I was amazing experience with spa natural team. They did a great job on all my pre and post wedding functions. On my big day, I felt comfortable all the day with my heavy wedding dress and make-up. Next day on reception, Sarbjeet did great job and gave me beautiful look. I can't believe on my wedding and receptions photographs, which I received recently. A big thank you to Sarbjeet, Harleen, Preet and the whole team to make my days special and unforgettable. ❤️❤️

I go here to get laser done for my face, their service is exceptional. The entire staff is very friendly, they follow all covid protocols. I have had my sessions done with Rylin and Sarab and they have been superb;made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and gave me great tips for aftercare. I had to move my appointment up at the last minute and they were very understanding about it. Great service!!

I went here for my very first Brazilian and it was sort of a nightmare. My esthetician's name was Amie and the results of my waxing experience left me with little tears down there and unfinished wax job (did not wax my behind). The manager/owner was very helpful by providing me with some polysporin and another esthetician finished the job. It was a really scary first experience.

I chose this spa because it was just 5 min from my in-laws' house. The location wasn't very appealing but "don't judge a book by its cover"! I was accommodated right away after arriving even though it was Christmas eve. I was lucky because I got the owner herself to do my nails. She was very gentle with treating cuticle as per request. The hand massage she did was to die for. I felt like my whole body got massaged! The ultimate footspa I got was also good. Tracey gave it a good moisturizing, scrubing, and massaging. I just wish the spa chair adjust to my tiny size though (maybe it does but I didn't ask). I also enjoy the little friendly conversation I had during the treatment. Specially with the owner's little girl. Overall it was a good visit. I think I paid just right for the kind of service I received. I'd definitely visit there again the next time I'm here in Winnipeg.

I was going to give 4 stars initially for the only reason that this spa is not overly fancy as far as ambiance goes, nothing too over the top. But I changed my mind after my treatment and payment because my service here was unreal and the value was incredible. I would much rather pay a great price and spare the extra 'fluff' that has nothing to do with my service quality. I got an hour long facial with extractions and including taxes came to $56!!! I called when the spa opened at 9:30 and they were able to book me in same day at 11:00 the ideal time of my choice. My technician was great, my extractions were painless and my scalp massage was to die for. If you're looking for quality service at a low price this is your spot!!! Will be back!

Sukh is the best waxer I've ever met! She is gentle and talk you through the process. She is very calm and cheerful. She did an awesome job in eyebrows too. I shared a photo of my before and after eyebrow. Definitely would come Back to Sukh for sure!

Great place to go, I only go here for my nails and eyebrows. All the staff is friendly and cheery and does everything they can to make you feel welcomed. They follow all their appointment times so you are never left waiting for long.

First time going there for a walk-in massage on a sunday. I'm super grateful that they are available almost right away. It's not therapeutic but I feel more than relaxed. Best way to end the day is to go for her massage and sleep after - don't fall asleep during the massage, enjoy the soothing skill. Sukh did a really great job and I had to ask her for threading too. It was a pleasant experience overall! I will definitely come back!

I would not recommend this place. I waited for over 20min which was fine, but I waited to get my cuticle cut & all of my nails cut all different lengths. I just wanted to get the shellac set I had on removed & then a new set of shellac nails, and this new set is peeling & bumpy. Plus I paid $50 and it said in the pamphlet it was only $10 for the removal so all together it should have only been $40. I never have any problems going to other nail salons, never going here again.

Normally I don’t post reviews and if I do, it’s only for places that stood out extra (exceptional and beautiful service or awful, shocking service). Unfortunately this review is the latter. I showed up few mins before my hot stone massage appointment. As soon as I walk in, it’s a small space that looks jam packed with salon items and machines , so everything feels cluttered. I was escorted to my room with my masseuse and there was another lady in there trying to move literally a crock pot full of what I assume was water and rocks? Because she could not carry it easily it took her a while as Me and my masseuse just proceeded to watch and finally the lady carrying the rocks put them on the counter and scooched me over to the other side of the room. The room was NOTHING like the photos, it was crammed with tools, wax equipment, all kinds of things. It was a bright lit room with a single massage bed (amongst all the other clutter) that had a stained rough towel on the bed with a thin sheet on top. When the lady told me to lay down on the bed face down I asked her where she’d like my face since there was no head piece (with the hole to breathe out of), just a table. So I politely asked where I should rest my head... as my options were go face down on the table bed and not breathe or hang my head/neck off the edge of the table bed. She seemed surprised and said “Oh”, and reached down below the counter. She pulled out the head piece that attaches to the bed, and says “yes I’ll attach this after” and places it on the counter... i thought this was odd as this is normally done prior to the customer arriving to the room and I thought she would’ve attached it right away. so I said alright I’ll go with it, I don’t like being rude and I like giving people/services the benefit of the doubt. I took my clothes off and laid on the bed, to notice not only stains on the towel but a garbage can full of other people’s wax products and garbage RIGHT BELOW MY HEAD, below the table where my head proceeded to hang off the bed. It was disgusting. There were lamps and wax stuff and standing trays, etc, right next to me. The worst part of the service (because I was willing to look past all of that and give this salon a shot since I came for a hot stone massage, not a 5 star spa experience), I laid naked in the bed for almost ten minutes (FYI I am a regular spa goer and get massages almost monthly and have tried places all over the world (from 5 star luxurious spas to local salons to sports massage clinics to cheaper functional massage , like this on). I decided this was getting ridiculous as i was paying for this time. so I got my clothes on , open the door to inquire about what’s happening, and the masseuse was simply organizing the nail polish rack just next to my door, she looked stunned and I said oh hi it’s been like ten minutes . And she says “oh .... yeah.. sorry...”. Then she walks me to into the room and at that point, I had my clothes on, been lying on a cold dirty bed for 10 mins of my 75 min massage where the masseuse had no good reason or explanation other than she was organizing the nail rack. I am all for supporting local businesses and I really don’t enjoy writing bad reviews but I truly think this should be written to caution other future customers of my awkward and negative experience. I also think businesses can never improve or grow if they don’t hear unsatisfactory reviews. I hope this place corrects their customer service, cleanliness, as that dirty cluttered room was not meant for a massage and by no means was it a space for relaxation.

Went to go get my nails done here 6 days ago and two of them already fell off and one just started to break at the tip of the nail just now. For 72$ you'd think they'd last a couple of weeks.. went and got french tip done for 45$ somewhere else and they lasted almost a whole month..
