They use the same nail file on multiple customers and even heard one of the ladies explaining to an older customer that she had nail fungus and she did not get a special file. Also couldn't get what I asked for which was just colored tips.

I had Li do my nails this afternoon and she did an amazing job, exactly what I wanted, was not rough at any point, made conversation with me and was super cheap!! Also cleaned everything she used on me right away! Very satisfied and will definitely be going back!!

i feel like its a hit or miss for this paricular salon. ive been there 3 times. first time i went was for a manicure and pedicure, with jist polish. it was no problem at all for my fingernails but i think her name was Queenie, was very very rough on my feet. she gave me several hangnails and she didnt even leave my feet in the soaker for vey long. the second time i went i got acrylics on my fingernials. they were white and gold and i believe Queenie did them as well. Last time i went i got a purplish gray acrylics. and i got jess. she was soo nice, and she was very gentle. my friend got Queenie and said she was really rough. but overall ive gotten good results and service ????????‍♀️

Visiting from out of town & I booked a manicure with Shellac polish & it was truly awful. First, they kept insisting on using the drill to remove my old Shellac which is NOT the proper technique - Shellac is to be soaked & then GENTLY scraped off. I kept refusing because if the nail tech drills too much it causes trauma to the natural nail. After much back & forth they FINALLY agreed to soak it off but, in my opinion, it shouldn't have been an issue to request the proper way to remove a product in the first place. Next, was the manicure. My cuticles actually look worse than they did before I went, and I left with a giant, bleeding hangnail. And last but not least: THE SHELLAC. The application was uneven & bumpy, and I left with a copious amount of hardened gel on my cuticles and fingers. Not only that, the Shellac on my pinkie finger peeled off in 1 HOUR. I can't wait to get home & go to my normal salon. Never again.

i had a great experience there, i had never gotten my nails done before and i chose this salon. I had a guy do my nails and they looked exactly how i wanted them too. i’ve gotten so many compliments on them and i will always go back to this salon

once they put the acrylic gel on my nails, it felt like my nail was in fire and until i moved my finger around then it was fine. the sander drill kept burning my skin and nail if they held it for a period of time. my friend had a pedicure and the other girl accidentally poked her in the foot and she started bleeding while she did the cuticle, the lady put either acetone or alcohol on it. other than that it was great and the nails came out perfect. i guess “bip” is the real deal.

The best place in Medicine Hat to have your nails done. I was very impressed with the end result of my nails. It was a male nail tech that did my nails and he wasnt very talkative but he did an awesome job. Very impressed!

I just went & got mine done about an hour ago and I’m really impressed! my gel nails look great, was 55$ for a full set & the lady who did my nails was very nice & very fast I have no complaints

Disgusting customer service, if you want crooked nails, to be greeted by your nail tech cracking their neck and making noises under their breath as they do your set this is the place. But lest we forget their never cleaned drills and files, oh as well as if you want your cuticles cut or pushed back that will be 15$ and they’ll probably throw your hands because thats way too inconvenient for them at a nAiL sAlOn.

Lee (Li) is amazing her Gel nails are perfect and she is fast. She has only done my pedicure once as she usually too busy doing hands. I have had many pedicures over the years by many different girls and I have always had exceptional service.

It was the worst time in my life. I was there to get my manicure & pedicure with Queenie , I wasn't understand what she said, she has terrible attitude also she wasn't know how to clean the cuticle. I was ask her to clean more she immediated said it already cut. When I was talk with Jess, she take over to do for me, I feel lucky to have Jess.

I left in tears after the work experience of my life. Never been back again . I got shellac manicure and perdicure have been done from them but a day later all come off then they cut my toes so bad . i went to nail shop in the mall it never happen even they cost more but service really good . they all speak good english and understand what i need .

DO NOT LET QUEENIE DO YOUR NAILS. They are lumpy, my cuticles are covered in gel, I asked for coffin shape and my nails turned out to be all different shapes/sizes/lengths. Don't waste your money on this place I am never going back.

I love ones Nails, I had both a pedicure and manicure with full set of gel nails done. They are fast and friendly. Dont expect great conversation but that is OK with me I can just go and relax as these ladies get the job done with perfection. I have always had trouble with gel nails sticking to my nail, but when I get them done at one's they are perfect for weeks. Highly recommend this buisness

Received a beautiful pedicure. They were open on Sunday which was they only time that worked for me. Noted that they use an autoclave and cleaned the tubs with disinfectant after each client. They didn't speak with me very much and conversed amongst themselves in another language the whole time, but that was ok, I could just relax and enjoy the experience.
