Bought myself and my sister a Groupon for lash extensions. They mostly fell out the day after on myself. I contacted the spa and they suggested a more experienced technician for my sister's and hers still fell out the next day. Also My sister's technician had a cold and wasn't wearing a face mask which ended up with my sister getting sick since she's only working a few inches from her face. Disgusting. Upsetting because we had them done for a special occasion and they didn't even last to that day. The spa was very good at offering another complimentary set and other services at discounted price. Don't recommend this place for lash extensions and not happy that they didn't send their employee home while they were sick with a cold.

I was excited for my pedicure as I had heard fantastic things about the quality of work and being sent home with a small bottle of the polish for touch ups. The spa was clean and seemed welcoming. The massage chair was not very good as it felt awkward and slightly uncomfortable. It was written in the email I received that the reflexology as suppose to be a half hour and I only received 15 mins . The girl doing my toes was lovely but unfortunately the lines on my toes were a little more sloppily done then they should be. I asked for the mini bottle of polish for touch ups to fix them when I got home and was told they no longer offer that as a perk. I'm glad that I went on at reduced price for a birthday month bonus and not have spent over 65 for the service. If I had paid full price would have been extremely unhappy.

I've been a patron for years. I always walk out feeling muh better than I did when I walked in. The staff are the best. In particular I love Marianna, she always makes me laugh and believes it's part of her job to keep me entertained. Laura is my second love. She top notch with eyelashes and gel nails. I wouldn't have anything but LCN Gel Nails and that's what I get at Zealous. Even the staff I don't patron regularily get top marks from me to their attentive and friendly attitude. My technician did a great job, however on the website it clearly stated that a therapeutic pedicure included 30minutes for a reflexology treatment for $20 more. It was a machine that was ineffective and was only for 15 minutes. I mentioned this when I paid, and she wasn't even aware of what was on the website! I was not offered an apology or compensation for this false advertising. Will not recommend or return.

The staff and the atmospnere are great. Very relaxing have my instant face lift facial. Unfortunately i didnt see a difference after the facial. The products that she had used were good. My face felt very clean.. but as far as helping to tighten or remove crows feet there was no difference. I told numerous people that day that i just had the 'Instant Facelift' at Zealous MediSpa and my feedback was consistent with how i felt . No visivle difference. I looked tired going in and tired going out. The reason I booked this service was due to a discussion with the staff last time i was in for a different type of service. The esthetician had stated to me that i would certainly benefit from the instant facelift. So i booked when a special came up. I was realistic about my expectations and didnt expect much. But i did exlect some difference. Reason for the rating is simply based on the outcome.

If you want an actual spa experience go to a real spa. I told the esthetician that I was there just to relax and she spent the entire time knocking the products I use, commenting on my "bad skin", selling me products I didn't want and pushing me to make a follow up appointment. I couldn't wait to get out of there and did not feel relaxed one bit. I also dont feel like the facial I got was worth the price I paid (75 plus tax for her to rub paint brushes on my face) plus my face felt sticky when I got home. I rubbed it and the product was flaking off. I have been before years ago and thought maybe over time it would've gotten better but it hasn't. Won't be going back ever again.

An expensive disappointment. I went in because they called me out of the blue to offer me a birthday special. I hadn’t been there in several years so thought I’d try them again. When I got there I was asked to fill out another information form, this time with lots of medical detail. They clearly already have my personal information because they called about my birthday. When I asked about their storage and privacy policy they were confused about why this is important. (Pro tip: it’s the law) Had the Pro 60 facial which is meant to include a massage. Everywhere else I’ve gone this is usually while the mask sits. Nope. Here ‘massage’ means applying the lotion to *just* your face and picking off bits of exfoliant that weren’t washed off properly. Nothing beyond what you would do to get moisturizer on your face at home. The esthetician had me take off my T-shirt but I don’t know why since she didn’t even treat my jawline never mind touch my shoulders. She skipped out on the extractions claiming my skin is great except now at home in proper lighting that is clearly a lie. My skin is a bit inflamed which I suspect is the sunscreen she applied without asking - after my telling her chemical sunscreens make my skin burn earlier in the treatment. Don’t bother going even with the birthday discount. Also, it turns out they use mostly US products which I don’t support at all but only found out after the fact. Buy a mask at the drugstore and put a couple wash clothes in the microwave, you’ll get a better experience and save yourself $80.

I visited zealous medi spa and is was okay, the esthetician was very pushy to buy products. The towels were gross, stained and kinda smelly, the place isnt really clean. Spa needs reno's.

I've been going to Zealous since 2008. I've had a couple of different estheticians for the first while and then I settled right in with Laura. I've been happy with all of the spa treatments that she has given me and I've had microdermabrasions, peels, body cocoon, full enhanced facial to only name a few. I haven't been disappointed once. Quite honestly, I've gone to an actual dermatologist for some of these treatments, and I wasn't happy, although the cost should have reflected the treatment, it did not. At Zealous, this is not the case. The prices are reasonable and the quality is fabulous. Thank you Laura for always making my day when I come for some pampering.

I've been going to Zealous since 2009. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pedicure, facial and other treatments that I love. My favorite besides the pedicure is the face lift facial So relaxing and great results Their weigh loss program is great, easy and keto friendly if it's what you want.I'm currently doing it and feel so much better. I lost so much fat in 3 weeks and my energy level is better than it has been the last 4 years. At 56 I was tired of being tired and overweight I'm turning my life around with the help of the Spa's wonderful staff. Darcy is my coach and encourage me all the time. Mariana is my go to esthetician for all my other services. At Zealous Medi Spa it doesn't take long before they make you feel at home and special. Go see for yourself

I will definitely be returning here due to the excellent service I experienced. On the phone, services were explained to me in a friendly manner as a booking time was made. Because I was referred here I also got a coupon for future use. The location has ample parking, and a comfortable waiting area. The staff member I saw was kind, friendly and professional. She put me at ease and the experience wasn't all that painful due to her skill. I have great confidence in the service I received and I look forward to future visits. Highly recommend.

I went to get lash extensions done this summer. After a lengthy discussion with the technician we agreed on single classic lashes. When she was done not only did I discover massive glam/volume lashes which I did voice my disappointment over, I was charged for volume hybrid lashes instead of the single classics I had agreed to. I needed to make an appointment to return to have them removed or fixed but my schedule wasn't going to allow this for over a week. By the time I'd have gone back to have things fixed, enough lashes had come off that I was now happy with where they were at. I booked a fill 3 weeks later being as I was going on vacation. I decided since I liked them so much a week later and I was leaving in 5 days I would stick with the hybrids but slightly less than the time before. The technician was sick. I asked her several times as she was sniffling directly over my face during the 2 hours I was there for a fill (it should not take that long) She insisted she was not sick. She did not wear a mask and continues sniffling right over my face. I was charged as much for the fill as I was for the initial full set. 3 days later I am not only developing sinus issues but my eyes are burning and watering off and on. I will say that the first batch was attached well and looked very good once they thinned out. The fill also looks well done. But I'm not impressed with the spa overall, their customer service or the extra charge for their wrong doing. Technicians should be wearing face masks, and not working on people's faces while sick. Lastly a spa experience should be relaxing. The technicians choice of conversation was disturbing regarding the dark web, canabalism, and black market body part sales... maybe some customer service tips are in order?! ????????‍♀️

I had visited this spa today after a coworker told me she heard good things. I was looking for a hour long foot massage in a relaxing environment, pedicure being a bonus. After reading reviews I had an uneasy feeling going in. I can honestly say I've felt more comfortable at a chop shop. Its more affordable and enjoyable. The spa itself is small, there is only 2 chairs for pedicures. The vibrate on the chair is very loud so when you turn it on you feel almost embarrassed and rush to turn it off. Also the lights inside this spa are SUPER bright, not very relaxing at all, the front desk, waiting area, and pedi chairs are all within a 4 step walking distance from eachother which makes it feel crammed. You can hear every conversation anyone is having in the whole building. I got the moroccan pedicure from courteney. I feel i didnt recieve everything it says on the website. The massage I received was okay, the paint job was okay as well. I didn't ask for a design as the lady beside me did and I did not like the way it looked, the esteticians seemed nervous. They also chat with you the whole time, and I personally want to relax and enjoy it. I feel this place can be improved but unfortunately I won't be returning.

My girlfriend was there last week. We are now on vacation so she can’t simply come in to have something fixed. She had hybrid lashes done. It’s not been a week and most of her lashes are now gone and she continues to have bouts of tearing accompanied by a stinging burn which makes us stop moving as it affects her so severely. I will never be going there and am sure she will not be returning.

Spent 1 hour 45 mins there and $80 on Feb 11th getting gel nails. 3 of the nails had fallen off in 24 hours. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a bad bonder. Went back feb 13th spent another 1 hour 15 mins getting 8 out of 10 nails redone because most of them were lifting at that time. Was cut on at least one finger. They look nice so was satisfied. Go on my vacation... all of my nails are lifting and or fallen off again within a week. I've messaged the shop again and no replies. So save your money and go elsewhere.

I book my facial thinking about 1 hours but not fully hour. Not good facial massage, doesn't feel any deference on my skin, not even myself feel relaxing on my face after spending $100 for exfoliation facial. I was going to bring my friend but now I don't.

DO NOT GO FOR YOUR LASHES !!! I went to get half set lash extensions and ended getting an eye infection right the next morning when I woke up.When i was getting them done one of my eyes started stinging quite badly and i told that to the esthetician to which she replied "beauty is pain!!" Went to the doctor and he said that the gel that they used may have gone into my eye since it wasonly one eye. It was so painful and red and he gave me medicine which costed as much as the half set of lashes. Technicians seem to lack training and obviously don't know what they are doing as the gel is not supposed to touch your inner eye or any part of the eye other than the lashes as its harmful. DO NOT GO IF YOU LOVE YOUR EYES! Thank you

I went to zealous medispa last week and had a body cocoon and an advanced clinical facial, It was by far the best pampering I have ever received at any spa.I was incredibly impressed with the service that I received,the lady who did my treatment she was very patient,sweet accomodating and professional. In addition the place was very clean and well kept, I would highly recommended zealous medispa to all my friends and family....thank you zealous medispa for a job well done!
