They always make me feel so at home, every time I go in there I am not only greeted by my stylist but, usually by the owner D’laney, who from the beginning has mad an effort to know me by name. Right along side their friendliness is talent, passion and knowledge. No group of girls I would rather trust my beauty needs with!

Had Kelly do my hair she nice but apt. Went south when I wanted a brighter balayage and when I seen her combing dark brown in with the blonde was nerves, left unhappy because my hair looked the same even had pink in it. But some how I am to blame since she said she will fix it if I wanted that for free then the next day she had a different attitude towards me kinda rude and talked over me so this sucks.

Always have a great experience here. On my very first visit I was asked about my usual routine and then given tips to better manage my curly hair. I can honestly say that has never happened at any other salon. I love how my hair looks when I leave instead of rushing home to redo it. I am so glad to have found this salon!

I had my hair cut and eyebrows done by Cheryl at Chrome today.the atmosphere is great and comforting. I was so impressed with the service that we ended up getting my sons first hair cut done right after I was done. I will definitely be going back and would rexommmend their service to anyone.

My kids and I have been going to Kelley for all of our hair needs for years and she always does a absolutely amazing job for all of us. When i lost all my hair to cancer treatments Kelley was right there supporting me telling all the great new things she was gonna try when my new hair grew in. And now that its coming back icant wait for Kelley to get her hands on. Go to kelley if you really want great treatment!!!

Love the atmosphere of the salon! The whole salon is about contributing to the community on a deeper level. From displaying and selling artwork to having a green disposal system to the customer service. If you want a salon experience to put pep in your step its here. Amazing! Booked an appointment with Kelly. I didn't know what I wanted, but she listened to my concerns, took my lifestyle and hair texture into consideration, and picked a direction. We made a plan and then adjusted it as we went along. I went from a near shoulder length asymmetrical bob with a low hairline to an even chin length bob with an undercut. I didn't know that I was ready for an undercut, but Kelly did. I love it! There's no doubt that this will be my salon in Lethbridge. Next time we'll add some rainbow colour in there!

Jennifer is by far the best stylist I’ve had in a long time, if not ever! She is extremely educated in the industry, and always has lots of great ideas that are fun but also practical.
