I was in recently to get my hair done for a special event, which required my stylist (Greg) to anchor a huge headpiece to my head using only my short, fine hair. He was AMAZING. He was fun to talk to, he put me at ease, and he was so committed to making sure that the hairpiece was solid and looked great that he literally invested his own blood into the look. Becky then, even with a time crunch, gave me the makeup look I wanted and I felt like an absolute star when I left. I received so many compliments throughout the day, thank you for such a great experience!

This is a horrible place, the haircuts were horrible and when I wanted a refund they absolutely refused me a refund, the manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful as well as the employes. This place needs to be shut down and discontinued!!????

Best salon in Lethbridge by far, front end staff is incredible and will serve you beverages while you wait. Having a beer or energy drink while you wait is great. The staff really cares about you here and will make you look better than you thought possible. I recommend this salon to my family and several frequent it regularly.

My mom and I go here every time she visits and it’s always amazing! While I was getting my nails done the nail techs - I believe it was Kaylee &Jessica - went above and beyond and helped keep my 5 month old daughter entertain in between coats of polish. It was SO appreciated and I felt so comfortable there with my daughter and mom. Thank you to Catwalk staff and specifically Kaylee & Jessica for the amazing experience!

I adore Catwalk salon and spa for all my hair, pedicure, manicure and quality body products. It is an amazing atmosphere. The salon is gorgeous from top to bottom. I was in awe of the physical beauty of the space. When my mom was nervous about post covid conditions the stylist masked and eased her anxiety. I was also warmly greeted and the professionalism of stylists are phenomenal! When I've needed a last minute hair appointment they have been above and beyond about accomodating. I love this salon. My entire family enjoys their time here. It may be the Catwalk but they provided water for my puppy.

I had a gift card for Catwalk Salon on file from a friend. I used it only once in two years. The amount was for $75.00. When I went to access an amount I believed to be about $60 there was only $15 available. Not sure why. And was given no information as to the cause of the discrepancy.

Christa Campbell was my stylestband my hair looks abd feels amazing! She is a true colour specialist, turning my black hair blonde without frying it (others have!) . Would highly recommend her. Jessica Campbell does my nails and pedicures and she is amazing. My nails never fall off and the aren't thick and awkward. Both of these ladies are fantastic

I love the employees here but I went in & spent around $80 on a haircut, I really liked it at first because it was curled super pretty bit once I washed & blew out my hair like usual it looked exactly the same as it did before it went in I'd day maybe an inch & a half was cut off & maybe 2 off my bangs. I shows a reference picture & looking at the picture now compared to my hair after the cut my bangs are 4-5 inches to long still...I'm so upset over spending this amount of money for my hair to look literally the exact same.

The hairdressers all seemed really nice, but mine was more interested in talking than listening. I just paid for a really, really expensive haircut (68$) that I hate. We talked about ~3 inches max at the beginning. I established that I am in a ponytail most of the day (work/sports). The hairdresser I had just kept cutting and cutting and cutting. I ended up with a cut that was extremely short and unbelievably awkward looking in a ponytail. She took off 6 inches of my hair. Next time I'll just pay 20$ less for Chatters or some other chain and settle for an OK cut, instead of being bullied into a cut that I will actively hate for a long while. But I've learned I gotta spend some time finding a picture of what I want, because words won't be enough for some people. So I'll take some responsibility for the transaction. I won't be back. I'm glad this place works for others, though.

I can't believe I haven't done this sooner. I adore Catwalk they have over 100 services they offer which make for great gifts for really any occasion. I go to get my hair cut, the service is great, I'm always excited when I leave with what they have done. Spencer is usually my stylist and he always does an awesome job! Also head massages are the best!! They are a wonderful support to the community and are always giving back in so many ways. LGBTQ+ friendly

my roommate and i went to get our nails done today, mine (clear/white nails) were done by Kim and hers were done by DeeDee! We think they did a really great job and were super nice to talk to. i originally showed Kim a picture of the “type” of nail that i wanted and although she couldn’t do that exact thing due to a lack of product, she worked with me to make this cute set, which i really enjoy! i previously had acrylic nails on and she added the gel onto them as a nail-fill and they look fabulous! My roommate is also very happy with her nails and we both noticed that the estheticians were VERY particular about their work looking great, they redid certain parts of the nails until they were happy with them, which was super refreshing! You definitely get a good quality for a good price here.

I usually get my hair done in Calgary. But While in Lethbridge last year I was in desperate need of a cut, and wouldn't be able to get it done in Calgary for at least 2 month's. I went to a local salón (which I won't name out if courtesy), that was highly recommended. I walked out almost in tears* Enough Said*. Now I needed a cover up cut & somehow trust another stylist in the small town. I decided to go to The Catwalk; and was booked with Lacey. She was AMAZING????????????????!! So sweet, and talented. And somehow managed to fix what the previous stylist hacked up. I'll be back in Lethbridge very soon, and am hoping I can get it to see her again.

Had a bad hair experience somewhere else and Catwalk salon was was recommended to me by a friend. Called for help with trying to fix my bad haircut and they got me in right away. Everyone there was so friendly and Brandon did his best to make my hair look decent. He definitely made me feel a little more confident and made my bad hair look better. I have never left this salon disappointed. The stylists are on trend and very talented. They do the best cut, colour, highlights and layering. The luxury spa facial is so relaxing and made my face feel like silk afterwards. The gel nail technicians did my nails perfectly. This salon is awesome.

I was appalled at the final product for my nails. My nails were cut jagged, not filed, and painted unevenly. They were so bad when I left that I had to file my own nails when I got home so they won’t catch on anything. This was supposed to be a special occasion gift and I can’t believe we had to pay for the job we got. I will be telling everyone I know to look anywhere else for this service. Very disappointed.

Martha has done my nails twice now and I plan to continue to see her. I bite my nails and am prone to ruining many a nail tech’s wonderful work if I find even a hint of lifting by picking at them. Both times she has done such fantastic work that they’ve lasted even the rigorous test of being attached to me! Not only that, she is kind and personable and very attentive to your potential needs as a client. Thanks to her fantastic work I have self confidence in my nails instead of being embarrassed by my hands. Levi at Catwalk is the only stylist I've ever had that styles my hair perfectly, and better than I ever could. And he is a master colorist! Also Catwalk is very safe and responsible during covid. I had complications with this salon … not happy at all .. life happens and it’s not like I just spent 80.00 it was $ 200.00 plus every time I went .. plus not to mention tips !! I will not use this salon no longer as the receptionist the last time I called was rude .. I told my stylist and she couldn’t do anything about it Plus the atmosphere is not very friendly .. yes u get a smile here and there but I find it phoney !! In all of my years getting hair done I’ve never been treated like this They messed up my appointment today and I’m not happy !! Poor customer service .. yes I will not use this service again and I will let my friends know as well

I've gotten a massage and a spa pedicure here. Amazing. One of the best massage therapists I've been to. I prefer deep tissue massages and she was able to give the perfect amount of pressure. The only downfall is there is no direct billing. I'd be back more often if there was. The spa pedicure was awesome. You get a complementary drink and you sit back and enjoy. All the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was fun.
