I LOVE SPA TRU! Over the years, grief, trauma, coping methods and hardcore physical career choices have been hard on my body. Hard on my skin and especially my self-esteem! On top of all that hard-living, I'm pretty clueless about makeup and fashion - which is why I LOVE Spa Tru. Dr Jones, Mike and Jillian made me feel not only welcome and right at home in the spa; with their expertise, knowledge and advocation for self-care, but they also got me on the right track for my long term goals, and now - I wake up every morning looking and feeling AWESOME! I can't even tell I am 39! Not only did I invest in myself with lip filler, botox, and PDO threads, but I pursued The VIP card, so that every month I can treat myself to a facial, a massage and or a dermaplanning session. Lookin' good for 39 right?! I can't recommend them enough! Thank You Spa Tru, for helping to restore my confidence!

I have been going to Spa Tru Langley for over 5 years now. The staff is professional, welcoming and make you feel totally at ease. The place is super clean. I started with Sonya for a treatment in Venus Freeze and she was great. Waiting for a special for Venus Freeze????????. I get my facials & massage done by Keiko & she is amazing. She gives the best facials ever. She is just an amazing person & she makes me feel beautiful, after every facial I have done with her. She also keeps me informed about any new products or the products that they use. I moved to Maple Ridge few years ago, I have tried other places but I keep going back to Keiko. I'm happy spas are once again open. Tru spa has gone to strict measures and standards to make you feel safe as a client & the staff are staying safe as they wear a mask and visor. My treatment was a 40 minute full body massage followed by a facial. It was so relaxing and a luxury I truly missed. It was an amazing price & treatment. Tried a massage and facial deal, the massage pressure was rather light, but very through as they go from scalp to toes. The facial was amazing! Helped clear some of my breakouts and smoothed texture. Staff was excellent, from the friendly receptionist to the knowledgeable estheticians. They offered tea, explained what to expect, and made sure we were comfortable. Place was very clean, music was the right volume, location is convenient with plenty of parking.

My first experience with lip filler: I visited the Spa Tru location in Langley and had 0.7ml with Dr. Jones. It was a perfect experience; Dr. Jones is the coolest and my lips look incredible (exactly what I wanted.) As someone who is decently covered in tattoos, I thought the pain of being jabbed would be no big deal but I was wrong. It hurts. But it's 100% worth it. I cannot wait to go back and hope Dr. Jones will be my doc for many years to come.

Always have recieved juverderm in my lips (differnt place) and only a mini. I decided to try this place out and they put this new product in called teosyal and I received a half vial.. I didn't notice a difference to be honest. I may just pay the extra next time and stick to juverderm

110% the most educated helpfully friendly staff. The male doctor was so genuine he explains every detail and procedure before and again while doing it. He tells you what will look real and what won't and why. I don't believe anyone can leave disappointed. I've done my homework I've tried different spas and I've never been so satisfied that I have with spa tru. I must mention the girl at front desk is super she goes above and beyond to help the client she helped me today and I really coukdnt have got threw my issue with out her. I usually don’t write reviews but this place definitely deserves one. I have tried many spas, but there is nothing out there like the amazing service I have been offered here. Right from the beginning I’ve been greeted by the warm smile of Saige and Jamie. They were great and answered all my questions. Everybody is SO professional and welcoming here. I had a truly amazing experience, especially with Katie. She is so great and I totally recommend her! She does amazing massages and she’s definitely my favourite aesthetician. I will definitely come back here.

I had a great massage but it lacks the amenities of other spas, like a lounge a provision of a robe and slippers. I found the massage room noisy, but they are moving it to a quieter area. The customer service is very good and it is the best value I found at $100 for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. I will go back.

16 months ago upon joining Instagram I found the Tru Spa page. When I liked it I immediately received a message offering me a discount on Botox and laughed as my 50th birthday was looming. As a single mom my pamper myself funds - and self-care time - are both very limited. My first visit was a wonderful facial with Sonya who I met after being greeted by the amazing, friendly and professional front receptionist. The soothing energy in the spa was apparent as I was I was shown to the change rooms and mentioned the steam room could also be used at no additional charge if I were to come back in the future and wanted to partake. A locker was available to me for my personal items with a lock and I slipped into a soft robe and slippers provided. The facial itself was professional explain to me using quality products and by far one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in sometime. And the fact it was the monthly special made me feel also affordable. It was with this experience I decided to bring my teen son battling severe acne for his first ever facial. The products again used were safe and effective post treatment and we also purchased the DBJ clear complexion sulphur mask for use at home. Both of these appointments had excellent follow-up and confirmation via emails or text and any questions I asked were answered very promptly and professionally usually within a couple hours time. The specials emailed to me for monthly specials have made me more aware of trying new products or services as well as making the time for myself. My only constructive criticism would be in the past the emails have arrived a week into the month. I noticed when I put this suggestion in the suggestion box It has improved greatly which I really appreciated. My last three treatments which I am including Photos of our the Venus cool sculpting treatments that were on special for the month of March at a price of $99 - valued at $300. My esthetician Keiko offered to take before and after photos and to say I was shocked at my noticeable results after even only one treatment would be an understatement. She is a soft-spoken lovely professional who takes great pride in her work and at my second appointment asked me things from my first appointment which means she pays attention and cares about her clientele. I highly recommend her and all staff at this fabulous spa including Saige at the front desk who emailed me my pictures and asked me to write this review also. I normally do not write about experiences but I would like to commend the owners and staff at Spa Tru Langley for their dedication to running a clean, hospitable and wonderful place of business that I hope to see much more growth in your company. Until then I will drive the 30 minutes for this hidden little gem that everyone should try. Cheers

Overpriced and very "blah". The service was fine - not great, but fine - but the atmosphere was severely lacking. The massage room walls were paper thin, so I heard full conversations from the next room of staff chatting and laughing. The bathroom had a hose wrapped up on the floor, and dusty used "extras" like deodorant and hairspray. They may be a good spot for medical spa treatments, but I'll pick another place for general services like massage and facials any day of the week. Definitely won't return.

I love this place! I get my laser hair removal at Spa Tru and they always give me quality service. They have great deals that come up every so often, and they do open houses for cool-sculpting and entertain clients nicely with snacks and wine. I definitely recommend this spa, it’s a very nice experience.

I had the most relaxing massage and facial at the hands of the aesthetician Keiko. As a mom I rarely have time to relax and wind down, so to have two hours of pampering and a glass of complimentary wine left me glowing all week.

I initially went to them for cool sculpting in Jan Mike and his staff were so nice and very knowledgeable about the procedure and willing to answer any questions , I was very impressed with how accommodating all the staff were and how clean and sanitary everything is and side note the decor is beautiful. After seeing my results from my cool sculpting I was amazed !! I knew I had found my forever place lol :) I've now had several treatments done from Spa Tru and would recommend anyone thinking about doing cool sculpting or any spa treatment In that matter to go see them they are truly amazing and you will not be disappointed! After working graveyards for many years, taking aggressive medications for a medical issue and working everyday in sun during the summers I realized that my face had aged a lot! I had dark shadows, slight sagging of skin, wrinkles starting to form and painful acne that was scarring my skin. After one treatment of the venus skin freeze with Claudia I noticed a difference. By my 3rd treatment I would look in the mirror very morning and see myself from 7 years ago. My face was brighter, my acne was gone (I didn't have too much but it was painful), the scarring was going away and just touching my face felt firmer. After spending $$$ on facials and expensive serums and creams at other spas, venus freeze was the first and only treatment that worked. Ive had 9 treatments so far and go in every month or so for maintenance. My friends and family have noticed the difference also. I regularly have people ask me how I have such good skin. I went to a another spa for a massage and 3 different staff commented on how my face looked so good without makeup and asked what my secret was. I suggest that you should try it once or twice and give it a few weeks to see the full results. And a huge thank you to Spa Tru! Theres nothing more depressing than being sick and seeing it on your face everyday. Your Venus Freeze facials have given me my confidence back :)

I went to Spa Tru later in the afternoon this last friday for microneedling,the front counter staff are great. Mike(the owner) was part of the front counter, i hadn't met him before but he was very friendly. Kako was the lady that did my treatment, extremely knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable. They have great specials that the owners put on. I didn't meet the dr but one of the other clients was telling me he's fantastic as well. The spa closed at 6 but i wasnt finished until about 630. There was no rush to get me out so they could leave, the owner and i talked for a few minutes after i took care of the bill. It was a fantastic experience,ill definitely be back

Had a lip filler done with Dr Jones. I am terrified of needles but he was patient and Amazing. I won't lie it stings, even with numbing cream but the sting is short lived. I have no bruising and no pain. My lips look amazing even though I did a half vial and it's a subtle difference already I can notice the difference. I am so confident in the results. This is a trusted spa with amazing staff. I can't wait for my next treatment. I also had cool sculpting on my chin. Great friendly experience, too soon for results but the experience was wonderful. Thanks for an amazing experience with friendly staff. Will definitely be back for all my spa needs. Thank you to Mike, Dr Jones and the amazing team at spa Tru.

Went in for a massage and facial with my friend yesterday (Aug 27th) and it was the best decision! We wanted to treat ourselves and it was just that. Keiko and Sanya were so kind and checked in periodically to make sure we were both comfortable. My shoulders really needed to be worked since I tend to hold my stress there. I didn't even have to mention it to Keiko. She could tell and focused in that area. It was such a relief! The facial was soothing as well and you could tell they are knowledgable as they gave us tips on what to continue at home to improve our skin. Will definitely be coming back soon!

What a gong show!....after months of trying to arrange ERBIUM LASER treatments...and being given the run around by Abbotsford and Langley staff...I finally had an appointment. Drove 120 kms to Langley....only to be told they DO NOT have the ERBIUM LASER! Wtf ...didn't even offer me a voucher or discount after all the effort I made and inconvenience caused.

I had my first Brazilian wax here back in December. I really wanted to have this done for my honeymoon to Cuba. As you know, this is an intimate and painful procedure, which I knew going in. I didn’t complain but the woman commented several times how I should have taken Advil beforehand or it wouldn’t be so painful. She even said to me that she was more nervous than I am to do the Brazilian which was unsettling.She also told me my hair was too long... in the middle of the waxing a colleague of hers knocked on the door and actually opened it to get something from the room. After it was finished, I was to get a pedicure immediately after. I had to go searching around to find the room and when I went in the woman who was working with me was laughing with one of her colleagues and stopped when she saw me. I can’t know for sure what that was about but anyway... I also felt quite rushed to leave at the end because it was snowing and everyone wanted to go home. The whole experience made me very uncomfortable and self conscious. I haven’t had any waxing done since.

I did my cool-sculpting 3 weeks ago. So far I haven't noticed any major differences on my body yet as I was being advice that it will take 2 to 3 months to get maximum results. For now I am just patiently waiting for the results to show and at the same time also doing my best to control my daily diets and maintaining lots of workout everyday. This place is top notch. I have received a few different treatments; facial, Venus freeze, and lip fillers. I am 100% satisfied with everything I have had done and I plan to book more services in the near future. The spa is immaculate, staff is well trained and very welcoming, and the cucumber water is the perfect refresher for after your appointment. Highly recommend this spa!

Update: I understand there are people praised for him, and believe I am the one in fault. But doing right is a MUST for a business offers service. Even he did 99 cases right, it doesn't mean he did right in my case. I will not insist to expose if he just admitted his mistakes and refunded the money he didn't earn! It is about fairness in business. You offer services you suppose to, and you get paid for it. This owner Mike is way too greedy. I serviced him with a lawyer letter and point out his fault of Not Letting me know up front with his uncertain result. He just ignored it. I havent followed up after, because i have been very sick after my car accidents. Anyone who has been a victim of his poor services, please contact me for a group law action. This kind of business exists because most of the victims are silent. Original review: It was the worst investment I've ever done in my life. I spent close to $5000 on his Coolsculpting sessions, hope to reduce some fat cell I gained after my car accident, which are on my stomach, love handles and chin. After painful hours of 7 sessions and more than 3 months patient waiting, my weight was exactly the same, but there is NOTHING reduced with my fat cells! I was shocked because I had 3 sessions done in another clinic before and I looked like a different person. Don't fool by his smiley staff and his free Venus Freeze session. Otherwise you will get what I got, "that is too bad." (Mike said) and that goes your money and your hope; only your suffering and sadness stays. Reply to owner's response What I told is the FACTS of my experience from your treatments, but what you said about me is an ASSUMPTION. You are suggesting I messed up myself and washed your hand completely. I didn't gain 0.1 pound during this period of time, also I have done all necessary steps to help burning fat cells. But nothing happened. No matter how nice your decoration and smiley staff is, the only thing matters to the client is the result of the treatments. If every time clients paid $5000 to your clinic but get no result, and then you only offered her half money back in the form of other treatments (with also uncertain results), your business would sure win, but not for the clients.

The 2 stars are the frontline staff. Thanks for caring Saige. The owner, Mike, could use some lessons in customer care and service. I responded to a Facebook promo, but received no response from the online site afterwards despite many attempts. Mike says “he gets too many messages every day to respond to online inquiries.” “If you want to get a hold of us, call” I say, “your arrogance has just lost my business.” Also , nobody wants to talk price until they do a consult. I get that, but shop around because the 25% off promo price for the CoolSculpting at Spa Tru is equivalent to most providers regular price. I don’t mind paying a little extra for exceptional customer service, but that was not my experience with the Spa Tru owner, Mike.

Bought a Christmas gift card for myself for $99 + tax for a massage + facial, as a promotion at Seven Oaks Mall. When I showed up for a massage + facial I was asked to pay additional $34 because the reception had no idea that the gift card I bought was a promotion for a massage and facial. I wasn't able to cancel the appointment and get my money back because the cancellation fee is $100. Very disappointing.

Saw Dr. Jones in Langley for lip filler and he was amazing. I’m so happy with it. It’s so subtle that no one knows I had it done unless I told them.
