If I could give a zero star I would. Would not recommend to anyone. I purchased 2 gift cards for family members, both in which had a consultation prior to their appointment and were given a quote that was perfect to use a 200$ gift card with. After their appointments, they were charged 150-200$ extra for the same service they asked to do during the consultation. Caution, they will overcharge you, be ready to pay more than what you were promised !!

J'ai parlé a Rinaldo car il était impossible de parler la gérante Helen, et m'a promis qu'elle m'appelerait le lendemain. Ça fait 4 semaines et aucune nouvelle. Le manque de proffessionalisme est la chosr qui m'a le plus déçue. Je me sens laisée, abusée et trompée. On aurait pu me dire que j'allais etre prise en charge par une stagiaire, je serai partie dépenser mes 360$ chez un pro. Mon conseil: allez dépenser votre argent chez quelqu'un qui prend vraiement soin de vous. Et veulliez enlever votre commentaire mensonger prétendant être à l'écoute, vous ne l'êtes pas. Vous me rappelez après avoir lu mon commentaire et prétendez vouloir remédier à la situation quand ce que vous faites est d'ignorer mon appel et mon message après que vous m'ayez vous meme sollicitée au telephone. This is the first time I write a review in my life... I used their services 3 times in 5 years... whether at this location or their sister hair salon....just to add, I never asked for anything astronomical, just a simple haircut. The first 2 times were bad and it showed that their stafff had no idea what they were doing, but yesterday was at another level. I'm pretty certain she had never cut hair before...the way she sat down while cutting my hair, the way she used the clipper for almost EVERYTHING or the way she clipped a bit too much from my sidelines, which she insisted on saying that it was ok, I can try to fix it so it won't show after acting for 10 minutes that she couldn't see it!!!! But what takes the cake is the manager that came to see me to tell me "it's just hair"!!! Bunch of bafoons... if this was my salon it'd be really worried... in fact i wouldn't be surprised since I would be the one who hired them and would deserve everything coming to me.

Called to make a last minute appointment to get a toner put on my hair. When I came in for my appointment they made me wait for about 15mins before I got seated. Then it seemed like they put me with the shampoo person who seem like they weren’t sure what to do. In the end the toner was not strong enough. The prices they quoted over the phone is not the same they charge you.

Went for two blowdrys yesterday. As much as the staff was really great and understanding. The hairdresser took litterally one and a half hours on my very short hair. It was waaayyyy to pricey. They charged me 57$ for a curly blowdry. Ten minutes after i left, my hair was flat. Over all, great staff but over priced.

I met Fadi.. and my hair are just amazing! Anything I can ask him to do, he’s doing it amazingly! This guy is a magician with hair! I won’t go anywhere else, just him. FADI!!! On top of that, he’s so nice!!! Always listen carefully to what I want, and do it better that I imagined! He’s juste THE BEST!!!!! Love this Salon ! Super friendly staff who truly care about their clients. I get my hair done by Melie, she is absolutely amazing. I love her techniques and she always gets my blonde highlights to the perfect tone.
