Our stay at the Best Western Liverpool was fantastic. The hot breakfast was the highlight for me as I have Celiac Disease and they actually had quite a few gluten free options and were knowledgeable as to how to keep it safe. The front desk staff were also well informed on other restaurants in town that served gluten free options. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to have a safe and relaxing few days!

Super clean, comfy beds and really great staff. My only disappointment and why I can’t give 5 stars was the breakfast…although I realize that due to Covid the hotel isn’t serving a decent hot breakfast, I think they could do much better with what they were serving (microwaved breakfast sandwiches, waffles or bagels, not toasted). The juice and coffee were good. Overall, fantastic hotel and we’re already planning another stay next summer.

Staff here is AMAZING! I had an issue with the booking through Hotels.com (which is currently being fixed but still waiting on that nothing to do with the Best Western Plus Liverpool at all they went above and beyond to help me) This was our 2nd stay here and definitely will go back just will book directly through the hotel. Thanks for everything you guys were great both times we stayed there. See you soon ????
