Went into see Erika for a cut and highlights. I asked for ash blonde - the same as I had before - and came out with SILVER. She clearly used a different colour or overprocessed it, but then she couldn't even bring herself to apologize when I showed my dissatisfaction. I am LIVID. This is my new hair after losing it all to cancer; I celebrate every inch of it and now I want to cry about how awful it looks. During my previous visit, she had cut one side quite a bit shorter than the other and I had to fix it myself as I was traveling for almost two months after. I don't know why I gave her a second chance and I truly regret it. I will not step foot in that salon EVER again.

I love it at three six zero! I am always looking forward to my next visit! They do such a wonderful job making it a relaxing atmosphere. The salon also uses & sells Kevin Murphy products which are excellent! Brianne always does a wonderful job! (The coffee bar is also 10/10). Would recommend three six zero every single time!

Great booking system that is fast and convenient. Kadence gave a great haircut that I was very happy with, cant be easy cutting hair with masks. Great price, a smaller salon but they use the space well. Handled the covid regulations just fine. Would recommend!

If you are looking for a stylist that can give you a really smooth babylight, I recommend Josie! She was very knowledgeable, and did a great job foiling in tight sections; like you would hope for in a seemless babylight. Josie and I had a consultation (which I recommend) and we were able to discuss some concerns and preferences I had regarding the tone and blond level I was looking for. Damage is inevitable when lightening dark hair, but Josie was extremely careful and watched those foils like a hawk. In the past my hair has been over processed and fallen out because a stylist popped on a timer and walked away. Josie was so attentive, and managed to get my hair to the level I was looking for, and prevented over processing. She did an amazing job! The staff were professional and friendly, and I cannot recommend 360 Salon enough!

Three Six Zero is the best! Cassie at the front desk is very welcoming, personable and sets a bubbly atmosphere as soon as I walk in every time. So my friend told me to go into this place and give it a try and I did. I am so glad I did. Everyone was super nice and the girl who helped me was so friendly! She did a perfect job on my hair and the colour came out exactly as I wanted! When I first saw my hair it seemed a little lighter in shade than I expected but Erika said that is normal and to just wash it a couple of times to help the colour settle and now it is just perfect!!!! Thank you guys so much! I will definitely send my friends and co-workers to you as I feel that this place is a place you can trust and they make you feel like family.
