Instant gratification! They heated the room with a space heater, but the air that blows on you to dry you off in the machine was not heated.

Great customer service and super friendly and welcoming. I definitely prefer the atmosphere of this place instead of a gym or some big tanning salon chain place (in my experience the staff always tend to be so rude at those places)

At first was impressed with the establishment and staff. As my group of laser hair treatments went on a technician made me aware that two of my sessions had been done at an incorrect laser setting. Therefore the benefit of laser hair removal wasn't as effective as it should have been (as pointed out by the technician and apparent on my chart) Not my first experience with laser hair removal so I know what to expect. Owner wouldn't take responsibility and make it right, and contradicted what I knew and the technician had previously discussed with me, even though there is a chart with the settings for each session for my treatments, which he viewed. I was then asked to purchase another laser package. Not recommended.

Chris the owner is absolutely great! I came from a different town as a pretty biased tanner, thinking I wouldn't find beds as good anywhere else. To my surprise Chris had just opened this beautiful salon and the beds and bulbs were all excellent quality. I got the tan i was hoping for in under 2 weeks. He treats you like you're his only customer and will accommodate you in any way - ordering lotions, bed recommendations, etc. Best tanning salon in London in regards to quality, customer service and convenience.

Great spot defiantly will go back regularly for my spray tan and even more services the owner is a gem he’s very helpful and super customer service oriented. I got caught in the rain right after my spray tan that I got for a wedding I had the following day and it got ruined but he told me to come back and he would take care of it and gave me a whole new one for 50% off ! It was wonderful and very sweet of him !
