I have been going to see Cara and her team for over a year now. From the time that you walk in the door and your greeted, till the time that your ready to leave... the staff at Afterglow are friendly and professional. They help you feel comfortable and at home, from the affordable services they provide to the comfortable robes, slippers offered and refreshments. I enjoy going in and getting my treatments done every time. They are a wonderful service and are very helpful when asking for recommendations and advice. Fast, efficient and reliable service. I highly recommend them!

Cara Lee is an artist when it comes to micro blading. I hardly had any tails left on my eyebrows thanks to a thyroid condition and she gave them back to me. Now my face is beautifully framed and it feels complete and look totally natural. Unless people know me they don't know that I had this done, and those that do know me, once they see them, they say things like, "oh my gosh, what a beautiful job she did, amazing! Love the look!" Cara Lee is very intuitive, not only in her design work but in her soul. Expect to enjoy your experience with Cara; and one other thing - absolutely no pain. I even took a nap. Thanks Cara.

My anxiety disorder was full tilt on the way to my first session but it didn't take long to feel at ease once I was there. Cara and Scott are absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I have fibromyalgia, along with a spinal tear, and other health issues. Cara was nice enough to ask questions and show concern for my comfort. Great overall experience at Afterglow and I highly recommend them! Scott is great talking you down when you're worried and don't know what to expect before your first visit! Cara answers any questions you have during the consult and provides lots of information too, then makes you feel comfortable during the process. While everyone reacts to treatments differently, I'm super pleased with the results. Very clean environment as well, and perfect protocols in place during Covid as well.

Cara sends out aftercare and appointment reminder emails (and texts) while working around my hectic schedule. I had my first session with Cara today. I had tried to get laser hair removal a few years ago at another salon but they had a different kind of laser and said that they could not do my shade of hair agains my shade of skin. It was really awesome to find that this spa was able to do more. I booked a promotional package for legs & armpits and right after I purchased cara reached out to me and send a warm hearted text which was nice explaining how to set everything up and make my appointment as well as steps before the consult/appointment. I was able to do my consultation and appointment in the same timeslot so that was good. The office was clean and clinical with a bit of a medi center/ health spa vibe . I found that Cara was pretty chill and friendly but also professional which I liked. I ended up adding a brazilian special to my package and she was able to fit that in for the last bit of my appointment. Surprisingly I was really comfortable and she was awesome . Cara really knows her stuff. I am looking forward to my next few treatments and I am confident in Afterglow and Cara's services- I will continue to go there for laser hair removal needs, and would recommend this place. It does seem to take a few weeks to get an appointment though so I would recommend booking in advance.

Cara, Scott, and Jelissa are all so kind, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable in any situation. Went for laser hair removal, I experienced little to no pain (I had quite a few areas done). Cara was very professional and meticulous in making sure the laser was always set to the appropriate settings for my different areas of skin. She also really took her time in explaining the whole process to me, made sure i was comfortable at every stage and let me know what she was doing the entire time. She walks you through everything you can expect, from the hair removal itself to what to expect after and how to properly maintain the area. For the hair removal itself, she is quick and professional and made it as comfortable as possible. Additionally the office manager, Scott, is exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Cara was very professional, always made sure you are comfortable and happy, Scott is a wonderful guy and makes great convos while waiting, everything was clean after each use and worth the price I paid for.
