Very hospitable and kind enough to make a short-notice booking, but I was not prepared to spend $120 for a routine mani-pedi. Would still recommend this spa to others, because the owner-operators were very gracious when I arrived and when I ultimately cancelled my appointment. In retrospect, I realize I should have asked for the prices before I booked in, as that was the crux of the matter for me. Also, I misunderstood the nature of the spa; I didn't realize it was a beauty treatment facility which required me to fill in a quasi-medical intake form, as opposed to a hair & nail salon where walk-ins and 'no questions asked' intake is more the norm.

I get laser hair removal done on my face and neck here. 0 pain (compared to the old style of laser hair.. OUCH) ! Great package price, very professional, friendly and always responds within a few hours. Would recommend to anyone! 5 stars!

Great place to go if in need of a massage or de-stress after a long day of work or shopping. Spa is setup great.The atmosphere is one that will want you to stay or to book a returning appointment.

So to start off, I am a transgender woman, and I'm in the process of hormone therapy and laser hair removal. I have very thick and coarse hair, the original place that I went to had a different machine that made the hair removal process both extremely painful and often leaving me in shock, shaking, sweating and fearful of every zap that comes next. I have a low pain tolerance, and it could be described as torture in my books. Now terra atma's machine, literally the one called "pain free hair free" is exactly as it sounds. I know what laser hair removal feels like, and pain free hair free was a totally different experience, with absolutely no pain on the highest setting on my most painful areas!! I went in for a consultation today, and I am floored!! Blown away by the fact that it is what it says it is!! Take it from me, pain free hair free, is pain free and will make you hair free! I recommend terra atma and their machine to everyone out there!! This is revolutionary in my opinion!!! Thank you terra atma for making this process of transition a little less painful!!

I went to Terra Atma for a consultation and the staff are knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you have about skincare. It's a nice facility. This place seems to offer a custom solution tailored to your needs rather than making you buy things you don't need. I appreciate that. They also track your progress with a procedures they offer. Which is neat.

The service and hospitality of Terrace Arma Media Spa is un-comparable. I had a not so great massage experience at another local location, but now that I've gone to this location I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. 5 stars isnt good enough, my massage therapist Terri Weber was incredibly knowledgeable while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere throughout the whole session. If you're new to massages (like I am) or have been getting them done for years I would recommend checking this place out. I don't usually do reviews but with an experience this great I couldn't not express my appreciation.
