Everything is way too expensive(if you want dermologica products just go to the website), the girl I had for all of my services was unprofessional talking about drugs she enjoys doing and the next rave she really wants to go to, she tried to up sell me on everything just so I would spend more money...maybe she works on commission..I don't know but it was super irritating. Even if you have a service booked for weeks; you could get a call THE DAY OF your appointment that it needs to be re-scheduled! Once I am done with my gift card, I am never stepping foot back in this place and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Bad experience. I fell when the treatment table slid out as I was leaning on it getting dressed. I hit my head into the wall and got a concussion. The esthetician was very kind and apologized for not locking the wheels. The owner on the other hand was rude. Made me feel stupid for not using the counter or chair in the room. Never apologized or showed any concern at all that I was injured at her salon. My daughter and I are long time customers. I will not be returning. I was very surprised this owner could care less about her customers.

And on my last two visits my room door was left open so that esthetician could answer phone, greet customers and deal with walk-in traffic. I tried the Hydrafacial with Shiwani and availed the discounted service on a Monday. I was right there on the dot but I did wait for 5-10 mins tops. However, I felt the service done to me was cut short considering there was a wait on my part. I was expecting an hour worth of service. I did like the hydrafacial a lot although it was really strange that I developed a stye in my upper eyelash after 5 hrs when the treatment was done without doing anything in my face. I started to recall the events and was already began to speculate, was the white towel rubbed on my face cleaned during the treatment? Also, when I was about to settle my payment, a product was recommended to me and I was fine to pay it but I realized too late that I also paid a tip for that as well. I was extremely disappointed with myself that I wished I requested to pay for that item separately apart from the Hydrafacial. I think the 15% off hydrafacial was worth it but I felt like I paid more from what I was supposed to pay. I think something needs to change here - do separate billings or you guys are likely to be audited with this kind of scheme. Overall, the hydrafacial was lovely but I think there’s still room for improvement which I’m hoping to observe on my 2nd visit.

Very bad experience with EXTRACTION FACIAL. After a very painful experience, it's third day after extraction facial and still my face have vary bad bruising and whole face filled with brown spots. I started going to see Elis at the Urban retreat Derma spa sometime during the start of this year. thus far, I have gone to see her about four times and the results I have seen are unbelievable! During the course of my life, I have always been a victim of dreaded acne. It was never really bad to where I needed medical prescriptions, but still bad enough to where I felt very uncomfortable in my own skin. Thoughts such as "I bet those people are staring at my face right now because of my acne" would run through my head on a daily basis. The issue became oh so much worse when the pandemic started, causing my acne to become way worse than it already was. No matter what products I used or routines I tried, I could not overcome the horrific "Mask Face". Once a very close friend of mine referred me to her specialist here named Elis, I decided to give her a shot! Elis was so kind and inviting when I first met with her. she immediately made me feel so welcome and very accepted for who I was, even with my acne ridden face. My first treatment was the hydra facial, where she rejuvenated my face with moisture and sucked out any gunk within my pores. Let me tell you, I walked out of there feeling like I finally found the answer to overcome this ever lasting battle that I had with my acne. Let's fast forward to today, my face is clearer than I could have ever felt possible. I have maybe one pimple on my cheek, but it is currently going away with the cleansers that Elis suggested to me at checkout. My skin is full of life, it has colour and moisture. My skin is extremely clear! when I walk out in public the only thoughts going through my mind are "I look so good right now, watch me work this flawless skin!". I want to remind you that this was after only four visits within the span of a year. Following Elis's steps for washing my face at home (which are so easy to follow, its unreal) has helped me space out my visits while still keeping flawless skin. If you are in need of help sister, go see Elis at the urban retreat derma Spa. She will help you become the confident woman you know you are inside. Elis is a professional in this field who has struggled with acne to an extreme level as well. She fully understands what it is like to feel frustrated with your skin. I’ve been seeing Shiwani for about a year for hydrafacials. After the hydrafacials my face would get worse than it was before, she told me that’s normal and that my skin is just purging. She’s been pushing me to buy these skin products which are not even right for my skin, and I would leave with $500 bills every month. She would tell me every time that I should be patient and continue doing hydrafacials and buy this extremely high priced skin care. I’ve told Shiwani a few times that I’m devasted about what is happening with my face so she told me let’s try dermabrasion and extracting all the pimples, after that my face was bruised and a crust formed on my cheeks which took more than a week to heal. My face started reacting so badly to those creams and exfoliants that I had to stop visiting them. I’m extremely sad about what happened to my face, I don’t recommend seeing them. I’ve also talked to the owner over Instagram about those treatments not working and just getting worse.

(Other 2 seem amazing too, I just don’t know them ????) As everyone “shops local” keep this great local spa in mind! (They even have a drive thru window!). Some of my fave products: image vital c serum, the max stem cell serum, ageless total repair creme and image spf 50 sunscreen. The Hydrafacial is a great treatment.

I've seen Elis for a few different treatments and have loved absolutely all of them. She took the time to educate me on what would be best suited for my skin which included the different facials and products they offer. I've had a few facials which were all great and made my skin look and feel amazing. She also suggested trying out the eyelash lift and tint, and eyebrow dye, after some of my comments made to her about wanting to microblade my eyebrows but not wanting to actually have that procedure done, and same with eyelash extensions. I could not believe the difference those two services made to my eyelashes and brows. A very reasonable and affordable alternative to lash extensions and microbladed eyebrows!!! Definitely a noticeable, polished, change to my face. Was just what I wanted for someone who rarely wears make-up but wanted to feel a little more put together. The spa itself is nice and very clean, and definitely recommend Elis!

I'm 18 and I bought 2 new client packages for my mom and I. My mom had an excellent experience with Aynsley for her first ever hydrafacial. Her skin was glowing afterwards. Aynsley also went ahead and did some whitehead extractions for her. As for me, Aynsley gave me an amazing lash lift. My lashes have always been short and straight, but with the lash lift and her referral to start using Revive, my lashes have never looked better! A+ to this place

We've only done 1 treatment together a extraction but she sent me home with some product and within a week I see noticeable changes and this was only the FIRST treatment! I finally feel like theres hope on this journey from suffering from Acne my whole life seeing different dermatologist's numerous topical creams and pills nothing ever seemed to do the trick. AMAZING RESULTS! Let's get one thing straight: this Spa does NOT offer run of the mill, fluffy, do nothing facials. These extremely educated and well trained woman offer state of the art, dermatologic intervention! I will not go quietly into old age! I will never look (or feel) my age again with the treatments provided by these skilled aesthetians using state of the art equipment. The prices are absolutely on point. You pay for the quality, the education of the aesthetians, the cutting edge technology and it is worth every penny. Side note: That story about a weird experience.......C'mon! I was actually there at the same time, getting a hyrafacial, and there is no way that story is true.

Michelle has completely saved my skin!!! (I assume not the staff's fault) I helped them clean it up and they didn't even thank me! Horrible!!!!!!!. They keep cancelling my appointments last minute, this time when they called they just left me a message, but never actually spoke with me. They never ask to re book me just tell me that they need to cancel. They never called me back to confirm I even got the message. This is the worst service I have ever received. The company has zero respect for their customers. Don't go here.
