Nate and Joel delivered the sauna right on time and were so patient with me while I tried to figure out where to put it. Lol They got the fire started, and gave me clear directions before leaving me with everything I needed to keep it going. (plenty of split wood and fire starters are included.. everything is taken care of) It doesnt take long to get hot and was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. I also experienced an unexpected, last minute change of plans that affected my sauna rental & they were so understanding and accommodating. A complete pleasure to deal with! Thank you :)
