I did my massage practicum here at spoiled rotten and I loved it! I will be going back for my 2 year practicum and full time after I've reached my 2200 hours. The owner takes pride in her BUSSINESS it's very clean very sanitary the staff were amazing and welcomed me with open arms. If I could give spoiled a 10 out of 10 I would. The clients are welcomed and treated great from the minute they walk in till the minute they walk out. I have never been into a BUSSINESS that has every been so clean so friendly with such a positive environment. I recommend spoiled rotten to any massage therapist looking to start their career or any client looking for a great massage experience or a pedicure.

I have never felt the need to write a review until now because I am so disappointed in my "spa" treatment. My mom and I got the paraffin dip pedicure for 80 bucks. Better pedicure at Walmart for 35 bucks then the one we had. Left the edges of my toes extremely rough so they keep catching on my blanket etc. Put the wrong color on my toes and I didnt realize until after, she massaged my first leg a decent amount and then all of a sudden she seemed really rushed and did like a 2 minute massage on my other leg. They dont soak your feet or exfoliate etc. Then I got the facial which was another extreme disappointment. I got the one for 65 that includes their "specialty" treatment based off of their $50 skin analysis. I got on the table, she very quickly washed my face like 20 seconds, slapped some toner on, put a few hot towels on my face then put the special treatment on my nose and chin then left the room for what she says was 15 minutes but felt longer and wiped the treatment off my nose. The 20 minute massage was maybe 5 minutes and she seemed rushed the entire time. Put some moisturizer on and some gross sticky lip gloss on and the li8p gloss she got all over my lips like a 2 year old. My Fiance went for a massage that morning for the first time and he said it was good and I see the reviews for massage are mostly good...maybe just the massages are worth it but I have had way better pedicures and facials for cheaper at other places in the hat.

Me and my daughter where there yesterday. The lady that had me was great. The atmosphere was pleasant. Although i had noticed that the lady doing my daughters was constantly leaving during their sessions making a relaxing spa day made her feel neglected. She was very upset so she wrote a review. The lady then replies to the review trying to blame my daughter for being pregnant and not knowing what to do. If your that concerned for pregnant ladies dont accept them as clients. Pregnant ladies lay on their backs to sleep and she had an upper body massage so instead of shaming customers who had concerns with their visit just say you will try better or something instead of putting their personal stuff on a review site. That's why they are here. Not for owners to backlash at people who feel the need to make a bad review. It also looks bad for your business. Have a great day.

Everything about spoiled rotten was amazing. I called and was able to get in the same day, the staff was so incredible, the massage from Lena was one of the best I’ve ever had (which is saying something because I am extremely reluctant to get massages due to some bad ones I’ve had in the past), and they just went above and beyond in many ways. There were wireless chargers for your phone, you could connect your own music if you desired, and they gave me water on the way out. Such small gestures, but those things on top of a great massage made the whole experience so pleasant. I will 100% be returning.

The location is ok as it’s not a busy area (mostly residential) so there is street parking. The building is old and it is clean but not spa-like at all. Quite dated in fact. I very pleased with my therapeutic massage. David is fantastic. I made a return appointment prior to leaving as l feel this will benefit my overall health and well-being. I have recommended him to my husband who has chronic arm and shoulder pain. Nov 2021 - Just a note- David is no longer at this location.
