My first time here was amazing! I came without an appointment which was unpractical and unexpected for them because they are very busy and their schedules are full but they took me in anyways and did my nails. I’m quite pleased with the result and will go back there. The interior is really nice and tropical, true vibes of a spa! I loved the staff and even tho my gel set was 50$ I’m satisfied. It’s been a week I have the nails and it’s holding well. Below you can see pictures of my disco nails????????????‍♀️????????

1 Star is too much for this place. The first time I went, I had my nails done by the wife of the owner. Even though I tipped her 5$, once my filling was done and manicured she did not finish the service like the salon's do. Cream hands and massage. The second time I went, even though I had an appointment, I still waited an hour before my turn. I had a pedicure which was OK but then I had a full set of gel nails. Not even a week later they started coming out but from the side of the nail. I went to see them on Monday and showed them what was happening. They said it's normal since it has been over 3 weeks which was not the case! I had to call a person that was with me when we got this done to prove that I came less than a week ago. The owner told me to call back to take an appointment. So I called 3 days later to schedule an appointment and the owner said that he had no space before next Monday. I pleaded that I had a wedding to attend and had to beg so he can give me an appointment. I do not recommend this place, they're dishonest and expensive compare to other better salons.

ATTENTION DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME! Avoid to go to KRYSTAL NAILS at all cost. Very disrespectful staff who laugh at clients in their face in their mother language. The worst service I ever had in my entire life. Spent more than 40 minutes under the nails dryer and the polish was chipped on both my manicure and my pedicure less than a day after. They BROKE ONE BY ONE Contacted the owner who refuses to fix my nails after 2 days Be kind to yourself, choose another Salon. I had to give 1 as a rating otherwise I could not post my review BUT my true rating is 0....zero....0. They better change their policy service if they want to stay in business. You cannot be rude with clients no matter what. However, they do have some nice employees. But owner should talk to all her employees in order for us to change the bad idea about their service. Hopefully will be done soon for their interest any way. For now it's not really recommended ????

What an experience! I came to do a pedicure and, my gosh, I was amazed! They did it soo well and clean and they also massage with a hot stone! Where else can you find this? This is now my favourite and only place to get my pedicure and nails done. Definitely recommend!

First time I went there! They sat me in two different chairs and didn’t sanitize anything! I asked if all equipment was cleaned and disinfected and they said yes but again I didn’t see it! The girl started to do my nails and as she did she told me the price which was higher than what they told me over the phone. So I said that’s weird, he said it was cheaper. She laughed and said oh yeah I’m sorry! She probably told everyone in the establishment in their own language and two women were overlooking and talking in their language. When I said is everything ok? They said yes we like the colour you’re doing. There was other clients but they only looked at me. Several times Also she filed my nails and they were all uneven. Some long and some short. Asked is that ok? I said no they’re not even Two are super short and the others are long ???? And the kicker is she asked me if I’m tired because I looked tired. Who says that to a client? Not professional at all I went to pay and the manager asked me if everything was good and I flat out said NO Never going there again. Professionalism was zero Cleaning their instruments was zero Talking about clients in another language was not cool So my rating is lower than 0

Very clean and beautiful salon. I came in an hour late for my new set and pedicure and I knew they didn’t have time to do both for me. However, the lady at the front desk was very nice and sweet and made sure that I am satisfied with everything. I'm a new client. My sister convinced me to try it out , so I decided to go today , I started a color change on my toes ... The girl only whiped off the color , trimmed a bit and put the color I chose. Then I did UV gel ..they turned out nice , although my thumb nail is a lot larger then the other one so I'm pretty bummed about that ... I still tipped her 5$. As I walked out ...I noticed my toes weren't even clean properly , I still had nail polish all around , and my pinky toe got completely ruined even when I asked her if it was a 100% dry she said yes. But that wasn't the case ...I also noticed a my big toe wasn't painted correctly. In conclusion , my first time experience wasn't the greatest. I don't know if I'll return.

A big $ 100 that I could have invested in a better living room. In addition to that nobody speaks French. I don't feel like he wants to get rid of me as soon as possible when there isn't a cat in the living room. I will never go back there. (Original) Ça fait 10 ans que je me fais faire les ongles et c’est vraiment le pire endroit où je suis allé. Ongles pas bien fait j’ai montré une photo de la forme que je voulais et c’est loin de ce que j’ai eu! Pédicure vite fait j’ai payé 45$ pour une pédicure qui a durer gros max 5-10 min. tout ce qu’elle a fait c’est mettre des crème et masser. Très cher pour rien. très déçue de mon expérience pour avoir fait pratiquement tout les salon de Laval c’est ma pire expérience. Un gros 100$ que j’aurais pu investir dans un meilleur salon. En plus de ça personne parle Français. Je ne suis sentie comme si il voulait se débarrasser de moi au plus’ vite alors qu’il ny avait pas un chat dans le salon. Je ne retournerai jamais la.

First day I did my nails they were perfect, next day I had bubbles in more than 5 nails ! I used to go there all the time. Their service was great and I was really satisfied. Lately, when I go (even with appointments) sometimes I have to wait more than half an hour. I still go because I love some of the staff there, but the last few times I went, she just wasn't focused with the work at all, talking to everyone around, not looking at what she was doing. The first time I thought it was just a bad day, but it became the same everytime. I still give a 3 stars because they were great in the beginning but now I don't know if I'm gonna go again for the last time and see if I was just unlucky for the last few times or if it became their way of working. The last time I even brought my mom and it wasn't friendly at all I'm just really sad they changed that much.

I am usually not one to leave reviews, especially if they're bad. However, having been going to Krystal Spa for over 5 years now, my last appointment was the very last straw for me. In the last year (and even more so since the lovely Amy doesn't work there anymore), I have had bad experience after bad experience with everyone, especially Lisa the owner. FROM WAITING 15 MINUTES AT EACH APPOINTMENT, TO THEM OVERBOOKING CLIENTS THAT SHOW UP AT THE SAME TIME, TO BEING EXTRA RUDE AND LOOKING AT CLIENTS WHILE SPEAKING IN THEIR NATIVE LANGUAGE, I DON'T SEE HOW I WAS STILL GOING THERE. The last time I went was to remove gel and do shellac on my hands, the man at the cash (who is NOT a technician) had overbooked clients and made me wait 20 minutes and ended up removing my gel himself for another 25 minutes after that. He left my hands in the acetone for 25 minutes while he excused himself to go and pick up his daughter????? He then appointed me to Lisa for a simple red shellac on my short nails. Lisa was very rude when I asked her to fix one of the nails that was very crooked. We argued back and forth maybe 5 times while she insisted that my nail was straight. She ended up fixing it and sighing giving attitude the whole time while talking in her native language and I felt the whole staff stare at me. She was going so fast she actually made my thumb bleed and not one nail was the same length as the other since she did not bother checking them. When I asked her to make them the same length she sighed again and did them. I ended up checking the nails one by one myself in front of her to make sure they are the same length while she simply stared at me and did nothing. Mind you I still tipped her because I recognize her work and am respectful. This is one of the manyyyy stories I have personally experienced, without thinking of the horror stories I have heard from other friends. The only reason I kept going there is the fact that they will do everything they can to actually find you an appointment if you are booking last minute and because Amy worked there and was a sweetheart to everyone each time. At that last appointment I had specifically asked Lisa when Amy was coming back from vacation because it had been more than 1 month and she told me she had no idea, when I asked her if she actually quit she bugged and told me she was on leave because she was tired ?? All in all, I am starting to think Amy doesn't work there anymore and the salon doesn't want to lose clients that came back for her. They definitely lost a 5-year long client that will most definitely not be going back.

im half half for this place.. love the workers, love the services.... but they dont hesitate to charge you even if they are wrong... i had to go 2 times in a week because my nails broke ans they say its my fault ve been going there for years .. ans all the staff is sweet even at the reception... but saddly lisa is not.. i pray every time so i dont get her when i go .. she is rude, my finger are bleeding after that .. is always trying to charge for the smallest thing again if a nail broke after a day maybe its not my fault but her 5$ seems important... thats sad specially if im a client for more than 6 years.. i never brake nails.. and when she repared it she wanted my to pay 5$ for 1 finger and the nail was uglyyyy ... if youre going to charge do it proprely maybe ...

First time I went there I was really happy with the nails, cat eye varnish was super nice. One week after I had skid marks on my nails that wouldn't go away. 2nd time was horrible. Took them a ridiculous amount of time to do my friend feet n nails...3hrs!!! They didn't even let her choose the red the just chose one for her. I asked for diamonds one my nail she didn't even put them on cuz she was rushing. Skids marks again not even 1 week after an one nail on my little ripped, pieces of varnish coming off. Im never going back there
