I love coming here! The service is great and I’m never disappointed. I always get special treatment from my esthetician Maria. Who always does an amazing job!! All the other staff are very pleasant and always have receive a lovely warm welcome from the owner Barb. Elisa the receptionist always goes beyond her job to help customers with adjusting their appts and making sure they are completely satisfied with their service. Always clean and very reasonable prices. Would recommend to others.

I had my first visit this past Weekend and Ava was my esthetician for a facial. It was honestly the best experience I’ve had at a spa. The front end staff are kind and polite. Ava is amazing! She is so present while she does her work, the intention is there, not doing just a typical routine and you can tell she really loves helping people. The massage she provided was wonderful! She is professional but personable. The products used for the facial were fantastic. I have such sensitive skin and I didn’t experience any kind of reaction. My skin felt 10 years younger. I will definitely be back! ❤️

I visited for the 1st time today and was thrilled to get in with very short notice. The facility is lovely and clean. Victoria performed my personalized facial and I left feeling very relaxed and my is skin in much better condition than I arrived. Her pressure is a little bit strong, almost a wee bit rough and I could have asked her to dial it back but I didn't say anything as I'd rather feel my skin being worked than not. The price was reasonable in my opinion. I will happily return to her.

I went to El Spa because the lady I usually go to was away on holiday. I went for a bikini wax and the women that did my service was very odd. She kept asking if I like pain and that if I want pain she will give me pain. I assume she was joking but it made the experience awkward. The wax itself was poorly done, she missed spots and did not use any cream or powder to prep the skin. After the wax was done I was then told to put baby oil on all over the area.....it was dollar store baby oil with the price sticker still on the bottle. I would not recommend a bikini wax from El Spa

I have been going to My El Spa for years (when it was known as Elle Spa). Most importantly: the facility is very clean. The estheticians are all trained, certified, and professional. Do yourself a favor - ditch the "chop shops" that popped up everywhere and are full of untrained, unregistered estheticians, and support a great quality local business.

My wife goes here all the time and loves it. Staff are great and the owner really cares about her clients. They make sure to keep everything clean and safe. Highly recommend this place!

The experience was lovely and there's a cozy lounge to relax in! Hung out with two girlfriends getting pedicures for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately after hanging out in the lounge for our toes to dry and wearing flip flops home, walking around the house barefoot - I put socks and shoes on to go run an errand (3 hours later) and both of my big toes are smudged badly. :( However, after a quick call to the spa they booked me in to get them fixed up free of charge!

Used to come here for a quick eyebrow wax, but will only see the owner from now on if available. She's the only one who puts in details and makes sure your happy with the way they look before you leave. A little overpriced compared to other spas in the area.

I don't attend spas personally, but my girlfriend has on occasion and has been quite pleased in the past, so I decided to purchase a gift certificate for her upcoming birthday. When I arrived, I was impressed by the atmosphere of the place, and especially the pleasant demeanor of the staff. At the front desk, Elisa was very welcoming and professional, and even took some time to give me a tour of the place. After this experience, I might even join my girlfriend on her next spa day!

I have been to the salon a few times. Some of my experiences have been fine, nothing exceptional. Over the last year I have become increasingly disappointed. The customer service is lacking and the treatments have been less than acceptable. It really depends on who you get for your treatment. My last nail appointment was terrible. When I placed a call to ask to have it repaired there were no appointments available. When I asked if she could refund my credicard she stated she would rather I come back to have a positive experience. Needless to say this was also irritating. When I attempted to book an appointment before my wedding I was informed I could only book with one woman. they had no time available before my trip and they called multiple times a day trying to squeeze me into THEIR schedule. When I attempted to use my credit for my fiancé we were also denied. So even though the attempt was to ensure I had a great experience with them it was quite the opposite. I will no longer be a client as it is difficult to be a customer. No need to jump through hoops to be a client if I can just go to the spa down the street. If you are a long time customer and know who to see, enjoy. If you are rolling the dice, good luck to you.
