The best spa I've been to in the province, not too crowded, very nice and comfy installations, many types of saunas and resting areas, access to a small river, SILENT (rare blabbering patrons but they are quickly notified by staff) with only occasional sound of passing cars from the road nearby. No time limit on access to baths.

I really love this spa. I’ve been to so many over the years, and I would often make the drive out to this one in particular. I have never had a disappointing experience. The saunas, the eucalyptus sauna, the resting spaces and the baths are so well taken care of, and you can even go in the river all year round! (I go in the river In the winter too). As you can see, it’s beautiful here and it’s not put on or fake, it’s warm, inviting and comfortable. If you’ve never been please do yourself the kindness of offering this experience to yourself!

First of all, they sent 2 confirmation emails with different times making us miss 20 min of our massage. The guy at the front desk was super rude and very poor customer service skills. And then they tell us the other hot tub is down so only one works so it was overcrowded all day. NOT going back there

We came in the evening and it wasn't busy at all. We really enjoyed it. Very clean ppace and friendly people. The price included locker and 2 towels.

My husband and I have been to several spas and this one has become one of our favorite. The site is beautiful and blends well with the surrounding nature. We found it to be quiet and peaceful, with the occasional sounds of passing cars, but not enough to stop us from going back. The site is the perfect size, not too crowded, with several types of saunas and resting areas. We definitely recommend.

I would say that this is my happy place. A SPA in a beautiful enchanted forest, extremely well integrated into nature. A place with special energy. Went there many times and every time I felt fantastic. Love the landscape, you have to walk, and it was built in different levels. Good variety of saunas and baths, relaxing areas... The massages that I had were very good, usually relaxing. The design of the place is very minimalistic and rustic. A hidden little gem, that usually is not crowded at all, which I love. I would recommend a few things that will make the place perfect: free robes (really important), free beverages (maybe some tea or flavored water with fruits or veggies), add music to some of the installations (ex. No music in the sauna by the river or the crypte), have a fireplace outdoors. In conclusion, I love it during the day but more at night. With the lights it's absolutely beautiful, especially in the winter. Keep this place to yourself. We don't want to make it too popular.

Relaxing place near the border. Many spa rooms and pools inside. Great view on the river from one of the spa rooms. Booked a Swedish massage there and it was awesome. Massage specialist knew what she was doing and provided one of the best massage that I’ve ever had. Snacks and coffee available inside.

It's a great get-away that allowed me to reconnect with myself AND with NATURE! If you love connecting with the 5 elements, being outdoors in the natural forest, the smell of pine trees, breathing fresh mountain air, the sound and feel of waterfalls, relaxing by a camp fire, this is the place to be! I just loved this place! It's rustic and humble decor takes full advantage of it's natural surroundings. Don't get me wrong, it's very clean and very well maintained, it's just made to blend in very well with the forest setting, you'll feel like you're at your own personal cabin in the woods. They have many unique installation all located at different areas on the site. They are all linked together by walking paths that take you on short walks through the forest past. It's really a unique experience. I loved being outside so much I didn't even try the saunas, I was enjoying the pools and resting by the outdoor fireplace. They even have a small natural creek where you can take a cold dip in the water or simply rest under the forest trees in hammocks or long chairs. Silence is well respected on site and cell phones are not permitted. If you're looking for peace and quite you'll find it here! I've tried a few different spas and this one is easily at the top of my list, it's so much more than just a spa. I'm already planning my next visit.

If you ever are in town, go here! The setting is gorgeous. They have done a magnificent job creating an oasis that you'll want to come back to, again and again. We were talking about our next visit before we even left the spa! We enjoyed the baths and sauna, didn't take advantage of a massage.

It is on the smaller side and only had 2 hot tub but they have so many more sauce and the staff is super nice. The hot tubs however can be a little crowded but no sound of trucks or traffic

Nice getaway! I go here to get total relaxation ! I favourite parts are relaxing in the hammocks after a nice massage and the hot and cold baths ! Also the river is so tranquil! The staff are professional and friendly ! Highly recommended !

This is probably the best spa that I've been in Quebec and yeah, one of the nicest ones that I've been worldwide. They manage to keep the nature and rustic feeling of the surrounding. The staff were kind and courteous and the facilities were tip top! How I wish it's only 15min away from Montreal ???? I will definitely back.

We made it a tradition to go to the spa every year on our birthdays and anniversary (which happens to all be in the month of October) and this spa is by far our favourite! Definitely worth the drive to Magog!

We purchased a gift certificate for some friends that fell ill and could not go. We asked for a reimbursement within the 14 days as stipulated by the "Loi de la protection du consommateur" And they never called back, they were very impolite over the phone and did not respect consumer law In Québec.

Great customer service at check-in, beautiful location, fairly priced. Cons: No one seemed to be watching over the "silent" section (my experience at other spas has seen a staff person discreetly shushing guests), so it was frustrating to try and relax while a group had a long, VERY loud conversation when a "social" section is available to them.
