J'ai du lui dire qu'il me fesait très mal, il m'a répondu : ah vous les femmes vous êtes faites fortes!! J'ai dû lui redire que c'était vraiment trop douloureux, DU JAMAIS VU!! ZERO honnêtement. Mon chum a eu le nez rouge et super enflé durant 1,5 jrs et des larmes coulaient durant son extraction tellement la douleur était intense. Vapeur uniquement d'un côté du visage, il a échappé je ne sais combien de chose par terre, n'avait aucun échantillons à m'offrir à la fin, mais à mon copain oui. Très mauvais comme soins et services malheureusement, quoi que sympatique le jeune dans l'ensemble. La massothérapie j'ai demandé forte pression +++ et ce n'était que du flattage, très long et pénible comme massage, payer pour se faire flatter c'est ordinaire! Réceptionniste aucun accueil professionnel surtout que c'était notre 1ere fois à cet endroit. Dsl je ne recommande pas du tout du tout cette place.

I've gotten multiple massages in my life and have never ever left a review other than 5 stars. I received a massage yesterday and the therapist seemed very uneager to work. I waited around ten minutes once I undressed and laid down on the table before she walked back in. The head pillow was extremely uncomfortable and there was a piece of wood poking into my face the entire time. The massage in general was good but I paid for 60 minutes and only received 40. When the therapist turned me around to massage the front of my shoulders, she did not put anything on my eyes which I found odd. She also did not let me know when the massage was over, she just walked out and slammed the door. 100% not worth the 80$. I will not be back which is a shame as I usually get a massage every month. I do not recommend.

I love this place...... Quiet/calm/environment when you first walk in. Easy parking too! We are always greeted with a smile, then you are welcomed to wait for the specialist to come and get you in a comfortable waiting area. The massage therapist then shows you to your room and she takes 5 min. to ask some health questions and what your preferences are. They then give you time to undress and place your clothes on a chair/hook and lie down on your stomach under the sheet and blanket. You can tie up your hair and remove jewelry to make things easier. The therapists have always attained my expectations. They are quiet and respectful & discreet. I love the peaceful music that plays. I would love some essential oils in the air!!
