I am new to town and was nervous to see a new hairdresser. However, Jas did such an amazing balayage on my hair. My hair has never looked better! She is so personable and hilarious that the hours just flew by. She is very knowledgeable and made amazing recommendations regarding colour and cut that took my hair to the next level. I would definitely recommend Jas to anyone!!

I went in wanting a very short hair cut, and the hair stylist seemed to not want to cut my hair like that. Asked me repeatedly if I thought about it, and then right before cutting, asking again if I really thought about it. I felt uncomfortable and had to divert the conversation. She then proceeds to cut it and it looked awful afterwards. Wouldn't give me a fade and just made me look awful. Later on I went to a barber to fix my hair. I won't be going back, not only did they not give me the hair cut I wanted, but they styled me like Justin Bieber's earlier years... not cool.

Being new to the city, I based my trust on the previous reviews. Michelle is amazing. She listened to all the components I asked for and incorporated everything within a specific technique and look I had never heard of. She's fast and is clearly a professional. As a client I recommend trusting the process and letting your hair stylist do what they do best. I will 100% be going back as a regular.

I have gone here for just about two years and every time I come in I feel very welcomed and appreciated. Teanna has never let me down with my hair, she is outstanding and she is always considerate of the health of my hair and not just the look. I also got Plush to help me with eyelash extensions that I had gotten from a local person why didn't do a good job, and they we're so amazing to deal with. I had come in feeling frustrated and left in a great mood. I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

Asked for a choppy bob, got a horrible cut, one side was 5 inches shorter then the other, had to go to another salon to get it fixed, the owner of the salon should have stepped in and took over! Instead she stood back and watched the ugly cut unfold, I paid for the cut but will never return. Some ppl should not get scissors in their hands, I should have known when I called to book the monstrosity, the receptionist said”is that ok?” If your unsure of your staff.. don’t put ppl with them unless they ask for them. I hate my hair ????

I had the opportunity to go in today and have a beautiful set of classic lashes done by the fantastic Korrie. I can't even express how beautiful they look! She was so professional and sweet through our entire sitting. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get a classic set eyelashes done. I have also had her do my makeup and she did a stellar job as well , she is such an incredibly talented woman. Thanks again Plush Salon and Spa for another amazing experience

Took my 2 year old for his first salon haircut. Jenna Vincent did a fabulous job! My boy is a bit shy and hesitant, so she let him sit with me. It was fast and painless. Book online with Jen to get Jenna Vincent.(there are 2 girls named Jenna at this salon). The other staff was also nice and very profesisonal. They helped my little guy feel comfortable and even asked to give a sucker quietly to me before offering to him. Gold star! Highly recommend.

This salon is amazing. I have only been here a couple times, but in those times, I could tell these workers care about their clients and love what they do. Tammy brought my hair back to life and really helped me with finding what was best for me. She made sure all my questions were answered and always explained to me what she was doing and why. She really took her time with me and just made me feel confident leaving there. She was honestly just amazing, and i will definitely continue coming here. Thank you for such an amazing experience

there are hairstylists.. and then there is Jas! ... a true master!! she looked at the picture I sent her, analyzed it and nailed it!! I was super stressed to be going to a new hairdresser but she is so funny and outgoing I was totally comfortable and she has a true passion for hair she takes great care of her clients, I will definitely be going back and highly recommend going to see her!!!

Went for a waxing with Korrie and let’s just say I will never go to her again.. super sweet girl but most painful experience I’ve ever had getting my lady bits waxed. Waxed over the same spot multiple times and pulling strips off that the wax stays on! Also left a fair amount of hair will have to shave or go to someone else to finish..

Great haircut by Teanna but was not happy to find out that there was a $5.00 COVID Cleaning charge when I was paying for my haircut. They could have mentioned it when the appointment was booked. The other thing that bothers me is the amount charged...$5.00, $2 or $3 I could understand but $5.00.
