name down at all... So no fill... I'm very disappointed ! Will never be going back.

Booked an appointment here at 10am for a shellac manicure. I had the day off so I said anytime. They gave me the time of 12:30pm. Walked in at 12:30 with 4 people waiting. They did greet me promptly and confirmed I had an appointment. I then sat and waited for 20 minutes. Don’t come here if you value your time. Manicure was mediocre.

I would not recommend going to this place to get your nails done. If I could I wouldn’t even give them a star as they don’t deserve it.

Such a disappointing experience. I called and made an appointment earlier in the day and was told they have time at 4:30 to fix my one nail. I got there and waited 45 minutes, 4 people who came in after me (2 were walk ins) all were taken before I was. One lady just kept saying to me “a few more minutes”. Too long of a wait for one nail fix especially since I made an appointment. I tried talking to the manager to explain my frustration because no one communicated with me that I may have a long wait and the manager kept trying to argue with me.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago, at the end of my last visit, to have my hands and feet done at 6:00pm today. I work in Barrie, an hour is normally more than enough time to get there. I made it there by 6:05pm. Yup, I was late by 5 minutes, so after running to get to my appointment I found out they had over booked and I couldn't be taken. Since I am heading out on vacation in a day, I didn't have time to make another appointment. I can only say that I am very disappointed and won't be going back.

Have been getting my nails done at this location for several years now and have had great experiences every time. Andy and his team work hard to make sure they accommodate as much walk in business as they can, but as business is clearly picking up, I recommend calling ahead for an appointment to avoid disappointment. Staff are always pleasant, work hard, will listen to what you want or don't want and respect your time. If you want something slightly different or changed altogether, they will accommodate your preferences; just let them know.

I get my nails done here regularly, as there aren't a ton of options in Midland. The place is nicely decorated and clean. Certain people are more skilled and particular about their work, others not so much. I have found one girl that I love and stick with her every time! Hard working staff and great service for a low price!

I don't usually write reviews but I had a pretty bad aftermath experience. I was gifted a certificate for Christmas and finally got a chance to use it. I was long shellac nails but because due to poor communication because of not being able to understand each other, she just painted my short natural nails. I also got a pedicure which has now resulted in an ingrown toe nail, last night it was so painful - I tried getting it out to get some relief and it just poured pus. Its even worse today, so so so painful! It was almost as if the lady knew she messed up too, just by the way she looked at me with concern after she cut and fled my toe nails. So I basically paid $80+ to get my nails painted and have an ingrown toe nail. Yay

I was very happy to find Kimmy. She did a great job with my nails. Now I keep on calling and nobody knows when and if she is back. I will try an other lady tomorrow. I would love to have Kimmy back. Today a new nail person. He did a great job. I made an appointment for 11 o'clock but had to wait 40 minutes. No apologies. I guess that's the way it is. Next time I will just wake in and I can go when ever it is good for me. I have to wait anyways. One more thing... you can not have an appointment with the person you like to do your nails. There is a constant change an workers. Very strange.

Got a shellac manicure done 3-4 days later they started turning orange and already chipping, I called and ask why the shellac would be chipping this fast or even turning orange, The lady on the phone was very rude and told me hand sanitizer is doing that to there nail polish and the nail tech should have used a “ better quality nail polish“ I’d think if your paying $50 for a service they’d use “ better quality nail polish” during a pandemic if they know HAND SANITIZER is turning there nail Polishes. Very disappointed in the service they offer

Very rushed atmosphere, not relaxing at all. When the girl did my manicure, she was clipping my cuticles and cut the skin on my pinkie finger to the point it was bleeding! All she could do was smile and say sorry. The worst part is that she cut the skin beside my big toenail too short. Within hours it was red and swollen and infected! I'm disinfecting it regularly but I may need to go to the hospital! My toe is constantly throbbing and I can barely walk! I hope I don't get a staff infection or something! I'll never go here again!!!
