Amazing place! My massage was so relaxing - i booked the 1 hour massage. I felt so good after. And the owner is super friendly and takes an awesome assessment before your massage. That way you and she are sure she‘s massaging you kn a comfortable way. Highly recommend this place.

Loved the Sunday self care sessions! A relaxing hour of yoga, meditation, journaling and self massage. I learned a new technique each week that I can use to calm myself and reset after a busy day. I was amazed at how positive I felt after each session! Highly recommended!

THANK YOU STINA! I highly recommend Reset to anyone who needs a break from the every day stress. Stina has a very calm energy and it seems like she is able to slow down time! She works out of her home but was able to create a relaxing atmosphere just like at a spa. I went to see Stina for a deep tissue massage and can’t wait to go back and experience everything else she has to offer.

I’ve had deep tissue massages done on and off for the last 12 years. I have to say, I wish I found Stina 12 years ago. She is simply wonderful. I felt amazing after every massage I’ve had with her. My body felt great and my muscles definitely needed the care. Stina was very professional and definitely has a so much experience from her education as a massage therapist and as a yoga instructor. She has an amazing voice for instructing yoga and meditation as well as strong hands for massage! Thank you Stina! Will definitely be returning for more massages and yoga classes.

I've joined Reset Yoga's Self Care sessions and they've been absolutely brilliant. The structure of the hour long classes is perfect with a mix of yoga, meditation, journaling, goal setting and self massage techniques. You can really tell Stina cares for her participants and loves what she does! Highly recommended!
