Gladis has been my hairdresser for 10 years , Ive tried elsewhere before but they never took care of my hair like she does! Beautiful long blonde hair! People would ask me if I have extensions and when they came to touch it was my real beautiful blonde hair! When your blonde or any hair color you have to take care of it with the right products and if you listen your hair will be like commercials. As for the staff they are all very friendly and there clients have hair to die for when I see Them! Full V.I.P SERVICE Soon to do my hair for wedding services and all the staff has been very considering about all my options and giving me tips and I’m a very fussy customer. Very good coffe that they give you while getting dolled up !

Absolutely recommend this salon. I got a balayage, color correction (from a previous bad job), cut and style done by Julia. I recommend seeing her if you are a brunette and are looking for any type of blonde hair treatment. She is professional, extremely sweet and listens to all your requests for your hair. I am so satisfied with my hair color and I will definitely be going to see her again! The salon is easy to access (right off the 13) and super clean, very stylish and minimalist/modern style.

There's a very negative vibe at this Salon. The man hanging out at the reception oddly stares at clients, and the receptionists (especially the girl with the dark tan and straight long black hair) always has a disturbing "mean girl" type of a smirk on her face. The hairstylist that I dealt with is not attentive and she's all over the place. Not a welcoming place at all.

(Translated) I went to color my hair and make a cut. the results were terrible !!! lack of professionalism. normally the coloring is for colored my white hair… after the coloring there was still white hair !! in addition my forehead was stained with coloring and the hairdresser did not think of removing the pigmentation on my forehead !!! even a homemade coloring will be much better than the dressing table in the LOV salon. then I made a toner !!!! the hairdresser showed me a photo and the results are quite different 3 coloring in my hair !! not to mention the cut !!!!! I spent a horrible half day for me and my hair !!! (Original) je suis allé pour colorer mes cheveux et faire une coupe. les résultats étaient terribles !!! manque de professionnalisme. normalement la coloration est pour coloré mes cheveux blanc … après la coloration il restait encore des cheveux blanc !! en plus mon front était taché avec la coloration et la coiffeuse n'a pas pensé à enlevé la pigmentation sur mon front !!! même une coloration maison sera beaucoup mieux que la coiffeuse du salon LOV. en suite j'ai fait un toner !!!! la coiffeuse m'a montré une photo et les résultats est toute a fait diffèrent 3 coloration dans mes cheveux !! sans parler de la coupe !!!!! j'ai passé une demi journée horrible pour moi et mes cheveux !!!

Honestly, there's no one like Angela. I could safely say I have never been disappointed by her work. I went from brunette to blonde and she makes my hair look so natural and fresh even after multiple weeks and washes. It never turns brassy/orange but most of all, it NEVER gets damaged/dry/brittle. She knows how to dye hair perfectly without destroying it, she's insane. 100/10 would recommend her!!

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday. I had a cut and blow dry done by Anna. Honestly, she is fantastic at what she does, and she is a total sweetheart! Before ever washing my hair, she brushed it and looked at the previous cut. She asked what kind of cut I wanted, and told me what she could do. She gave me a few recommendations on haircare, but never pushed me to buy products. She took her time cutting my hair, and she truly did a GREAT job! I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her. I will absolutely be going back here!

There is no one that works here with more than just a few years of experience. They are all young and trained with the same technique so there is absolutely no diversity. I mean if you want to get streaks and a trim sure give them a try but a real haircut or an expert in blonds than no definitely not the place. Newbies asking newbies for advice instead of someone who really knows the trade, immature atmosphere where they gossip openly about customers in front of other customers and OMG what a rip off this place is ????. Coming from a long line of family who work(ed) in this field I am so disappointed to see places like this. This place is all about quantity and no quality. Not much skill and to charge so much for these 20 something hairstylists/colourists at their level of expertise is ridiculous.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This salon hairstylist are not even able to do Hollywood waves properly. Also, the updos were undone within 30 mins after we left the salon. The bride’s hair looked so messy. I was charged 120$ for an updo when their price chart said 80$ for an updo. Upon questioning the lady said this is a bridal updo. It was only a slick bun at the bottom with a front wave that I did myself as the hairstylist didn’t know how to do it. It is a great way of getting money from people for such crappy work. It was out friend’s big day and I did not want to creat a drama or else I wouldn’t have paid for the crappy updo that was done. Hopefully people can see this review and make sur they get trials before their big day as they might ruin it, like it was ruined for us. My hair looked so bad before the wedding started, the guests had way better updos than the bride and the bridesmaid. Thanks for the worst experience and will never recommend this place for anyone. It’s unfortunate that we lost so much money on something the work that was done.

Worst place. Don’t ever get your hair done here or at least by Gladis. She completely ruined my hair and wasn’t listenting to what I wanted. She also made me wait an extra 30minutes before my appointment and never came up to me to mention that she would be late in her schedule. And she has a horrible attitude when you disagree with her ( about how you want YOUR hair placed ).
