When I went there they used a hacksaw so clean my nails. I ended up in thd hospital with 45 stitches on 6 of my fingers. Almost had to get 2 of them amputated. Do not send your grandparents here, or they might lose their dentures!!!

So impressed! Beautiful inside, smelled nice and customer service was great. They took their time, didn't rush at all even though they were a bit busy. Paid attention to detail and made sure I was happy. Also, huge selection for colors! Will absolutely come back ❤️

Today was my first visit to Polar Nails Spa. I had the deluxe pedicure and was so very pleased with the time spent on massage and relaxation. Khuan obviously cares about the clients experience. He even stepped out of his comfort zone and created a nail design for my big toes. I will definitely return.

But if your looking just to relaxe you won't be disappointed either. On Sunday's however they just accept cash so heads up on that. Fallow them on Facebook to see thier fantastic nail art/ work.

Wonderful staff, all friendly and their work is fantastic. There was a comment made in a review about what they accept for payment, I've been going there for over a year and I always use my debit card so they do take another form of payment besides cash just in case you are deciding whether or not to go there. Currently, they do not accept credit cards. Very clean environment.

The first time I went there was just ok. I asked for a certain design and she said I couldn't be done. I know it can I have had it done before. So I got something simple. When i went to pay I was charged more than what they said it would be. I was annoyed. I told get I was quoted something different. She said no they were wrong.I asked how much a fill was and she told me a price. When I went back to get them filled, she filled them with acrylic because she said she couldnt do the design with gel. Lie! I did not want acrylic but she didnt understand so I just let her so it. The acrylic was way too thick. When I went to pay they charged me way more than they first quoted me for a fill. I took them off. I will never go back again. They do not listen and charge way too much for a very simple fill.

One of the best manicures and pedicures I've had at a walk-in salon. I got the deluxe pedicure, which included an orange scrub (with a real slice of orange), a mud mask, and parafin wax. They also massage your legs/feet with hot stones. I also got a regular shellac manicure.. and it too was great Service was really good, the place is cleab and staff are really friendly.

Very poor customer service. We came in for a girls day out to celebrate a family members birthday. One of the ladies in the group (lady A) recommended this place because she comes often. The nail technician that usually does her nails wasn’t available which was fine. So another nail technician started on lady A. The nail technician mentioned she had a standing appointment at 1:00 but the lady had not shown up, 1:20 she started on Lady A’s hands. The 1:00 appointment shows up, late mind you and lady A was asked to get up and wait for another nail technician. I refuse to give money to a business with such poor customer service. I will never go back. No apologies were given no correction was made.

I hated my experience here. I went in to get my nails done and showed the guy a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted. He said “oh that easy” so I said “okay.” As soon as he started working on my nails I told him he was cutting them too short and he said “just wait it will look good when it’s done” and then he put the powder on way too thick. I mentioned all the issues I saw with the nails and he just kept saying “I’m not done yet hun trust my work” so he kept asking me if they looked good and I kept saying yeah after you do this this and this. He never fixed them. So I finally just gave up and said yep they’re fine. I got home and my fingers were throbbing with pain. I just wanted them off. I called and told his wife I hated the nails and wanted them off she said she wanted to try and fix them and I said “you can’t fix this mess” and then he called me back and wouldn’t give me a refund or anything. This is a horrible place to get your nails done.
