Great place to come if you want to relax, not noisy and located in a shopping center. I come on the weekends only and always felt great when leaving. Reasons for my 4/5 stars is because I ask the therapist did they received an amount of tip for the last time I was here that was left for them at the front desk but it was always a lower amount than I gave them. It really hurts my heart because these workers work hard and the company has to take a cut in their tip. If you are going to tip a therapist please give them in person. I will tell my friends that comes here as well to do the same. Thank you.

Great ambiance, and Bee was magic with the massage. I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time. Nearly fell asleep during the treatment. It was very thorough ans exceeded my expectations. Their price for the time is better than most of the competition. We will definitely make this a part of our self care routine.

Had a really great massage here. Yuki was phenomenal. I wish there was more insulation from the sound of the mall, but either way, the massage was well worth any inconvenience. Be sure to book in advance as they get quite busy. Highly recommended.

It was okay... The massage guy had trouble adjusting his pressure from way too hard to way too light.... he had a few good techniques but also half the time didn't really feel like he was in tune with me or where he was massaging.... overall the body massage was probably a 6 out of 10 Also the reflexology massage left much to be desired.... From the uncomfortable and way too small barrel tub thing they try to cram your feet in to to the unexpected and unannounced leg and foot punches and slaps... There were good moments but overall not that pleased.... This portion rates a 2 out of 10 Being in the mall is not ideal... You can hear whatever is going on in the mall hallways and it's not the most relaxing hearing kids Yammer and scream and peoples idle chatter.... You guys should get a storefront with a door or possibly some sort of noise cancelling system...

Great location, intimate space but dark, peaceful and stylish. Joy did such a fantastic job getting so many of my knots in my back and shoulder out, I feel so much better after seeing her. Very reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be back!

Jenny gives the best massage I Have ever had, including several RMT's. She is very strong & knows how to find all the tight, sore muscles.She is always on time, & doesn't short change you. "Full Body" or sometimes just back or feet, they are always Amazing !

I would give it a 5 stars if it wasn't because of the front desk comments. About a month ago, I bought a membership at the Broadway.location with large credits left for future usage. They told me I can use the credits in any.locations so I went to the Langley location today and when I pulled out my card..the guy said I cannot use it because I didnt buy it there. My first emotion was anger...then I told him that it was not the case when I purchased it. After he made a phone call and he kept on saying he has to do this and that which it is not my problem...he finally wrote down all my details..included signature and personal info again. He accepted it. When I walked away..I wonder if the tips I gave seperately to the wonderful girl that treated me will get what I paid for. I suggest they should have a better system instead of using paper. It is the 20th century now. I dont think I will go back to the Langley location again because of this experience. Too bad...because the girl that treated me was wonderful. If it is not because I already spend so much $ on this memberahip...I dont think I will ever go back to this frenchise. People...you need to get your story straight if you have multiple locations.

Unfortunately my experience was’t the greatest for the body massage service. The room was too small for the masseuse to go around me. The room was cold, and so was the oil that was being used. I soon found out that my masseuse only knew routine, she didn't understand what pressure my body needed. Communication wasn’t the greatest either, I had specifically requested to concentrate on just my feet, hands and a little bit of shoulders but she went on with her routine anyways. When I had 15 minutes left is when she went to do my feet and I was finally getting relax and soon enough my session was soon over ... I had then mention to my masseuse that I had wished she just did what I had requested as I complimented how capable she was to give foot and hand massage and that was when I realized that she couldn’t understand a word I was saying because all she said was 1 hour body massage ... when I mentioned my experience to Reception... she apologized for the miscommunication. I just shook my head and simply said it can’t be a miscommunication nor it can be a misunderstanding as neither apply to my masseuse who can't communicate and and understood a word I said. There was a lady next to me and because the partision for each bed are just curtains, you can hear conversation from other rooms. I heard the lady mention to her masseuse that she just wanted concentration on her lower body so I know that it’s okay to not to follow routine. I wanted to feel revived and I left more tense because I felt frustrated from my experience. ????

Amazing people, amazing massages. Wonderful ambience, calm and relaxing. They take care of you and help you feel at ease. Favourite place to be. Edit 6 months later. The males are great but the women barely touch you. Not at all helpful, especially for pressure points.

I have a doctorate in traditional Chinese medicine, and this place gives great massages nice deep tissue at fair prices, not like spa utopia where its $200 for an hour of weak massage, this place gives great massage and will be a regular customer, thank you soul to toe. Ps: to the people complaining, the fact is if you want a weak $200 dollar spa utopia type massage then go there, but if you want a deep tissue the way its supposed to be then come here, as I always said before, massage needs to be deep tissue for the average person for many therapeutic benefits, but if you have a medical condition then you should pay to see a massage therapist, to take care of that, but if your like me and work physically hard, then you need this place, and how can you go wrong with a reasonably priced massage vs getting ripped off and going somewhere where it 200 for an hour and I dont feel like anything happend, deep tissue can provide a Myofascial release. However, massage isn’t ideal for people: with burns, injuries, or painful wounds with fractures or broken bones with fragile or weak bones with deep vein thrombosis or deep vein issues taking blood-thinning medications In very rare cases, massage therapy may cause: internal bleeding temporary paralysis or difficulty moving your muscles allergic reaction to oils, gels, or lotions nerve damage If you have any of these conditions, then go to a massage therapist or consult your Doctor. For the average person, this place is ideal, finally the average Joe can benefit from massages too..

Booked a massage and hot stones weeks in advance to show up and get the massage then be told they didn't make enough time for hot stones and we can't have them. I took my friend as a birthday surprise, this sucked so they gave us a free foot scrub to make up for their mistake. We schedule to do a footscrub only to be told we have to buy a foot massage aswell. Really unhappy with how they manage their time and their attempt at making up for their mistakes. Would not recommend or go back, service was beyond disappointing.

I’ve been to this location several times, for various treatments. My husband booked us a 2 hour full body couples massage yesterday, and it was the worst massage I’ve ever received. Started with the therapist coming in chewing gum. Loudly. In my ear. I like good pressure but not to feel like I’ve just been taken out in a ufc fight. I told him several times it was too much pressure, so it lightened, momentarily. He couldn’t seem to find a happy medium, despite me saying ouch, well over 20 times. At one point, my husband commented it didn’t sound relaxing as he could hear my constant groans. I just wanted it to end. I complained at the end, and the reply from the owner/manager I’m guessing, was it was due to the therapists lack of English. Really? Speaking to a friend afterwards, who also had the same therapist and level of pain, she was also given the same explanation. I expect to feel a little uncomfortable the following day, but this is ridiculous. Won’t be back to this location

The receptionist was quite friendly, there was no introduction with the therapist ( who is not a certify therapist- first mistake) and then she started. Deep tissue work is not physically abusing someone, the reason i went with this option is because I moved away from old massage therapist.She massaged my neck by push her fingers at different spots in my neck. And then to massage my back she held my arm behind my back which my massage therapist has never done and is very strange. Also if she ask me about my previous injuries, which is a legal thing to do, I have a shoulder injury and this caused me pain. Now I sit at home with a stiff neck which I did not have when I went in , I have soft tissue neck injury from a car accident years back and I work hard to keep my neck not stiff. Now after this, my neck is unbearable and could take at least a month to be unstiff. Not appreciated. And my back feels bruised. Not a satsified customer and don't understand how this place has good reviews and is in buisness.

After having a sore neck and shoulder for 8 days and not finding a physiotherapist or massage therapist that was available last minute, I decided to try this place. Satomi (Don't let her gentle look fool you!) dug deep (like I wanted her to) and worked every nook and cranny. She knows what to do. I felt light, rejuvenated and 100% better. I will definitely be back!

Went for a chair massage and foot reflexology. Massage was somewhat painful as I kept saying the pressure was too much and he told me he had to use that much to help fix my back. I don't feel much relief at all from it. The foot reflexology was good, however nothing to rave about.

This was an amazing experience. I surprised my mom for her birthday with Combo Bliss B package and it was incredible. We never felt rushed, they took their time working on us. They gave us blankets to keep us warm during the foot massage and tea. Will definitely be back. Prices are beyond reasonable and so worth your money!

I had a great experience her - I got a foot massage done by "Bee" and it so calm and relaxing I actually fell asleep. I didn't fell rushed, Bee took her time and worked out all of my kinks. She also gave me two blankets to keep me warm during the service (I was as snug as a bug) Definitely worth the money. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend!

Loved it! No one claimed to be a registered therapist it is a relaxation lounge and I did just that relaxed! The massage was more pressure point based but I loved it. And the feet...ah what an amazing massage! I'll be back!

I had a foot/leg massage here the other day. It was the last one of the day and they seemed rushed. The massage ended earlier than our full time which was disappointing and the masseuse ran out of the salon before I was even finished paying. She did a good job in terms of pressure and relaxation and the spa was nice.

I just went in for a chair massage that I booked prior. When I arrived for my appointment I asked the manager how many people were in the building currently and was addressed with a disrespectful and discourteous response. Instead of answering the question he refused my service and my time was wasted. There was a total of 15 people in the building at the time 2 of which weren’t wearing face masks. Spencer’s the apparel store opposite ToetoSoul limits 8 people and their store is much larger than this. I will be contacting health administration to look into the overcapacity of customers in and out of this store. And I suggest you do your do-diligence in keeping yourself safe when entering this establishment.
