Went this past Friday with my sister as we both had received gift cards for the Urban Planner Package (mani, pedi, paraffin). We have been before in the past and as expected the spa atmosphere was very enjoyable with nice music, decor, and view of the Ottawa River. The staff also ensured that since we booked our appointment together that we were able to be beside each other the entire visit (manicure room and in the pedicure chairs). The staff was very polite, pleasant, and seemed to be well trained in their jobs. The staff did try maybe too much to make conversation; it would be nice if we could have made a note to have minimal talking during the visit. The experience on the whole was enjoyable, the massage and equipment used was nice, except for the manicure - perhaps it is the type of polish they use but both of our nails had significantly chipped by the evening (Yes, not even 12 hours after). This is why I would not give 5 stars.

Urban Oasis has wonderful employees who are very kind and understanding. They were willing to look after my baby if I needed it while I was getting a service completed. My issue is the same for a variety of services I have now gotten there, they did not meet my expectations. I have very calloused feet, they hardly took any of the callous off during my pedicure, I ended up going to shoppers and buying my own tools to remove my callouses. I went for a Brazilian and I had to go home and shave.

Great service. My toddler destroyed my fresh pedicure when he stepped on my foot with his sneakers on. I went in for a touch up and they accommodated me even though they were super busy. Staff were quick and didn't even charge for the touch up. Much appreciated! Can't wait to go back.

Horrible pedicure. The nail polish was streaky and my nails were cut unevenly! Had to go home and recut my own nails...The only good thing was the view.

First time experience: Went here as part of a bachelorette party spa day. The staff was welcoming and friendly, as well as equipped to handle a party of 5 women simultaneously. There are massage chairs attached to foot baths for pedicures in front of a large window with a view of greenery and the river. Pricing was fair, shop is clean, there is parking available. Note: This Spa does not accommodate acrylic nails.

Grandmother,daughter and granddaughter visited here for a birthday surprise gift. We were treated like queens!! We all had the most soothing facials, perfect pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Treated to coffee, tea and made to feel at home. Very friendly, down to earth staff. The view of the Ottawa river was the best view I have ever had while going to a spa. The chocolate paraffin wax on our feet was delightful and we chatted and laughed and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We are already planning the next birthday.

We highly enjoyed our time with Casey and angelika for a pedicure, manicures and relaxation massages! The girls were amazing, only negative was my nail polish started to chip within 24hrs. I'd go back anytime for the ladies that served us as they made the experience one of a kind! Only suggestion is to up the product. Thanks again ladies!
