I can only rave about Fantastic Nails and Spa and the excellent service they consistently provide. Two visits ago I came in without an appointment with a broken nail and they accommodated me right away and didn't even charge me for the service! Specifically I always request Suzi for my nails as I have found she does the best job for my ombre fill with ultra pointy nails that I always get complimented on. I highly recommend coming here no matter who or what service you may need.

today was my first time.time. Im very impressed , ive have never had such great service , i only came here because i had won a gift certificate for fundraising. From the moment i walked in till i left it was warm and welcoming, the staff is wonderful. Anna did my manicure and pedicure and she did an excellent job. i even messed up a toe and she fixed it with no hassle. These ladies truly take pride and care with all of their clients. The place is beautiful inside. The first thing Anna mentioned was that they use an autoclave to sterilize the tools and everything used is new. and this has been the first time ive ever been to a salon and they have the autoclave and use new supplies.. its a big distance from my house . but it was worth it. and i will be back .. thank u to the staff and Anna for such wonderful service. i will be recommending ur salon.

I tried this salon based on their great reviews. I had them fix my nails done elsewhere that where done wrong and looked awful. When I called to book the women on the phone got me in less then an hour for an appointment. When I got there the lady at the front was very friendly and offered me something to drink while I wait for my nail tech to finish up. I had my nails changed from Ombre to a regular colour and the women did a wonderful job. My cuticles and nails look nice and clean and how they should for a shellac nail set!

My first trip to Fantastic Nails & Spa was a great experience today. I was greeted promptly when I arrived and when they realized it was my first visit, they all introduced themselves and made sure I knew all about the spa's cleaning policies and the place was very well maintained. A definite MUST SEE!!! All of the staff are so friendly and professional. They are very accommodating especially when I have to bring my children. It’s a fun outting for us! The prices are fair. I get eyelash extensions there and they last for weeks. I also like that their products are good for sensitive skin and eyes. Very clean.

I went here with my grandma and my aunt to get gel manicures and the service was great. The empolees were very nice and kind people and were very quick to get us seat and started. My grandma and my aunts nails turned out great and mine did as well. Unfortunatly something had gone wrong and the entirety of the n ail polish came off within a few weeks in the shower. Thankfully once we had contacted them and spoke to the manager, they were very understanding of the situation. We live quite a ways away so they were able to accomidate to that and make compensation. It is unfrotunate that it happened to me, but all in all in it a great place to go with great service and amazing people.

The best place to get mani, padi, eyelash extensions, massages, and more! Name your beauty concern and they can definitely do it for you. The quality of the service and the products they provide are very top rated. I’ve been to many salons but this one is absolutely the best! They have free coffee and their mani/pedi chairs provide massages too so my husband is always happy to accompany and wait for me while he sits on the massage chair (for free!!) You will never find a salon like this in London! Best staff, best service!!!

I called and was able to get an appointment same day with Phuong! She ended up staying an hour and half after they closed to work on my nails! I felt like a VIP! My nails were done beautifully and exactly what I wanted! If you go to this salon you are supporting the many important charities that they support including kids and medical research and many more! It was one of the best experiences I've had and I don't get my nails done often but I felt I had to write this review after my wonderful experience here! I've only had pedicures here so I can only speak to that. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Every pedicure I've had here has been great. The colour selection is impressive and it is hard to choose when there are so many colours and shades to choose from. (Do I want blue-green, green-blue, blue-grey, or mint green? Decisions, decisions!). I don't get anything fancy (beyond the occasional French polish on my toes) but my friend has ingrown toenails and swears by Phuong. In light of the warning from the health unit today about the hygenics of another salon in the neighbourhood, I appreciate the care taken to sterilize all the tools and the single use liners put in each foot bath. Five stars!

Today was my first time here, I got the best mani/pedi I've ever had!!! I'm used to getting my nails done every 3 weeks (elsewhere) I will never go anywhere else again. The environment and staff are so welcoming and relaxing. Very professional, which is hard to come by nowadays. They use sterilized tools, and liners for tubs...very important to me! I went here about a month ago because of the high ratings. It was my first time getting my nails done in London. I initially was not happy with the nails I had done and left.a review stating so. Shortly after, I got a call from Fantastic Nails offering to redo my nails for free. The second nail job I had done were the best nails I've ever had! I was beyond happy and definitely recommend this place. It is a little more on the expensive side but the price is definitely worth it for their amazing customer service as well as skill. I'm always very skeptical about spa's and establishments of an esthetic nature - especially nail bars... but I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. They make a point of showing you and telling you about their cleaning techniques; a rarity in the industry nowadays. I enjoyed the casual atmosphere, and friendly staff. After searching online for a good nails salon, I found Fantastica Nails and Spa, and I am not disappointed! It has to be said that I was never into nail polish, manicure and etc, but I have a work event next week, and I wanted to give it a try. I was able to book online an appointment for the very next day (and it was Easter weekend!) at 3pm. I arrived 5 minutes earlier and the staff was already read for me. Joycelyn (I am sorry if I misspelled it!) helped me pick a color, as I usually do not wear any. She was able to find the same color in the gel (manicure) and in the regular polish (pedicure). Although English is not her native language, communicating with her during the 1h45 minutes of my appointment was easy. I appreciated a lot that she asked for advice to Suzi (I believe) when she didn’t know something: it showed me that she wanted to get it done properly and that she was eager to learn. She is also extremely sweet! She offered me something to drink twice, at the beginning and in the middle of my appointment. All the staff is welcoming, smiling all the time. The place is really clean and all the tools are sterilized. Again, I have never been into this manicure and pedicure, but I have to admit that my hands look incredible today! She might have changed my mind!

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Missy via my hair dresser and I couldn't be more lucky! Not only is she an incredible person she is AMAZING at her job. I had to bring my son w me and she made sure he was all cozy before she started working her magic on my nails. I have NEVER been able to grow my nails or always had my polish ruined after a week or two. I don't have to worry about that anymore. My manicure lasts 3-4 weeks! I show her a picture and she is able to create amazing art on my nails. Everyone is so wonderful and sweet! Super clean and sanitary establishment. The interaction between all the women and their loyal customers is nice to see! You can tell these ladies love their jobs and value each person that walks through the door! They have found a life long customer in me!!!

Excellent establishment! The employees are incredibly accommodating, I booked my appointment online for 2pm but showed up with a friend for her appointment at 1230pm. The employees were kind enough to rearrange their schedule so that I could have my services done at the same time as my friend. Today I was helped by Missy and Zuzana, it is very obvious that each employee is well trained and they take pride in their work! The girls were meticulous about the services they were providing and because of that the quality of their work is well worth the price. The employees are outgoing, friendly, and incredibly inviting - they know how to hold a conversation with you and they make the conversation flow effortlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend Fantastic Nails and Spa to anyone looking for high quality services and friendly employees who take care of you the entire time you're with them. Okay so, this is a LONG message. I have SEVERELY sensitive skin. If I shave (my underarms especially) it looks like I’ve burnt my underarms and they’re peeling, as well as having large painful hives. I haven’t been comfortable wearing tank tops or any not sleeved shirt in years. I couldn’t even lift my arms and had to make the choice to shave and be sore (I’ve tried wax and same issue— less peel, but worst hives ever!) or to just grow it out. Eventually Missy at Fantastic Nails and I talked about laser hair removal. I was timid to try because hello! Laser. But legit this takes 10-15 minutes, it feels like a light pinch, and after 2 visits I can say that I have no hair. Legit I will never have to shave again AND my underarms look like any normal persons!!!! It was really really embarrassing to have this issue and it’s been super sensitive but now, I legit tell everyone that Laser underarm-ing, is the way to go. It’s super clean, it’s fast, and it’s clearly effective. I hope if y’all are thinking about it or have had the same issue as me and are running out of ideas/hope, that you give this a go. <3 Thanks Fantastic Fam, y’all keeping me lookin banging!! Xx

Perfect nails I went back for my first appt after Covid19 started, the ladies are taking every precaution possible, plexiglass everywhere and mask are mandatory. Each station gets clean right after they finish with a costumer, i have to say im very impressed with everything they do and i felt safe while i was there. They are also limiting the amount of people inside the spa and you can wait in the car and they will call you to get in when is your turn. If you are looking for a safe place for i would totally recomend Fantastic Nails and Spa

Well for starters, not everyone has a 9 to 5 job. Some people travel for a living and only have 4 days a month to get work done. I do understand your ladies are busy and scheduling is tough but when the salon cancels an appointment and tries to book it for a day or 2 later, they don't realize that person will be out of the country for the next 12 days. Or when the customer cancels an appointment because they can't make it they're told to leave a deposit the next time. I would think you'd rather get a call for a cancellation than a no show. But that's just me.

This has been the absolute best experience I've ever had the pleasure of having at a nail salon. The staff are all so friendly, and create such a fun atmosphere for their clients. I received both a shellac manicure and pedicure during my visit, and each of the ladies did a fabulous job!! After nearly two weeks, my my manicure still looks lovely (of course, outside of regrowth). There has been no chipping whatsoever, and I'm especially impressed that it only appears that there is one coat of polish on!! I'm all the way from Collingwood, but look forward to when I'll be in the area next to treat myself again!!

Staff was accomodating even after I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. I was there for a pedicure only. My friend and I got seated and within 10 minutes the girls were 'fighting' over who was going to remove the shellac from my friends nails. Joyce did my pedicure and although she did do a good job overall I was disappointed. First of all she CUT me while cutting my cuticles, and just mumbled 'sorry'. And then I was sort of left alone while my nail polish dried, I ended up leaving with polish that wasnt fully dry and feet that were still rough. The place was very clean and they seemed to use new tools for each of us, massage chairs were awesome and the tubs were actually warm. I was expecting a different experience, but unfortunately I will be buying myself a pumice stone next time and doing it myself, to avoid injury I will say though, I believe it was that Missy did my friends pedicure and she was pretty awesome. Kept up a conversation and had us smiling

I was totally prepared to be patient, but then I was met with rudeness. The person who did my nails rushed because she was now behind, so the job was done poorly. And rather than apologizing, she repeated herself by saying I am not her regular client (as if that matters?). Will not be returning. Respect your guests. They charged me full price and it was all around a bad experience. You can do better than this place.

I had a fantastic first time at Fantastic Nails! I went to FN for a manicure and pedicure for a wedding I was attending. I got my manicure done by Danielle and she did such an amazing job. I got an ombre french tip style done and it has held up so well. The artists were also super helpful with helping me decide between just doing an overlay or getting acrylic nails done. I ended up going the overlay route and I'm so happy I did! Even after 3 weeks, my nails have stayed perfect (aside from some minor polish chips that happened because of me). Danielle is such a great artist and was super friendly towards me. I forget the name of the artist who did my pedicure, but she was super nice and did such a great job. I got a simple gel polish done on my toes and she did awesome! The price is was also so reasonable for what you're getting. FN is definitely not a salon that is trying to rip you off or just trying to make as much profit off of you as they can. Overall, everyone at FN is super nice and professional. Everything is cleaned so well. I was happy to learn that every new client get a fresh nail file/buff and all of their tools and professional sterilized. 10/10 would recommend getting your nails done here! I will definitely be coming back here to get my nails done :)

I've been here a few times for waxing and laser. Both experiences were really good. The waxing was very fast and they fit me in last minute. The laser has been amazing. I only needed 4 treatments on my underarms. I had done 5 sessions with another establishment and had not gotten great results. But the results here have been really good. It feels so good to not have to think twice about what to wear because my underarms aren't shaved. I haven't shaved for months and it feels amazing. Thank you Misty and fantastic nails and spa!

Located in a little plaza with ample parking. When we arrived, we were given plushy slippers after removing our winter boots. Everything is really easy and informal so we didn't decide what we wanted until arriving and they were quite accommodating (but I would definitely prefer to have told them ahead of time next time). The place is nice and open and clean and organized. I was really happy to see that the tools are autoclaved and properly sterilized per patron because I am sure some places don't. The establishment has good potential and such but I was a little disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm which I was served with for the person who did my toes. That said, there seemed to be several others I thought were more thorough and vigourously doing their work. They have a series of different beauty offerings so I am sure you'd find whatever you'd be looking for, at a reasonable price. Would return for services.

This place deserves 10 stars! I previously had gotten my nails done at a place where they damaged my nails and had 3 acrylics break, when this had never happen to me before. I booked an appointment, they got me in ASAP. It happened to be really busy however, I didn’t even wait a minute. I went in Zuzana had me choose my polish colour, and sat me down and removed the broken nails. After this I had Kim do my new set, both ladies were amazing and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They apologized multiple times for what the other salon had done and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable. Kim double and triple checked her work and it came out looking amazing ❤️ I found my go to place and person!

I got Lash Extentions and the were beautiful..Glamorous and Classy. This Spa can accomidate large parties there are over 10 stations for Pedi's alone . The staff are all friendly and well trained and, unlike otherplaces, seem to enjoy being there. This is not a cheap place where they just focus on pumping people through and working the staff too hard.There is obvious care and quality .The prices relect that. Awesome place! Phuong and her staff are amazing and very accommodating. I called the day before to book a bio-gel fill and Phuong opened an hour early the next day to fit me in since they were booked solid for both Friday and Saturday. She was very open about their sanitation process for the tools and they offer a count card where you get your 11th service free. Their prices are slightly higher but personally I find it worth it because the quality is unmatched by other salons I have been to in London. Highly highly recommend!

They don’t just do nails, they were rated top in London for laser hair removal... after having a bad previous experience with laser hair removal in the past I decided to try it out again and I’m so glad I did! This laser is NO joke! It’s the real deal.. they took me in so short notice too to get laser. By short notice I mean like “you do laser here?! No way!” (Here I am thinking they would say yeah come back) “Yeah we do, we can take you in right now” meanwhile it was 630 pm and they closed at 7 and stayed after hours to get be able to do the treatment. It’s a clean nail salon too. They wear gloves, the place is aesthetically pleasing too. Me and my friend had a blast. 10/10 would recommend!

Update: It's now been approximately 5 years since I started going to Fantastic Nails and Spa. Everything in my original review still holds true and Phuong and her staff continue to amaze me. It's been 3 months since I visited the salon due to the Corona Virus pandemic and I was a bit apprehensive at first. They have done a fantastic job going above and beyond to make sure their customers and staff are safe. From the hand sanitizing, screening and temperature check right when you walk in the door, to the plexiglass dividers between your manicurist and the clients, and down to the sanitizing after every client leaves the station. Every precaution is being taken and my initial fears were unfounded. Great job team, see you soon. I've been going to Fantastic Nails for over a year now and I love it. The staff is always warm and welcoming and the service is outstanding. Their commitment to charitable organizations is also very inspiring and Phuong is always looking for ways to improve her business so that the customer has the best experience possible. I would highly recommend that you visit the salon.

I showed them like 5 shellac colors i would like to do and they had non . They are definitely not patient enough to help you choose a color that you like. They ask you to wear flip flops after other clients wear it and when you tell them you're not comfortable wearing it they don't offer disposable flip flops you gotta say it straight out and they didn't like that you ask for it. I wouldn't go back there. It's not a place to feel relaxed while doing your nails....

Zuzana saved my nails after I got a bad (being super polite there) nail job at another salon that had left my nails looking misshapen and rough. I wish I’d taken before and afters because the transformation was unbelievable. She had her work cut out for her repairing my poor nails. But when I left I left with the results I wanted in the first place when I went to the other place. Now, I can’t get over how even after a week they still look amazing. I have never had a gel polish last an entire week with out a single chip. I’m pretty rough on my nails. I was even gardening this week and they still look great! Thank you again Zuzana!

I bussed from the opposite end of town (masonville) because I was told it's the best salon. Showed up at 330 and was told they didn't have enough time to do a full set. I understand it takes awhile and o assumed she said that because they close at 4.. once I left I took a look at there hours and they're open until 7pm. I'm not a nail expert by any means but I don't think it takes over 3 and a half hours to get them done. Again, understandable if it was busy but it wasn't. They were beyond dead. I feel like I just wasted my time for nothing.

Fantastic Nails is the best nail salon in London Ontario! The staff is amazing especially the owner Phuong! Clean environment, and tons of services at great prices. I initially started just getting my nails done but decided I wanted to try the lash extensions and wow! My eyes stood out on my face and I got so many compliments it was amazing! The spa is immaculate and they make the cleanliness of the tools a top priority. I usually get an eyebrow wax, a manicure and a pedicure once a month. My favourite new thing is a french manicure that lasts at leasts 2 weeks using a product called Entity. I have also had eye lash extensions done there which look great and are done with precision. This was my first appointment since the pandemic. As a nurse, I can tell you that their screening procedures are excellent, and I felt 100% safe there. Went here today with my mum and husband and had a great experience. SUPER clean. Disposable liners for the tubs on the massage chairs. The part that makes the water turbulent is removable so they put a new one in for each client - so no stagnant water sitting in pipes! And they use an autoclave to clean the tools they reuse and single-use ones for files, pumice etc. Staff are friendly but professional. Will definitely go there next time too!

The service I get here has always been wonderful. I always get my lash extensions done here. I don't live in London anymore and have tried other lash places and have never had better lashes. So I make an appointment to get them done here and nowhere else anymore. They are definitely worth the travelling. (Wasaga Beach)

I have been going to Fantastic Nails and Spa for about 2 years. I drive 45 minutes from my home to go here. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The staff really care about their clients and make an effort to get to know you and remember you. I always feel very comfortable and welcomed when I get there. My usual girl is Vicky, but when she is busy I don't have any issues with any of the other girls. Phong choses her staff carefully and that shows in the qualoquof people that work with/for her. I highly recommend you try this spa!

This is my nail and waxing place. I've been a loyal customer for 3 years since I've moved to the area. What attracted me to this place is their strict cleaning policy. I'm very particular about cleanliness when it comes to these services and I've always felt safe going there to get a pedicure and wax. They sterilize everything and things that cannot be sterilized are thrown out after each client. The little tub for your feet has a plastic covering which is thrown out after each client. They go above and beyond. The employees are wonderful and very professional. Now that they have opened up during phase 2 of covid, I have visited them once and feel more safe than before. The precautions that the owner has taken to protect both her employees and clients goes above and beyond the requirements. There is plexiglass on all of the pedicure and manicure stations. They do a temperature check for all clients that come in. They are social distancing for the meni and pedi stations. Obviously social distancing is not possible for waxing with the employee but masks are mandatory as well as hand washing. I feel very safe going here. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get these services done and aren't quite sure if it is safe. I feel more safe going here than the grocery store.

I first saw her a month ago for my nails and while I was there, I mentioned to Kim that I was thinking about getting my underarms waxed. Kim promptly went to see if it was possible and she fit me in for that unbooked service. She is so sweet and kind, and she remembered how I like my nails because I don't' like the gel applied very thickly. The last time I saw her, I mentioned I was looking to buy a house in the near future and she told me all about a house in her neighborhood and wrote down the address for me! When I went there for the first time I was a bit annoyed as the technician who welcomed me tried on several occasions to push me on other technicians telling them "she is not my client!" In my opinion this is not how you get new clients !anyway I ended up with a lovely lady named Joyce. She was very professional and sweet. I m happy with my pedicure and reccomand her. The shop was ok, a bit pricy tho.
