He has a sheet at the entrance which says that wearing a mask is compulsory, but not all the clients who wore it (or who kept it during the appointment). He had other conditions for the meeting on their sheet but which were not followed either. The sheet said max 3 people in the waiting room, but there were 4 of us. While we were doing my hands, I was sitting directly next to another client, no social distancing respected, and their capacity was not diminished because it was the same in the other nail tables. Between each client the spaces are not cleaned, I sat in the pedicure chairs after another client, and someone else sat after me, even if there were fingerprints on the edges chairs, and you can touch the controller for massages. The same goes for manicure tables and chairs. There should be minimal disinfection and cleaning of chairs and places that other customers touch. I spoke with one of the technicians at the end, the one who spoke French, to explain that they should improve this, and she simply replied: we will try to be careful. Rather, we should follow the measures imposed and not only pay attention. That said, if the health and safety rules don't make a difference and you don't mind, you can go for it because they really do a good job and the result is good for the nails. On the other hand, if like me you work with vulnerable people or else you want to help reduce the risk of contagion, it would be better to go elsewhere or to make sure before they have in fact adopted the necessary and compulsory measures . (Original) Mes ongles sont vraiment beaux et tout le monde était vraiment gentil, j'ai rien à dire par rapport à ça. Par contre, en contexte de Covid et considérant toutes les règles imposées par la CNESST et la santé publique, il n'y a rien qui est respecté, sachant que ce sont des conditions obligatoires et non optionnelles. La seule chose c'est qu'il a des plexi glass dans les bureaux et les personnes qui travaillent mettent des masques (mais ils faisaient déjà ça dans les salons d'ongles même avant). Il a une feuille à l'entrée qui dit que le port du masque est obligatoire, mais ce n'était pas toutes les clientes qui le portaient (ou qui l'ont gardé durant le rendez-vous). Il avait d'autres conditions pour le rendez-vous sur leur feuille mais qui n'ont pas été suivies non plus. La feuille disait max 3 personnes dans la salle d'attente, mais on était 4. Pendant qu'on faisait mes mains, j'était directement assise à côté d'une autre cliente, aucune distanciation sociale respectée, et leur capacité n'a pas été diminuée car c'était la même chose dans les autres tables à ongles. Entre chaque client les espaces ne sont pas nettoyés, je me suis assise dans les chaises pour pédicure après une autre cliente, et quelqu'un d'autre s'est assis après moi, même s'il avait des traces de doigts sur les bord des chaises, et qu'on peut toucher la manette pour les massages. C'est la même chose pour les tables et chaises à manucure. Il faudrait vraiment minimalement désinfecter et nettoyer les chaises et les endroits que les autres clients touchent. J'ai parlé avec une des techniciennes à la fin, celle qui parlait français, pour lui expliquer qu'ils devraient améliorer ça, et elle m'a simplement répondu : on va essayer de faire attention. Il faudrait plutôt suivre les mesures imposées et non seulement faire attention. Ceci étant dit, si pour vous les règles de santé et de sécurité ne font pas de différence et ça ne vous dérange pas, vous pouvez y aller car ils font vraiment du bon travail et le résultat est bon pour les ongles. Par contre, si comme moi vous travaillez avec des personnes vulnérables ou bien vous voulez contribuer à diminuer le risque de contagion, il serait préférable d'aller ailleurs ou bien de s'assurer avant qu'ils ont en effet adopté les mesures nécessaires et obligatoires.

The nails were nice . They do a nice job eventhough they are not very straight !! but they say it costs 25$ and don’t tell you that it doesn’t include taxes till you finish and your about to pay ! I didn’t like it cause other salons they tell you 25$ and charge you 25$. I felt like I paid too much for a shellac ! They should be transparent about the price . If this didn’t happen I would go again but I don’t think I would !!

Je vous conseille de demander directement à la patronne si toutefois vous avez besoin d'un service spécifique. En effet. Le staff tu n'es pas à l'affût des services offerts par le salon. C'est la 4e fois que je vais à ce salon et je ne suis jamais complètement satisfaite malheureusement, je n'y retournerai plus. Positives are that i was taken quickly and without appointment, the salon was clean and the nail technicians are friendly. The negatives are that she didn't take care of my cuticles so it's now been 8 days since I've had them done and there is already significant growth, the gel application wasn't smooth and is uneven and kind of sloppy, and there is a lack of precision in the lines and dots. love this salon! been changing salons almost every time I do my nails or lashes because I've never been 100% satisfied ! Finally I found my salon best nail tech Tao ,always gets my nails perfect, and I finally found my perfect lash tech Linda her lashes are the best they are light ,full and last so much longer then any other set I've gotten done I've had them for 2 weeks and they look as fresh as day one ! SO happy highly recomend!!

De plus lorsque je demandais un design quelconque sur mes ongles, je n'avais jamais ce que je voulais! Lorsque j’avais un rendez-vous pour une manucure et pédicure, j’étais supposé avoir la même Technicienne puisqu’elle parlait français! Mais souvent je me retrouvais avec une autre technicienne qui ne parlais qu’en anglais! (Si la nouvelle loi sur la langue aurait passé, j’aurais fait une plainte pour m’avoir servi en anglais) La technicienne que j’avais n’avais aucune manière de servir ses clients puisqu’elle est très direct et sans tact! Et ils chargent très cher pour leurs service! Aussi il utilise les mêmes outils pour toutes les clientes sans les désinfecter! Je déconseille à quiconque d’aller faire ses ongles à cet endroit!!!
