Called that morning for an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed, they fit me in that day, it was so relaxing inside, you would never know how busy it is outside, the service was awesome, they were super helpful and did exactly what i asked

Sign outside shop said masks required but I was not notified on the phone before my appointment to bring one. Waited outside for my appointment and no one came to get me nor did they answer their phone when I tried to call.

The spa is beautiful, but they did a horrible job on my hair! I can't believe how badly my hair cut turned out! I will never return!!!

Book an appointment for a shampoo and style a month in advance for a wedding in the area they said "I can squeeze you at 2.30 pm only" I called to confirm a week in advance and to ask if I could have a cut too. They said yes. I arrived at 2.30 and they said that "actually the appointment was a 2 pm" and the hairstylist was done for the day. I called twice I don't think I got the time wrong TWICE. Plus...squeeze me? She was home at 2.30 pm. Worst experience of my life.
