A bit hard to find if you aren't familiar with the area (blink and its gone!), but it's easy to get into once you find it. Lots of free parking. Lovely atmosphere; the waiting lounge has a fireplace (gas or electric?), comfortable chairs, and I think I saw a keurig... ???? Massages are given by a registered massage therapist (NOT an aesthetician) - Marina - and she does not push products or try to up-sell you stuff you don't need/want/have any interest in (BIG plus in my books - if I want whatever, I'll say so). I don't know about other services, but they offer eyelash extensions, manicure/pedicures, and Botox (I think... call and ask, as I'm just going off of memory from signage)

Blu Ivy is amazing ! I've had massages, facials, manicures & pedicures here for the past year. I wouldn't go anywhere else I've always had such a great experience. I highly recommend this spa!

This place is great. Carla really cares about her customers and wants to make sure they are getting what they asked for. I've been coming for laser hair removal, I'm biracial (black/white) so have darker skin and the machine she has works for all skin types. I have sensitive skin and talked to her about my pain tolerance and she made adjustments and was very nice and sweet! Best part the coupons I purchased from Groupon a long time ago never expire! Thank you Blu Ivy!

Blu Ivy is a gem in Hyde Park! I've been going here since they moved into the neighbourhood. The ladies (Lina and Carla) take care of all of my services, but especially when I was pregnant they made sure I left feeling like a million bucks from head to toe every time. Post natal, this mama had a great spa day!

Terrible experience, I do not recommend any to go here. It took 3 weeks just to book an appointment, as no one ever answers the phones. Once I did book an appointment they gave the wrong time, luckily I called the day of prior to leaving my house and again, luckily someone answered the phone to tell me that it’s actually an hour later. I was recommended this place, but now based on this experience - I’m not even going to bother going through with the treatment here. I will go somewhere that actually wants my business.

love this place ! they are super accommodating, knowledgable, honest and quick ! I had no idea what I was walking into with the laser hair removal but they guided me to a numbing cream that made it nearly painless ! my first treatment has had amazing results ! being Italian my only regret is that I hadn't done it sooner. I will definitely be trying some of the other services they offer ! 1000% check them out !

I want to be part of inventory at this place, not just because Lina, Carla and Maria are masters of their profession and so passionate about what they do but also how they care about their customers and make them feel like they are home. The ONLY place I've ever been to and received a proper pedicure. Lina is also very educated and helpful with any skin/ health questions I have had. Carla is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. I hate the intimidating feeling you get going into a new salon/spa for the first time... you won't get this here. Feels like being at home. Five stars for sure.

STAY AWAY !!! These 2 awful people are something else - Carla & Alina At this Spa client confidentiality does not exist ! Nothing nice to say ever all negative behaviour. I wish there was a no or 0 star that is all these women deserves. Clients beware go somewhere else after knowing this Carla, I will stay away. No confidentiality at all. Gossip I do not want to disclose my real name, since the staff at blu ivy business has already talked about me to others and put my personal information out there. This is by far the best spa in London..a hidden treasure! Laser works amazing!!! As Far as Jennifer Ts review goes...I believe this is a fake review posted by someone who was refused any further services due to non payment. The girls at Blu Ivy are beyond amazing!!

I have been going here for years and everyone is always friendly and professional. I had a terrible experience before with laser at another spa and that ended with burns as a result. I was very hesitant to try laser again but Carla made sure I had a wonderful experience and I have never questioned her ability. I would totally recommend going here :D

First, Let’s state the obvious Carla you are good at what you do no lie there ladies. However given the past few years I’ve seen Carla I can’t speak for the other girl Lina, never talk or got service by her. I’m sure she’s also good at what she does her clothing is some what inappropriate for spa, might not be suitable for what I had in mind for a professional place of business like blu ivy I can only rate my service with Carla Good Service Skin feels good when I leave, a little dry afterwards but I like my facial with you Carla. Hair removal did not work machine is old sorry. 2/5 star due to me investing to much time and money for laser that didn’t work. Carla - perhaps get rid of laser hair removal stick to what you enjoy Facials what you do best I love how my skin feels. You are a gem !
