Clean salon, lots of parking in the back, quaint. No visible price list (always a red flag for me) and the gal doing my feet could not tell me how much a mani/pedi combo cost. Turns out the price was more than I am used to paying for this service so that in itself was a disappointment. I had a pedicure and shellac french manicure and they did not do any cuticle work on my hands so it looks not nearly as clean and tidy as it normally does when I go to my usual spot. Further to that, during the pedi the young lady was using the foot file on what she must have thought was callous only to realize that there was no callous on my feet and she proceeded to file off the top later of skin so deeply that it was bleeding. I now have a huge wound on the outer edge of my big toe that makes it difficult to wear foorwear. QT has great ratings which is why I booked there but I think next time I will go to my usual spot where they are tried, tested and true.

I have visited qt nails twice in the past 2 months. The first time I had a manicure and the second time I had a manicure and pedicure. Both times I booked with Rosie. She has a lovely, warm manner and is excellent at her job. The price also fits my budget unlike some spas. The salon has a nice relaxed atmosphere and is very welcoming and professional. I have decided to just treat myself once a month as I received excellent service at a manageable price. Thank you Rosie and qt nails!

10/10 would go here again to get my nails done. The ladies were very friendly and had a lot of information about the products/processes they were using. The lady doing my nails even checked her work after and fixed up a spot that wasn't perfect. You get to keep your file and buffing square, they don't reuse. The space was clean and well kept. I got the dipping powder for the first time and love my nails! They feel rock solid, almost like I have acrylic!

Great salon. Often come in here for threading, not very many places do a great job, but QT nails always takes great care of my brows. Lots of parking in the back, and it's very clean! Always look forward to my apointments, staff is so friendly. Highly recommended!!

This nail salon keeps up with latest trends for nails so I thought I’d give it a try since I’m trying to find a new nail salon here in London .. wasn’t the best customer service when I entered But I let it slide because I thought the nails would make up for it ..... I asked for a certain nail design and pointed out I wanted them long she looked at me and said “no too long won’t look nice “ and she made my nails super short ... I told myself fine I’ll deal with shorts nails because they might turn out pretty .. WRONG !!! I’ve never had such horrible nails before in my life, super short , super crooked .. she didn’t clean it well so I had product around my nails .. I still can’t get over the horrible job of these nails I paid 55 dollars just to remove them 3 days later . I couldnt stand to look at them ???? the only nice thing about the salon was the lady doing my nails was sweet and the inside of the salon was super pretty.

Very nice establishment, owner was nice, and the massage chairs were a treat. However, the woman doing my toes didn't do a great job. I get not wanting to touch my big, hairy, dry feet but for $40, I expect my toe nails to at least be trimmed better. I came here because I'm in the trades and in steal toes all day. I left feeling unsatisfied and wanting more. Very mediocre but not the worst experience hence the 3 stars.

This place completely ruined my nails. I went in just before the beginning of the winter and I asked for a full set, I had an event coming up and wanted them to look good. I was happy up until the next day. I didn’t have time to inspect them until the day after I got them done but when I did it was already too late. I noticed a few of them were crooked, and one of them was literally pointing straight up (my 8 year old actually noticed that one). The day after they were in an excruciating amount of pain because she left them significantly longer than what I had asked her to do. I went in to have them removed and the second girl was even worse. She filed off more than just the fake nail and went right through my actual nail on a few of them. My nails were bleeding and chipping and breaking, I was in so much pain for almost a full month after. They’re still painful now and again but I was given an antibiotic and a sedative from my doctor so those help a quite a bit. They’re not infected anymore at least. They don’t know what they’re doing at this place, highly recommend not going. Find a different place to go. It’s been a few months since my initial appointment and my nails are still completely ruined. [pics to come]. The pictures i’ll be adding are from today.

Will be a repeat client for sure, got a pedicure and felt like I was in heaven and my feet and toes looked and felt amazing afterwards. AWFUL. I have recommended this place to so many of my friends after having great experiences with them in the past. I don't know what has changed, but my nails have been looking horrible. I had my nails done (dip powdeer) on a tuesay and by thursday the polish on one finger had chipped ad broken off. I went in for a nail fix on friday morning and 1. the staff was unfriendly in the morning 2. my dip polish was applied too thickly and was uneven. Upon closer inspection I now realize how poorly the paint job was done in general on ALL of my nails. I talked to some of my other friends (about 5 other girls) and they have not had a great experience. :(

I have been twice for nail dipping and it is the only way to go! I have very soft nails and they never grow as they are always splitting and breaking. The dipping product strengthens the nails, does NOT chip and will last for weeks! The salon is very clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

Unfortunately the last two times I have gone my shallac manicure has not lasted more then 8 days very disappointed! First it was peeling this time it has started to bubble and crack and Peel its really to bad because I loved going here :( Was a five star First time client and I will definitely be back! I love the time that was taken to make sure I was happy and the lady how did my nails was very nice, very clean and amazing work!

After searching for a good nail salon in London I thought I found a great one! I was very wrong. I went for a bio gel fill and was satisfied the first time. However, they have a sign on the side of their building "10% off bio-gel walk in", yet were quite rude at first when my friend and I told them we did not have an appointment. I felt as if we were an annoyance to them. I did like my first fill here. However, the second time I returned, I was asked if I had my nails done there before, which I said yes, then after they inspected my nails, I was rudely turned away from a walk in.. so my I made an appointment for the next day. When my friend and I came in the next day, we were again not greeted in a friendly manner. Once we sat down, both of our nail techs were very friendly however. I left satisfied with my fill. Within the next few days I was looking at my nails and noticed how awful the paint job was, it was almost wavy on the sides of my nails, not even between coats and excess bio gel around my nail. Within 3 days, I was making my bed and my nail completely bent and then snapped off the next day. I went in to get it fixed (with an appointment made by my friend) and was told that the tech who does bio gel wasn't in so I had to get my nail fixed with solar gel instead. 2 days after this, my pink nail and my middle finger nail are PEELING off. I have been getting my nails done for a long time and have only one other time experienced such low quality nails. I hate leaving bad reviews for places but I am furious about the work when I have paid 60$ for a fill each time. Not worth the money and my nails are literally ruined underneath as well, they're breaking and now I will have to go elsewhere and get them removed and get a full set of nails again. Do not recommend this place at all - the only thing I will give them credit for is they do have a very clean salon and once you are actually with a nail tech, they are friendly. UPDATE: 2 of my nails have broken completely off (3 if you include the one I already had to get fixed). Not included in the pictures but another one of my nails is literally peeling off. Worst nail experience I have ever had.

Had really disappointing experience. Staffs were showing no respect or interest throughout the procedure and I find the nails done in a bad way very irregular and appears bad. Most importantly they didn't sanitise the place and the equipments used whi. I saw the Google rating and chose to go here. But this was truly disappointing. I never post negative reviews but I couldn't resist myself from posting this because I recieved such a bad service. I payed 60$ and when I look at my nails I'm disappointed each time because it's not proper Please never provide such a service to any customers.
