You don’t need to worry about parking at this location. I am doing my laser hair removal with Anita. I should say she is very knowledgeable and professional, also very kind. I don't know where to start to explain how grateful I am to have found new age spa. I have been following them for over 2 years on Instagram now and decided to do a carbon peel facial at first. I immediately fell in love with the results and the staff. Everyone there is so friendly and so educated in their field. I suffered from cystic adult acne, I have tried various estheticians throughout my life in different Institutes and let me tell you that the results were amazing and very. My acne scars half diminished greatly, my skin looks more radiant and smoother I've tried other Institutes but I never found the one who new how to deal with my problematic skin. I decided to do the microneedling treatment since I was seeing their amazing results on their clients. I was explained that due to my scars on my skin it would be the best option for me to get the package of 3 to at least see minor visible results. let me say the results are incredible! I took a deap cleansing facial the massages were amazing . The blackhead removal was painful but didn’t bother me since I’m used to it. What bothered me is that after the facial I looked myself in the mirror my face was scarred. Red like a tomato and horrible dark red spots everywhere. I asked the esthetician if it was normal and if it would go away later she said yes . I woke up in the morning my whole face was red and my nose hurt like I got punched in a fight. I came in because I thought my skin was bad but now it’s worse than before. I will update in a few days maybe my face will come back to normal, but for now my nose really hurts and just made me feel like the whole experience was ruined. * I also want to mention the esthetician was really nice and polite, it’s really the outcome that disappointed me

Teeth looked much whiter than any other whitening strips or whatever they have out there that I’ve used before. La dame m'a dit qu'on allait analysé ma peau a mon premier rendez-vous pour ne pas me conseiller de mauvais produits pour ma peau pour la suite du traitement. ce qui n'a pas été fait, au contraire la comesticienne m'a dit que vu que j'avais 10 minutes de retard, elle ne mettrait pas de masque apres mon nrendez-vous? Finalement, elle m'a dit que vu que j'étais gentille, elle allait m 'en mettre, wow merci. En plus uj'ai acheté 3 traitements d'un coup et donné 40 dollars de tips a elle. Elle n'a pas fait tout mon visage, en plus, elle ne savait pas comment faire microneedling. On m'a donc envoyé a Laval ou Sarah fait bien le traitement, Mais, je vois des trous que je n'avais pas sur mon visage, elle m'a dit sûrement que mon visage accepte mal le traitement et que je devrais aller faire le laser, ok pas de probleme. Elle insiste pour j'achète leur nettoyant a l'aloes. Dès que je me lave le visage, je sens ma peau chauffer. Pas grave je lâche pas, maintenant j'ai eu des boutons. Je suis allée a la pharmacie, le pharmacien m'a dit d'utiliser cétaphil comme nettoyant. Ce que je fais depuis 2 jours, et mes boutons disparaissent. Vraiment dégoûtée

I had an appointment with Paula on for a chemical peel. It was my first facial and was excited for the experience. All in all, the experience was absolutely amazing and very relaxing ! Paula was explaining every step during the facial and was making sure I was okay every step of the way. I would definitely recommend new age spa for anyone. As for the chemical peel, unfortunately I found myself breaking out a bit and can’t really tell a difference, which is a bummer. I know you have to go multiple times to actually see results and results are never guaranteed, but the fact that I broke out and had ingrown pimples appear, I would probably go for a different facial next time. The staff, the cleanliness and the experience however is a stellar 5 star and would definitely go back to try a different service.

I went in for a micro & hydra dermabrasion (Bela MD) with Paula. It was my first time there, the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly & Paula was very professional, was attentive to my needs and concerns, explained every steps of the treatment + what she was applying on me. Location is easy to find and there is a parking at the back. I had several microdermabrasion done before at another esthetician but the hydrafacial added an extra oomph to my skin and now its baby soft and glowy even 24hrs later! The place is clean and minimalist, will be returning for laser hair removal!

I got my teeth whitening done at New Age Spa. The staff (Bryanna) was super friendly. She walked me through the whole thing and made me feel very comfortable. The whole treatment took about an hour which was split by 3 intervals of 15 mins. The final product is unbelievable! My teeth are so white that it’s blinding! My husband is really jealous of my teeth so he immediately booked an appointment as well! Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Check them out!! :)

I had a good experience with microneedling session , I took 4 sessions with them for 4 months between march and june seriously they clean and saved my face from all acne old scars and my face still smooth and I have no more acne scars like before its so magic my pores look smooth and clear!! And my acne stopped so much I have nothing or only hormonal like one or two pimples per month!! my face is so much better than before ! I had an appointment for lip lazer and I arrived 10 minutes late, however, I called 30 minutes before and advised them that i am running late because of traffic. I got there and the employee who was supposed to remove the 5 minute lip hair was so mad. Her eyes were full of anger and did not talk to me. I said hi, I am sorry i am late but i advised, she refused to answer. I asked if I can wait.. she said NO YOU CAN NOT WAIT, YOU MISSED YOUR TURN. Ok. I had advised you befor arriving... Can i come tomorrow? It takes only 5 minutes. She pretended that she is looking her schedule and she said I AM BOOKED THE WHOLE WEEK. She had room for me only 5 days later for a lip lazer. NEXT TIME MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT LATE. NEVER WENT BACK. The best part, the owner was defending the employee that they got my message late LOL. how about the attitude and not having 5 minutes time for me the same or the next day?
