Very bad customer service! Did not remind client to arrive early for preparation and only offered 45 mins instead of 1 hr. Very rude to customer. I agree texting would not help with relaxing, but when I asked Ariana to give more pressure as she asked me if the pressure was ok, she said you would feel relaxed if you are not texting! Like if I am already relaxed, why would I bother go see a massage therapist?? Can you not remind me in a more soothing way as it’s the nature of your job? Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Very inpatient when answering my questions and requests. There were barely any pressure near the end of session. All the girls at front desk were just chit chatting and did not bother have any eye contact with me including the girls who did paperwork with me for th entire 5 mins! Did not bother asking if I had an insurance company to claim. Worst experience ever! Would not go again or recommend to anybody! I only give 1 star for good location as it’s convince for ppl work in downtown. Hard to find parking if you are driving though.

I cannot say enough good things about Renaissance Massage! The environment is peaceful and serene, which is hard to accomplish with the chaos just outside the door. I've seen a few of the therapists and not one has disappointed. Natalie Boot and Melody Corrothers are excellent therapists and awesome, cool women to boot (no pun intended)

I've been coming here for the past two years for massages. There's really not anything on my body that needs a massage. I just love the having a massage and I feel like I'm floating for the rest of the day. My benefits cover about 1/2 of the 1 hour massage.......so why not. I've several different people give me massages and they were all excellent. Kudos.

Absolutely amazing experience with Ariana! She was able to find a problem with one of my muscles(during a hot stone massage no less!) I didn't even realize existed and bring some relief - I was able to pass this info on to my chiropractor as well and between the two of them it has helped me immensely!

Great setting to have a beautiful meal with your favorite ladies. Just a different change from normal resturants in town. This is the most unique place I have been in London. Prices are also really reasonable.

Some of those yummy stretches I have been using for years. Lastly, the building has a nice aesthetic - warm, minimal and I love the exposed brick in the rooms. Visited Renaissance for the first time since I was looking for a new massage therapy clinic. Seen the reviews, and it was ideally located- I also like the fact it’s also a spa if I ever decide to use those services simultaneously with a massage. I was able to book online last minute which was great, and had Ashley. Ashley was amazing, and although I filled out the health form online prior to the visit, she asked me again before we began, areas I wanted focus on. And she even touched on areas I didn’t realize needed attention. Although I could hear a bit of the background noise from others outside of the room, Ashley and I chatted throughout the appointment, so I didn’t mind- it was still very relaxing (Ashley was very respectful about the silence and I was the one who decided to initiate a conversation). I do like the fact that they have multiple RMT’s working with different expertise, and with the online booking system, it makes scheduling last minute or in advance, easy around my chaotic schedule. Hope to be back again soon! ????

Amazing spa day in the heart of London! Natalie and her team responded immediately when I reached out about a spa day with my friend. We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, and the quality of the services. They put together a custom package for us and presented us with gourmet salads in our final service, and the whole experience was beautiful. Best Thai massage anywhere, ever. I’d been having the regular Swedish massage for a long time and never knew Thai was an offering at Renissance. Decided to give it a try on Natalie’s suggestion. This was such a redeeming experience - I felt unlocked, reborn. The set-up on the floor was perfect with cushy mats and perfect ambience. Natalie was a wizard with the skill, as always.
