Fawn is nothing short of amazing. Her commitment to getting your hair exactly the way you want it is truly rare. No ego, no nothing, she will work with you until you are happy. I will follow her anywhere she goes. And I was actually 100% loyal to one of my dearest friends from high school forever. Never wanted to stray, but Fawn made it painless. She is fantastic. You must come see her if you are looking for a new hair salon in Langley. Oh, and...this salon is high glam. So beautiful from front to back. You feel like a celebrity in this place, without the celebrity pricing. I love the entire experience here.

Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon spent with stylist Fawn. The moment I walked into the Parlour I automatically felt transported into another world. Never would I have imaged such a glamorous space in such a small town. It reminded me of The John Barrett Salon at Bergdorf Goodman in New York. I wrote about this place when they first opened but never did get in to try any of the services. Normally I was going to the beauty school for my facials. And I still would go there if they were still in Langley. But having said that, I had the most amazing facial today with Kat. I am so impressed as the wonderful experience I had. I am really happy to have found a new place to have my services done. I can't wait to try the massages. Great Covid protocol as well. I felt totally safe!

I love this place! I get my hair, nails, pedicures and brows done here! The staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate you. I had a relaxation massage and felt so pampered; it was heavenly. Everyone is so professional and talented, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else

I love coming here. All the staff are wonderful. I see Jessica and she is simply awesome for nails, Beauty treatments and massage. I Fly for a living and have received treatments all over Canada and the US. This is by far one of the best Salons I have been to and even when Im desperate for a nail fill I will wait until I am home in Vancouver to see Jessica before I'd go anywhere else.

I just started going to the parlor recently as my hairdresser moved to this salon. What a lovely place! it's so cute and feminine. The only thing I can complain about is that you have to pay for a blow dry, it should be included especially when you spend over $100 for a color! Otherwise 5/5!

Massage by Harjeet ( probably wrong name) anyways, she was very friendly and very good with massage and asking if it was too hard or too soft. Facial was also awesome from same. She forgot to give me samples. I knew this as there were 3 of us and they got some. Too bad the girl at the front desk after the massage was so snippy when we went to pay and tip and buy more gift cards. After spending about $700. you'd expect a smile when you pay and give me a couple samples without making it seem like we're bothering her.

Thank you FAWN, I went in looking a mess long hair I had cut myself...oops But magic happened. Fawn make me look 15 years younger but adding value and curling my new cut. Boyfriend loved it.

The 20% discount depends on the person providing the service My trim which took less than 15 min and was a dry cut so no wash or massage etc and quoted base rate of $45 was increased AFTER my trim so was not a discount at all. I was informed it is up to the stylist ☹️

I have been a regular client of Jena & Susan's for over a decade and can honestly say I have never had such a consistently amazing experience anywhere else. All of the staff are so friendly and professional, and the salon is so glamorous & stunning! Jena is an exceptionally talented stylist and always keeps my hair looking & feeling beautiful and on trend! She provides me with great advice on how to style my hair and what products to use...I'm a huge fan of the Bumble & Bumble hair products that they carry. My eyebrows are always on point thanks to Susan! Not only does she keep them perfectly shaped for me, she did a beautiful job on my permanent eyebrow tattoo...I just love them! Susan has been helping me with my skin care regime for many years and the Dermalogica products really work well for me. I started getting facials monthly with Susan about a year ago, and my skin has seriously never looked & felt better. I highly recommend The Parlour for any salon & spa services you are interested in :)

So this is probably the 5-6 th time I have visited this spa and had massages and facials fir my hubby too . Done body as well as facial treatments . Simran is amazing and does a fantastic job but today the front desk was extremely rude. The wrap treatment I booked has been changed and I was not informed . Whether it was me confused as a client or misinformed , I should have been given the benefit of the doubt being a regular there , it should have been dealt with ... with a proper explanation to set things straight . I went in expecting a different treatment same as I have done before and it was different. We all are working with COVID protocols and it becomes even more important to tell the customer what has changed and why and offer an apology for any miscommunication . That’s what it means to be in the service industry . Very disappointed today .... have to look for another spa now !!!

Over the top with superficial and insincere customer service. Classic mani/pedi nothing memorable except the small selection of nail polish which started chipping after only one and a half days. Massages are worth mentioning. Will not go back.

I LOVE this Spa! My hair cut and colour was Amazing! Everyone there is So Friendly! Massages are sooo Relaxing (I fell asleep) and I Just Love the Ambiance!! I Highly Recommended going here for any Pampering needs!! I am Totally in Love The Parlour, it is my Go-To Beauty Regimen!!
